SILVER I THINK I'M WAITING FOR A NEW STARTER WITH MILK BECAUSE WE LOST OUR PREVIOUS RP. THE LAST THING I REMEMBER WAS THEM TALKING ABOUT THE BAD HERBS AND GROOMING EACH OTHER WHILE HER MATE WAS SLEEPY FROM WORKING HARD.

r i v e r f a n g c a m p & s n o w l e a f  He nodded, then padded away to retrieve his own meal. Picking a blackbrd that was as plump as could be, the tom awkwardly rejoined the she-cat. He simply wanted to converse with her, perhaps learn more about her brother. "How has your day been?" the tom asked, plucking feathers from the juicy looking bird. He placed them in a pile beside him, and turned his attention to Snowleaf. Reassessing his decision, the tom noticed how odd he looked after padding away and realized what she thought he meant. His eyes widened, as she may have taken it the wrong way. "Oh, I meant to join you in a conversation.. Your mouse looks amazing, but I didn't want to take from you. I apologize for not being clear." He bobbed his head and looked apologetic. Besides, he didn't like sharing much with his large appetite. He also appeared awkward to new cats, as he was more independent than reliant on others. c i n d e r c r e e k e n d l e s s f o r e s t  Frustration overtook the young she-cat. Her brother, being the jerk that he is, decided to try to decide who Cindercreek could like. She confided in him about her small crush on Shellstripe. The she-cat stalked through the forest, wanting to hunt to cool off. She should have known Riverfang would have thrown a fit, but of course, she was stupid enough to trust the fact that he'd maybe be alright with liking a tom that Riverfang barely knew. Her brother held an odd grudge against the tom, something that she always mixed up and didn't pay much attention to. Knowing Shellstripe, he wouldn't know what in the world her brother was talking about.
With her thoughts swirling around, she couldn't focus on hunting and missed prey after prey. She grew more and more frustrated and let out a huff before she heard a rustle in the bushes. She couldn't scent what it was, but she assumed it was prey and lowered into a crouch. The she-cat inched closer and closer, her eyes wide. Then, she leaped. And with her leap, she quickly discovered the horrible mistake she had just made. She pummeled into the tom of her interest: Shellstripe. Cindercreek rolled off him, landing wrong on her left shoulder and knocking the wind out of her left lung when she landed with a thud. "Sorry!" she croaked. |

Puddleheart couldn’t help but let out a purr. This was a side to Marshclaw that he had missed seeing, perhaps there was hope for him yet. “Alright, lead the way,” he said, nodding his head to Marshclaw to gesture for him to take the lead to the waters. It would be nice to talk for awhile, having already gotten the biggest issue out of the way. “Perhaps on the way you can tell me about your apprentice, Wavepaw, how’s her training coming along?” He asked, happy to make some sort of small talk until they could get back into talking about anything and nothing and still being comfortable around each other. (This is short and poorly written and I am sorry, I just don’t know what to have Puddleheart say, I guess.)

When Puddleheart agreed to come along, the dark brown tabby felt a little more at ease. He sighed and turned quickly on his paws, padding towards the shore of the ocean that ended their territory. Marshclaw felt a little more at ease, and his evil plans to bring Sandstar down had left his mind for the time being. When his apprentice Wavepaw was brought up, the tabby tom flicked his tail. "She's smart, but she's shy and seems to have something against me. She seems... afraid of me, and I don't know how to change that. But I know Wavepaw will be a great warrior with her brother and the other apprentices." Marshclaw decided and purred softly, looking at his brother. "How about your apprentice, Amberpetal? I know she's already a full medicine cat, but I'm sure she's still learning." He asked, trying his hardest to continue the conversation.

Charmed by her kits' responses, Alderberry was compelled by their innocence. Toadkit and Sweetkit may have crossed a line, but she was too nice to not allow them to have some fun. It wouldn't hurt to have them roll around in the mud a bit, right? Even she wanted to join them, though a part of her disagreed. In fact, they had broken a rule of her own and ended up making a mess in the camp.
Conflicted by the situation, the she-cat paused momentarily before responding to her young litter. "I suppose you two can play some more, but this is the only time I'll allow it!" she meowed, giving the two a solemn expression. "Do you understand?"
The dilute calico was easy to play, especially with her kits. She was willing to give them liberty with many things and playing in the mud was one of them.

Feeling her fur growing a little cooler, her embarrassment washed away and she looked happily at Toadkit. She felt excited once more- she'd be able to play with her brother in the mud and mama wouldn't get mad, why else wouldn't she be excited? Sure, Sweetkit knew that it'd take moons to clean all the icky mud off her beautiful fur that she got from her mother, but she just loved playing. Was that so wrong for a kit her age? Obviously not.
Turning around, she whisked her tail. "Thank you for letting us play, mama. And yes, we understand. No more playing in the mud after today! You don't need to worry!" Sweetkit announced before glancing at her sister, Lilykit. Lashing her tail, she growled playfully. Glancing at Todkit, she hoped he'd get the message that she wanted to get Lilykit dirty, too, and she didn't wanna do it alone.
Stalking foreword, she pushed herself out with her back paws, and launched foreword and towards Lilykit, hoping to land on her and pin her to the mud. Mud kicked up from her back feet, and probably splattered on her mother- it wasn't like she meant to have that happen- without little Sweetandsaltykit knowing. |

Lilykit crinkled up her petite pink, lightly dotted nose in disgust. Alderberry was going to let them keep playing in the mud? Count her out. She wouldn’t step foot in that mess if the clan leader ordered her to.
...Actually, she might then, because Sandstar was nice and leader’s word was law, wasn’t it? She wouldn’t want to get in trouble, so maybe she would delicately put the tip of one of her paws in the mud if Sandstar ever ordered her to do it, for some reason. Anyways, she was getting off topic there.
Lilykit looked up at her mother, letting out a small mew. “Mama, may I go explore the camp? I don’t want to get my fur all dirty in the mud, but maybe I could still stay out? Find something else to do?” She questioned sweetly, tilting her head to the side. She had always wanted to explore more of the camp anyways. She could say hello to the elders, check out the apprentice’s den, maybe even see what the medicine cats are up to.
That all sounded much more fun to Lilykit, than playing in the mud like some sort of insane animal.
