Something that's really bothering me when I'm on mobile, not to mention it's also kinda wasting my data, is when people put images, dragon eggs, or other things that should be in their signature in the format of their post.
I think the way to simplify it is that things that can be in your signature should be in it, and if you run out of space, too bad-- you have too much stuff.
I feel like this rule would be greatly appreciated by other people that use mobile on a regular basis. I've actually seen one or two people complain about this, so I know that it's not only me who wants this.

I am not a fan of the layouts in general, but lots of people like them. Large quantities of images that have no purpose in the layout to me is wrong. The signature is for things you want on every post, the layout is for... something else.
Again, not a fan of layouts, so I'll have to see what other people think.

Maybe a rule to keep clickables in spoilers if you really want to have your clickables on your posts? Much like Mod Kevin does. ^^

I don't see it done enough that I think a rule would actually be warranted for it.
