We do have the basic plan. I guess it's just the prophecy that needs to be fleshed out and your last character. After that the rp really fleshes out more plots based on our choices.
I'll post a starter once the actual prophecy is figured out I guess. That way I could have the White Dragon hear it and set out.

i'll finish my last character as soon as i can! yesterday it was p late when i was working on those forms and i was too tired to really work on the last person haha

I think I have an idea. Like a sort of time limit- which is one reason why the White Dragon is in such a rush. Basically there is a day when the sun turns red like blood, and that is the morning that the reincarnation dies- at dawn. So they have to save the reincarnation before that day.
I got the idea from the title, since in this plot it would take place "before dawn" xD

hmm,,,, maybe someone knows that the legend exists and has the reincarnation in their grasp? maybe by holding the reincarnation captive (in a way maybe where the reincarnation doesn't even realize that they're being held captive), they're trying to seek out the dragons for themselves to use for their own benefit? and with certain events, the reincarnation is destined to die or be murdered even on that day?
edit: sorry if these are random/making no sense i'm just throwing out any ideas that come to mind haha

No no, these are good ideas. I like the "using the dragons' power for themselves" thing. Maybe they took the reincarnation captive to find the dragons, but when they realize that the dragons will only be controlled by the reincarnation, they plan a date to kill them that (unbeknownst to them) happens to be the day of the blood red sun? And they plan on killing the reincarnation so the dragons don't have anyone to follow, and they can take the power for themselves?

Based on Yona, I'd say the reincarnation would be the prince/princess. The king is too easy, I like the idea of the queen because what's more messed up than a mother trying to kill her kid and the priest.

It was a typical day in the village. Chung-Jae, the newest generations White Dragon, woke up earlier that usual that morning, planning to go outside and enjoy peaceful isolation. He could easily ask for privacy, all but his caretaker would give it to him. Speaking of his caretaker, the old lady was strangely late. She would be here around this time to wake him, and again a little later in the day when he fell asleep once more. Slipping on the soft white and blue fabric of his clothes and wrapping his right hand in bandages, the boy made his way to the door that led outside of his room. Like all White Dragons before him, Chung-Jae looked forward to serving his master, all the while expecting that he would never be able to. It was a little depressing, but as long as he could protect the village he was happy.
He made his way towards the village, looking around with curious eyes to see if he could find something new. What he saw was the old woman with her assistants, talking with one of the elders. It seemed very important. His curiosity got the better of him as always, and he moved closer to hear what they were saying, being careful to stay out of sight. What he heard would change his life.
"Are you certain you wish to keep it from them once more?" The elder asked.
"You do not know the White Dragon like I do," The woman responded. "I raised him. Just like the others, he will act rashly. I cannot have him risking his life over some silly poem!"
"The prophecy speaks true," The elder pushed. "What if it comes to pass? What then would you do?"
"My job," She replied. "Keeping the White Dragon out of harms way! Caring for him until he passes and the next dragon is born!" The woman turned, planning to walk away, only to find herself staring at a not-so-hidden White Dragon, who was staring at her with big, innocent eyes.
"Grandmother," Chung-Jae didn't realize until his caretaker turned that he had thrown away his cover upon hearing the news. "What is this prophecy?" The woman's voice caught in her throat.
"None of your concern, dear," She said. "None of your concern at all." She started to herd him away. "Now run along, White Dragon. Your duties await."
Chung-Jae pushed her aside, walking over to where the elder stood, frozen in place. "What is this prophecy?" He asked.
"N-nothing of importance, White Dragon!" The elder stammered.
"What. Is. The. Prophecy?" The White Dragon pushed, his voice getting dangerously low. The elder flinched.
"Ancient pacts be awakened again, As darkness falls upon the land, With nights becoming ever so cold. As red light turning blood against blood, The darkest hour will come before long, And the Red Dragon will fall at dawn." The elder recited quickly. "But it has no meaning! Truly!"
It was too late, the White Dragon's head was swimming with the prophecy. The Red Dragon will fall at dawn. His master was in danger! And he was being kept in the village, away from where he could be saving them! He needed to leave right away.
"Now don't be thinking of doing anything brash, dear," His caretaker said. "I know it's a lot, but it will not happen any time soon, as it didn't with your predecessors. And even if it did, you cannot help alone."
"I won't be alone," Chung-Jae had an idea, a plan, and there was no stopping him. "I will find my dragon brothers! Together we will save our master!" He turned to the old lady. "Get my bags ready! I will be leaving this afternoon!"
(Jeez, that was the most that I have ever managed to write in one post.)

