Got a rough plot for both.
Pirates; Muse A is an admiral in a royal navy and Muse B is a notorious pirate captain. A has chased b relentlessly but has failed to capture the pirate. Finally, they decide to go undercover and become one of the crew. Somehow, we can plot this out, A catches the notice of the captain. Thy get closer and A has trouble keeping up the ruse. B could be suspicious the entire time or start to get suspicious.
Demigods; haha I don't have a plot for this one. I want to do something with demigods in ancient Greece or maybe Rome. Idk about the plot.

Cool. Do you wish to be the pirate or admiral? We could also plot more before choosing roles.

No problem. I understand this time of year is busy for most. I would prefer the admiral, so everything works out. I just want to plot when we should start the rp and what will be the event which makes the captain trust the undercover admiral more. I would like to start with the admiral already integrated into the crew. I was thinking since the admiral would have a higher education than the average man, he could translate something/someone or read maps? I don't know what you have in mind for your captain, but maybe they are on a treasure hunt?

Good. good. Do you have an idea for a plot? I have an idea were the two, and maybe some of the crew, are shipwrecked.

Okay. Sounds good. The ship could have sunk because of an attack from the royal navy. Then they are followed on land. Your character could have talent in keeping hidden/navigating new terrain, and my character would know how the royal navy would follow them and their tactics.

Yup. Yup. That would work. How would your captain being new work in with the plot? I do like your idea. It sounds like a fun point of view. I'm assuming by new, you mean a month or two new. Does your character take the name of the old captain? This might be interesting if my character still thinks the old one is alive, so he infiltrates the ship and then finds there is a different captain. Or maybe he gets on the ship to make sure they don't find the treasure? I might choose to make a character of a lower rank then. Just shooting out ideas.

yeah! i meant about two-three, perhaps three so that the crew is (mostly) settled in with their newer captain. that's definitely an idea! i didnt intend for him to take the old captain's name, but it's a good idea, now that i think about it! maybe your character was originally supposed to, essentially, spy on the original captain? but that plan goes sort of sideways considering it's a new captain instead, but since it's a pirate ship on the sea, they can't really hop off and say "seeya"; they have to wait until they come back to the country they started from, which could take years? like, perhaps the mission was intended to be long but if there was an issue (e.g: original captain getting suspicious) then there could be a rendezvous point that the character spying could lure the pirate captain to to get him arrested or w/e but, new captain = more issues?
i'm throwing out ideas too omg i'm sorry if i don't make sense orz

You are making perfect sense. ^^ I can see the rendezvous points not really working because the new captain doesn't follow the same routes as the old or uses the same methods. Queue in my character getting more and more frustrated. So all of this could work. I think we have a pretty good set up. Anything else you would like to hash out?

i'm glad i made sense, and i'm glad it'll work out <: ahh, not that i can think of! could we do a separate thread, perhaps? & do you do character forms or? bc i probably will do a short desc but nothing too in-depth, just bc im Awful at describing in-rp. u dont gotta do the same tho ^^

Do you want to set up the thread, or should I? I think I'll do a short character form as well. It always turns out clunky when I try to describe through rp.
