Looking for a Clan?

I've been browsing the fanclans for a while now and having trouble figuring out what to do first. There's just... so many it's a tad overwhelming to go through them all and figure which ones would be good? I don't feel like I have the time or energy to go looking through hundreds of pages and read everything and also try figuring out what would be a best fit for all of my characters. I'm not at all new to rping, but I'm a little out of practice and don't remember most of my old characters, so made new ones that I've never tried out before.
I mostly want to know: How active is it? Is it accepting new members? and How literate is it?
I'm a fairly active user most of the time even though it says I'm new and so far all I've done is a lot of lurking and I'm all for big rps. Though sometimes I can't crank out multiple paragraphs I don't just give one-liners either. I can vary from about 3 sentences to 2 paragraphs max. Below are my characters. Yes all of them are toms, I'm bad at rping the opposite gender.

Bumbleberry - A light yellow tabby tom with dusty brown stripes on his legs and tail and pale blue-lavender eyes. He's highly intelligent and well rounded for any situation though not particularly masterful at any one thing. Though a warrior, he has knowledge of herbs from his time as a kit and apprentice when he was sickly and memorized a good few remedies from watching. He's also a bit timid around strangers, and an even bigger homebody, not liking to be out of camp for long. 20 Moons.

Gingerstrike - A dark orange tom with a white underside and large calculating amber eyes. Highly ambitious and sometimes a little crass, he can get on others nerves quite easily. However he's stubborn to the code and always goes by his authorities in hopes of gaining favor and possibly his own leadership. He doesn't have the ability to keep secrets and can often be a boast or gossip. With Gingerstrike, what you are seeing is what you get. 30 Moons.

Opaleyes - A gray and white marbled tom with darker gray dapples along his back and haunches. His right eye is a golden amber and the left a sea green. Opaleyes is an extremely fast and calculating fighter in battle for his slender build and large claws, he's nearly a must-have for any patrol. When not about his warrior duties he can sometimes be found giving apprentices or kits close to apprenticeship extra training and tips. He has an immense admiration and care for other clanmates and often also friends outside the clan. 25 Moons.

Applefrost - A brick red-brown tom with white paws and ear tufts and bright lime green eyes. Applefrost is a master at night time hunting, especially birds. He has powerful back legs and able to out-jump almost any other cat. However, he can be almost cruel with a few of his kills and has quite a temper and lack of self control. 28 Moons.

Silverwisp - A rather handsome silver gray tabby with a white jaw and electric blue eyes. He's a little on the small side though a full grown tom, and very self-conscious of that fact. As a new warrior, he is exceedingly overeager to prove himself to everyone and rather conceited about his looks. He can be foolish and reckless at times but other times, surprises his clanmates with ingenuity and spontaneous ideas. Most will agree he still has the playful curiosity of a kitten. 12 Moons.
