I would say, maybe, put them both in FanClans? I don't have much experience with adoption centers but you rp on them I assume? So, yeah, unless someone actually has a better place for them I'd put them in FanClans for now ~

Unless the adoption centre is in a city // town etc, it goes into FanClans

Then again, if the kits somehow get into the forest and start a clan, then something like that would be in FC too.
