Sweetpaw had understood to not pressure her mentor into answering, so she left it be at that.
Taking a notice to her last sentence, Sweetpaw tilted her head in utterly confusion.
She had never been one to take. Nonetheless ask anyone for many things.
She had a perked smile, "Although I am not very fond of asking for things, I will ask if anything is needed."
The apprentice flicked her ear out of the sense of feeling a soft tickle slither its way into her.
"Thank you, Blizzardstar. You can always ask me for things too!"

Little unofficial update. We have a few inactive members, leaving us with some cats that don't have owners. To fix this, along with us wanting to spice up the role-play, we're going to do a few smaller events that will tie into the main plot. If you are wanting kill any of your cats, please let me know which ones. We'll be doing a badger attack at camp as well as a small raid on the twolegplace cats. For injuries, I'll be doing the chance charts. I would like everyone to volunteer at least one cat for the raid. If you only have one cat, I will alter the results so they are not killed. We will also have an outbreak of greencough due to the time of year and the fact that the cats of SkyClan will be weak from both battles. You can offer your cat to be sick or I can do the chance chart. This post will be edited and may be reposted if we gain a few pages from now.
For the battle, the following cats will die: Hazelwing, Timberbreeze, and Moosepaw
For the battle, the following cats will be injured:
For the badger attack, the following cats will die: Smokepaw, Blizzardstar (One life)
For the badger attack, the following cats will be injured: Marshclaw (retires to be an NPC elder; he'll exist, but we won't role-play with him)
For the greencough outbreak, the following cats will die: Coldnose, Blizzardstar (One life)
For the greencough outbreak, the following cats will be sick:
Due to Tundrastorm and Icyleaf barely being used or mentioned, they will simply be deleted. |

☪ RP >> Violetfang sat on the pathways that lead down to the camp, he watched as the water from the creek lapped over the edges of it. It was getting off-fully close to the dens. He sat up look up at the cliff's edge checking to see if any twolegs are out today, Maybe I should go out hunting, I'm sure Blizzardstar wouldn't mind an extra patrol. He looked down at camp, looking for cats that aren't busy.

~ B O U L D E R P A W ~ Boulderpaws set was lighter now that Amberstone didn't seem as unhappy. Hopefully she'll forgot all about it Blizzardstar wont hear about it. He thought to himself, his ears twitching. He seemed to be prancing next to Amber as they headed away from the two-leg place. He hadn't realized how high the tensions had gotten, and he had forgotten all about Nightpaw. "Your the mentor, I'll follow you." He mewed, his spirit a lot higher than before.

Sorrelecho & Foxpaw ❧
Sorrelecho washed herself on the dryest patch of earth she could find, stroking her mottled coat with long strokes of her pink tongue. She wondered to herself about the consequences of the rising river, and what it meant for her Clan. The young she-cat wasn't the fondest of sleeping wet; the point of dens was to keep warm and dry, safe from the elements. Sorrelecho twitched her tail, glancing up to gaze around camp in detached curiosity, her odd-colored eyes half open in sleepiness. One to keep her distance, preferring to instead observe the world around her, she was content simply relaxing on her spot. She watched Foxpaw shoot looks of mixed irritation towards the flooding river, and she let a quiet, rolling purr of amusement escape her.

☪ RP >> Turtleheart glanced at the ginger and white tom who asked if she would like to go on a hunting patrol. She had never really talked to the tom as he was quite arrogant and obnoxious, she was a cat of grace and manners; and she hates people who think that not everyone deserves respect. She rise her muzzle to the clouds and tasted the air, smelling a rabbit and a vole. I think I'll try to catch the vole. She followed it's scent, which didn't stray too far away from the patrol. She spotted two voles nibbling on some berries, she quickly dropped down; stopping all movements. She slowly inched forward, until she was close enough to pounce. She wiggled her hind quarters and leaped landed on both voles, she dived in a dealt the killing blow to both voles. With both voles in her jaws and confidentially walked back over towards the patrol.

c a r d i n a l w i n g f o r e s t  When Turtleheart had accepted Cardinalwing's invite to a hunting patrol, he was ecstatic. However, the entire trip to their hunting spot, he was constantly told to be silent, as he scared away the prey his patrol was hunting with talking about how he'd catch the most plump piece of prey for Turtleheart. The patrol disbanded to complete their own hunts and Cardinalwing was left alone. He sighed and focused on his mission. He opened his jaws to taste the air. Scents of the forest rushed over him. The smell of leaf mold was strong, but so was the scent of rabbit and vole.
Deciding for the rabbit, as it would be more of a meal that he could try to share with the young she-cat. He lowered into a crouch and inched closer and closer to his target. He stayed downwind, noting the rabbit had sensed his presence. He wasn't going to let this rabbit get away. He stalked closer to the rabbit, his amber eyes in slits. Then, when the moment was right, he pounced. The rabbit was slightly faster and only managed to get a tail length away before being grabbed by Cardinalwing. It cried out, alerting the prey around it. Cardinalwing threw the rabbit into a tree, shutting it up and stunning it. He leaped across the small pathway, onto the piece of prey and delivered the final blow. The tom hissed a curse at himself, as his Clanmates probably lose their catch if they were close enough to him. Disappointed in the botched hunt, he returned with the rabbit to where the patrol backed off.
He sat down, knowing he'd get scolded. But hey, he got a rabbit by himself. He didn't need help. The rabbit was a decent size, too. He could simply say that he had to pounce and let it squeal in fear or he'd lose it. Either way, he did his duty on this part of the patrol and no one could ruin his little parade. He imagined Turtleheart's joy at receiving the best piece of the hunt. He was sure she'd be impressed. |
