When lining, make sure to use quick movements. Don't worry about crossing the lines as you can always erase the extras. Try starting out by lining the different body parts on separate layers and then merge them down into one. It takes time to get used to but once you get the hang of it you'll do it almost subconsciously. Also, using paint tool SAI's pressure stabilization at it's highest will help with the smooth lining effect.

I love how clean it is! <3 Could you draw my OC, who happens to be nameless?
Female | Feline | OC Black Panther with intense blue eyes. Typically shy or has a slight blush. Blue feather wings that match the eyes and a collar with a blue satin bow (same as eyes and wings).
I'll pay ya 100 FD or more. ^-^

I don't generally use quick movements with digital art because my lines turn out inaccurate. But I haven't thought of just leaving the lines and erasing the parts that stick out. I'll try that and maybe I'll become more comfortable with digitally drawing at my traditional drawing speed. Thanks! No problem! It takes a while but with practice you will get used to it. Also don't grip your pen too tight, have a light grip on it.
