Some may remember my first fanfiction, The Heir of Scourge. I have been wanting to rewrite it for a long time, so I have decided to NaNoWriMo is the best time to do that. After reading over my old work (ugh!), I decided the series needed a reboot. I present to you, the brand new story (possibly series), Blood's Descent.
This story will take place moons after Scourge was murdered in battle. After Ice and Snake were kicked out, new cats began to arise and claim to be leader of BloodClan. Only one found success as leader, and even then, his views and methods are questioned. While some support his views of peace, others wish for BloodClan to be returned to the days of glory when they were under Scourge.
During this time, Scourge's remaining legacy is born. Three kits, which each have the potential to rule BloodClan. Raised by their mother and uncle, they are told tales of the glory days, and raised on the notion that they need to restore their father back to his rightful place. But with great power comes responsibility, broken relationships, and betrayal. Three can lead, but only one will rise.
Few things to note about this series.

Few things to note about this series.
- This novel will not be as Edgy™ as the original BloodClan. I promise.
- There will be some characters from canon, but no forest characters.
- This will be written the month of November, and edited/posted during December.
- Like I said before, this is an updated (and researched!) version of The Heir of Scourge.
