[Not much. Thistle and Bee are still gathering folks and we had to pause and reorganize the patrols, because people wanted their characters for other things and we couldn't just skip past the patrol. So that's still kind of in the works.]

Doveheart stepped carefully towards the rabbit. She snaked around to come up on it’s right side, watching as the small rabbit nibbled on the grass. It’s ears swiveled at the slightest sounds but it seemed unaware of the warrior creeping up. She bunched her back legs, getting ready to spring when the faint sounds of the commotion down by the pond caught her attention and made her pause. The rabbit seemed a bit spooked by the sounds and sat up a bit straighter to watch it’s surroundings with more care.

The warrior gave an annoyed look and sprung from her hiding spot in the tall grass. The rabbit was quick and already turned to run off. Luckily, Doveheart was fast enough to snag it’s back foot with her claws to stop it from getting away. She delivered a swift bite to it’s neck and picked up the prey in her jaws, looking proud to have caught it. She turned and began to trot over towards Iceclaw, wanting to see if his hunt was successful.

She walked over and saw the duck he had caught. She stepped heavily as she drew closer, hoping the warrior would be able to feel the thudding of her paws to know she had walked up. “Nice.” She said around the rabbit. Even if the warrior wasn’t deaf, he probably wouldn’t have heard it. Doveheart placed the rabbit down and looked around. “Think we’ll be able to carry anymore prey?” She mouthed before scenting the air.

Iceclaw had, in fact, felt Doveheart approach. He was sensitive to vibrations, so it was a nice warning that she was approaching, and the white tom had already looked up by the time she spoke to him. He couldn't catch what she said at first, with a rabbit in her mouth, but when she spoke again, sans rabbit, he was ready. He shook his head, before elaborating further.

"You caught a huge rabbit, and the duck might have scared off any other animals in the area." He admitted.

Ah, well. At least the duck and rabbit would feed a few clanmates. And they could always head back out.

Hey loves.
I'm sorry for being gone.
A lot has been going on and now I either have Strep throat or bronchitis (Haven't been able to get an appointment at a doctor yet.) High fever and fatigue. I was even in the hospital again a few days before the actual sickness hit because of some intense pain in my abdomen. I'm also having issues with passing out when I over exert myself.

I've been doing a lot with my mother the past few days. She actually doesn't have to get surgery yet so she has decided to wait on that until either after the first of the year or after my child is born.

I ALSO might be buying a house for 35k$ this month if we get approved for the loan so I hope that goes through and moving will have to happen which will take a few days while we set everything up and get internet at the new place (I'll inform you if we do wind up moving).

So a lot has been going on and it's a bit hectic.

I know I have excuses to be gone but I really shouldn't be gone so much when I know I have plot important characters. I'm really sorry for that. <