She’d been living within these set perimeters her entire life like the rest of those born within the village of the White Dragon, and it had all been devoted to protecting its residents and allowing the minuscule community to prosper. Aside from retaining the village’s supportive role, the most valuable objective that they all knew and remained steadfastly loyal to was to shield the White Dragon they unconditionally cherished until one day, he reclaimed his position that had originated from the past: serving the reincarnation of the Red Dragon by their side. Due to the strong sense of duty that coursed through the entire village, there were only a few unwelcome intruders (or ‘guests’ as some of the villagers preferred to say) who intercepted their routine or ever managed to genuinely gain knowledge of their location.
Even the smallest snap of a twig elicited an immediate reaction from her as she participated in the village’s consistent routine. There were a myriad of individuals - some naively curious, others with malicious intent - who were desperate to reach the edge of their borders in the hopes of taking a glimpse of Chung-Jae, and it was a part of her work to keep them away (sometimes it required an arrow to the skull, and while she didn’t necessarily wholeheartedly agree to these terms, the clan’s rules were obstinate and absolute, and there was nothing anyone would be able to to change its omnipotency).
“Please, Nayoung,” she said as she gestured over at the large stack of laundry one of the women held in her arms. The white and blue clothes were tipping to the side, almost as if to overflow like water at the brim of a pot. The smallest hint of a smile danced across her lips as she straightened her back with a twinkle in her eyes. “Let me help you with that.” The plump, older woman beamed at this, and soon enough, she was walking across the village with half of the clothes hoisted in her arms while listening to Nayoung merrily chatter away about her morning (it seemed that her timid son, Hanul, had finally gotten around to talking with the other boys of the village). Absentmindedly surveying their home as she listened (she was listening rather closely. If there was one thing about her that she could say confidently, it was that she was a listener, and a good one at that, too), she noted that nothing was unusual or off. Their small ponds glistened from the surplus of light that touched the surface of their clan, and the orchestra of the larks and leaves and wind never broke its rhythm around them. The atmosphere that nestled amongst all of them was as tranquil and comforting as ever.
It was only when she returned from her laundry duties when she realized that she’d caught drift of someone’s voice; a very familiar voice at that, too, and one that broke the timely order of her day. “Get my bags ready! I will be leaving this afternoon!” Chung-Ja- (she shook her head to the side rapidly while lightly biting her lower lips sheepishly) -I mean, White Dragon? What in Heaven’s name was he saying? Did he just say that he was going somewhere? If he was leaving, it could only mean that…
Hastily placing the clothes she’d been holding on one of the smooth rocks, she dashed over to where the source of the commotion was coming from with her heart picking up a beat. Every time she’d spoken or taken a glimpse of Chung-Jae, there’d always been something within his orbs; something that seemed to illustrate a twinge of longing, like there was something missing that no food or treasure could ever replace. If he was announcing his departure, she could only assume that he’d finally found it - or at least, found a lead to what he most desired. The notion sent a wave of warmth through her veins; if someone took a glimpse of her unadulterated expression now, they’d surely think she was the White Dragon. “Sorry,” she croaked (goodness, had her voice just cracked right there? That was embarrassing) as she maneuvered her way past the little boys and girls who were vivaciously running across their land. "Whoa, whoa, slow down, everyone. You're going to get scolded again if you keep running like this." Gently holding out her hands and catching one of them before they were knocked off balance from the shove of another eager youngling, she adjusted their ruffled clothes, patted their head affectionately, then continued to sprint towards where she'd heard the voice, faster than perhaps sound alone. (Look who was telling who to slow down.)
Finally, she managed to emerge in the clearing, where she saw them standing together. “Are you leaving?” She asked, breathless from her mini adventure of ‘who-can-narrowly-avoid-the-most-boisterously-running-children.’ It was true that her warm and calm gray orbs, however, were twinkling.

"I will do no such thing!" His caretaker A-Yeon, replied starkly. There was no way she would let the White Dragon leave on a pointless, dangerous journey. Chung-Jae went to reply, to tell her that it was his duty, what he had been awaiting for all his life.
"Are you leaving?" Someone had overheard the conversation. Chung-Jae looked to see who had spoken. It wasn't as much of a surprise when he discovered it was Moon Young, she was known to overhear most things in the village.
"I am," The White Dragon told her. It may have been better to lie, but lying was something Chung-Jae was practically incapable of doing. "I will be leaving this afternoon to find my master."
"No one is leaving!" A-Yeon glared at both young ones. "The Red Dragon has yet to return. Until they seek the White Dragon's aid, he will not leave this village."
"Grandmother..." Chung-Jae stepped closer to the woman, taking her hands in his. "Please, I must go. I must discover the proof of this prophecy. I must discover if the Red Dragon has been reborn. If I wait any longer, I might miss my chance to return to my master's side."
The woman almost faltered. Almost.
"I told you no, White Dragon," She told him, her voice softer. "You cannot leave us on such a dangerous journey for no reason."
"But-"
"I said no."
Chung-Jae was quiet. By now he would pull a tantrum to get what he wished for, but he didn't. In a way, it was strange of him, but it seemed that he had made up his mind as well. With or without his caretaker's permission, he would leave that afternoon. When it came to the White Dragon, he would always do what he wanted, no matter what.
(Sorry for never replying. It was finals week and I couldn't muster up the strength for a reply. Still couldn't make it longer than this, but whatever.)
