'kay. Shadowface reminded me that I've kinda been keeping to myself, so I figured I'd better update you lot on what I've been up to.
Well, for starters, I've hit midterms in college full-throttle (for those who didn't know I was in college and that I complain endlessly about it). And I've passed a few of them, thank goodness.
As for writing/reading, here's what I've been doing:
Where There's Smoke: It's on-hold until December, basically. If I can, I'll get out a chapter sometime mid-November. I have half a chapter written and HOPEFULLY! ( ) Where There's Smoke will be completed by the end of December. That's the plan at least. I hope all my fans stick with me.
Three of Hearts: Going to get started on the above fics completion. It'll be my first romance (or attempt at) that follows Rattlesnake, Dream, and Kite, character from 'The Game' (my other, on-going, fic). It follows Kite as she tries to tear down Rattlesnake's group from the inside because of her brother's death, unaware that she doesn't have all the information.
The Game: Still updating at the same pace (i.e. randomly). As soon as I complete a section, that section will be worked over for the errors I know are there. Thanks to those who are reading it.
Poisoning the Sea: My comic has a new update schedule! My deepest apologies to those fans who had to wait months for updates. It is now being updated ones a week, with 2-5 pages. Anything in it will be considered cannon and hard cannon (i.e. when I edit the Game, it will play off the rules and ideas in PtS). Please check it out!
All other stories that are in OTW: They're basically on-hold or scantily updated. Kid's Notebook is on-hold until I complete the plot within the end of November / beginning of December. Everything else are short story collections....

As for reading and other projects, I've been keeping up with updates to stories pretty well, so if I haven't posted very often, my apologies. I'm keeping up, sort of, better than I was before, that's for sure. I took a leave out of Owlmoon's book and have been reading updates between school and home (i.e. on the bus, without internet). I haven't posted so often because I sometimes forget after I get back to the internet world. Whoops.
Other projects include working on another PMV with my RP characters (if anyone wants to see the first one, PM me).
AND NANOWRIMO!!!
This is my second year doing it, as I couldn't do it in 2016 because of a family vacation. Anyway, this time I'm working on my long planned and ranted about Will C. Morgen story! This is the original plot, not the PtS AU. I've been working on Will's story for four years now, and in Oct. 2015, I wrote and completed a first draft in an attempt to test out NaNo. I completed the draft, and this year, I'm completely rewriting it. This Oct. in an attempt to flesh-out the world, I wrote a prequel called Double Mirror, that revolves around some of the minor characters in Will to Live (Will's book 1). I started it and completed it in the month of October, to my great satisfaction. For November, I'm tackling Will to Live and it's off to a good start.
So, since I can't share anything else of my story, I'll post some stuff from Double Mirror and the really brief summery for Will to Live:
Double Mirror random paragraphs (basically spoiler free):
And was woken up by an annoyed cough. He jumped to his feet, wild thoughts of vampires and broken glass flashing through his mind that he didn’t even notice his phone fall off his bed and onto the floor. “What! What!”
It was Savannah and her arms were crossed. “You didn’t call, but left the light on in your room. I let myself in, figuring you were here getting some of your things,” she looked around at the array of random items all over his floor. One sock, an old gum wrapper, and now his sad little phone. “But find you crashed face first into your bed. Why don’t you come home? It’s almost midnight.”
and this one:
Drake looked at him, completely confused. “Fine. Why am I here and how long have I been out?”
Percival returned his attention to his phone. Instead of scrolling, he tapped his fingers against the screen a couple of times. He was silent longer than Drake liked, and he snapped, “What are you doing?”
“Checking the calendar,” Percival answered in a succinct voice.
“What!” exclaimed Drake, sitting up with a jerk. He couldn’t have been out that long!
“Calm, boy,” said Percival, still in that dry tone. “I was joking.”
Drake is our main character. A young man who only wants his life to be normal, and preferably just live it with his girlfriend, nice and quietly. If you can't tell from the above, that works sooo well for him.
Will to Live summery:
The fires of Watershed had yet to claim a life, until one day, a girl is found in the ashes. That would have been the end of it, but things weren't that simple.
Will C. Morgen doesn't die that easily.
Book 1 in the Will C. Morgen Project
My old and boring summery. XP So far, the running titles are Double Mirror and Will to Live (Series being the Will C. Morgen Project, but that's even more of a placeholder name.)
