I’m on an iPad, not a computer. Every time I click on a thread on here it will go to random websites like “your iPhone (I’m not even on an iPhone) is at risk for being hacked/viruses” or about winning a free amazon gift card. I haven’t downloaded anything for at least a year, including apps, and this is only happening on this website. I have other tabs open and it doesn’t do it on there so that’s why I was wondering if it had anything to do with the forums specifically.
I didn’t click on any ads either, it loads the pages by itself. Also the regular thread loads first, but before it finishes it goes to the other page.
Also sorry if this isn’t where this goes, I wasn’t sure.

Hopefully they’ll stop for me, or at least not do it as much. It happens on every thread so I can barely read/post anything.

It’s just this site in general.
It used to happen to me a LOT.
In fact one of my friends got it 8 times in one day....

that's rlly never happened to me on the forums or most other websites i go on
rlly i only get those kinda messages when i'm searching for a site to watch a game on and i end up on a sketchy-lookin usually-russian sports streaming site
but otherwise no

started happening to me too, when I go on another forum on my phone (not on the computer)
it's also hosted by proboards so I'm wondering if it bc of that, but maybe not

I happened to me twice today: one when I was trying to rp and, coincidentally, another when I clicked on this thread. It's really just a mild bother though, despite that it never lets me use the back button

It would most likely be ProBoards, not this exact forum. I’ve received the glitch 3 times today, so I would suggest downloading Tapatalk to avoid it because it only pops up on iDevices. |

i got this a LOT a while back but it's stopped now. during that time I had to enable adblock for this site (usually leave it unblocked)

It pops up with Android Phones as well. I have an Android and it happens from time to time. Not as often anymore, but it has happened at least once from my phone in the past week. |
