He just wanted to get back so she wouldn't have to sit there with an injured paw. It must hurt.

Of course, having a soft heart wasn't the worst medicine cat trait, but he still needed to be on his guard. He went quickly, but his leg was starting to hurt from where Dewpaw had barreled into him, so it wasn't the fastest pace.

Dewpaw drooped slightly but insisted "It looked like she had been walking on it for a while... I can't think of any clan that harsh. Who could do that to their own clanmates." he shook his head and fell into pace beside his mentor. There was no use running again Webtail would go at his own pace.

"Wouldn't it have made more sense to have her wait someplace hidden and then come get me? And what did you do to treat it?"

I'm doing good ^^ I've honestly eaten more in the past two days then I think I ever have. Plus I've socialized a lot haha Thanksgiving is rough)
Dewpaw nodded, seemingly more deflated than before. "I didn't have anything to treat a burn with so I made sure she didn't walk on it back to camp." looking back on it he realized how little he actually knew on burns. That was sad considering he was a medicince cat apprentice. He woudl have to do better.

Webtail supposed it fell on him to have taught him these things. "Well luckily for you, you'll be getting a crash course in burns here shortly." He limped back into camp and headed straight over to his den. "Wait, did you leave her alone in there?" An unknown cat in his den with all of their herbs did not bode well.
((That's about right haha. I have never felt this full and it's great. Would be greater with fewer people.))
