Kestrelcall was chilling in camp, gnawing on the sinewy tissue of a mouse. He had recently returned from hunting, having returned to camp with his stomach rumbling.

Featherpool was stretched out near the warriors' den. Her tail was curled up around her flank. She seemed about ready to doze off, the only thing really alert about herself was that her ears were perked forward, listening to the sounds around camp.

Armageddidn't ;; hey, so you've been extremely inactive here, and i wanted to know if you wanted to just leave the roleplay, or if you'f be okay opening up both blizzardclaw and sandstar? Considering Sandstar is really important for the plot.

so i'll open up Blizzard and Sandstar for someone else.
If you want to roleplay, then you're free to reply with Wavepaw and or Cedarchirp to one of Feathertalon's starters, or whatever you want.
feather- should i just create a she-cat to claim with Blizzardclaw, and then leave sandstar to one of the active roleplayers that we already trust on here?
Maybe we could give Sand to Milk or something? |

Sandstar stretched as she padded across camp, eyes bright. She spotted Kestrelcall by the fresh-kill pile and padded over. "Hey, Kestrelcall." she said as she chose a vole for herself. She softly sighd under her breath as she bit into the prey.

The voice surprised Kestrelcall to the point of him inhaling a piece of bone. It lodged in his throat, causing a serious bout of coughing. Luckily it didn't last long, the bone dislodging and the tom able to cough it back up. He shook his head, fur bristled in surprise and embarrassment - more so embarrassment as he realized Sandstar of all cats had come to speak with him.
"Hello there, Sandstar," the handsome tom rasped, blue eyes watery from his near death experience. He would consider it a near death experience when it really wasn't.
Kestrelcall pushed aside the somewhat chewed remains of the mouse bones as he sat up straighter and glanced toward the molly leader. He needed to look presentable in front of his Clan leader, it just seemed appropriate.

Sandstar swallowed the bite of vole before saying, "I was thinking of leading a border patrol. Would you be willing to assist me?" Her voice betrayed her exhaustion, although it was obvious she was trying not to sound tired. I'm failing at not sounding tired, aren't I? she thought to herself.

Hello everyone! Ross here telling everyone that the candidate kitty to kill Marshclaw is opened once again! This kitty will be killing Marshclaw after Marshclaw successfully kills Sandstar.
What I need from all of you guys is to suggest ONE cat for the position. It doesn't matter if you want it or not- I need everyone to suggest a cat.
Once we get everyone's cat, we will create a poll, and that poll will run for five to ten days (have not decided yet)
and the cat with the most votes will become the candidate for killing Marshclaw.
ANOTHER THING: this cat must be your OWN character. No one elses.
Details:
- they will succeed, and Marshclaw will die.
- Amberpetal will name them the new leader
- They will name Rowanstorm their deputy

Kestrelcall was just about to agree when he realized why Sandstar's voice sounded so...off. Exhaustion seemed to be flooding the molly like a high tide. Exhaustion wasn't just in her tone the harder Kestrelcall looked at the leader - her shoulders were slumped ever so slightly, her eyes dropped, her fur somewhat out of place. She was tired. Sandstar needed rest, and Kestrelcall could easily see that.
Concern washed over the brown and white tom. He placed his tail comfortingly over Sandstar's shoulder and looked her in the eyes. He was serious about his words as he mewed, "You're exhausted, Sandstar. You're our leader, you can't run yourself dry. Get some rest, I can take the patrol out for you."

okay maybe i should change it-
if the apprentices are become warriors before marsh is killed (so like breeze, rose, fire etc.) then you can nominate them
and if they WERE queens (like aspenfeather and aldermama[since she'll be out of the nursery when this happens]) then you can nominate them.

Yeah, so that does open up Breeze and Rose, but Aspen might be a queen again by the time this starts, so not her.
