Dear WCF People,
When the fateful news came out on the 31st of July, the forums were blowing up owith goodbye threads. HarperCollins was shutting down the WCF- for good.
We, the WCF Forumers, could've been here from the beginning or closer to the end. Some of us were only here a week, not knowing what to do. There was hope. Tomorrow's Hero made the WCRP for the WCFers to go- even new people. However, the mods were strict as ever- blocking all personal info and deleted links. The WCF was a mess. People frantically searched for their friends, roleplays were discussing leaving. Countless people were getting banned for saving the Warriors Community of the WCF. People were giving their forum lives to save others! This was heroism. Several people began looking up to these heroes who lost their points, posts, forums account to saving the community.
I now lurk the forums, stalking AetherClan, OTD, and Fan Clans. I was banned for breaking the rules. I broke a few. The no personal info rule- I broke. Forcemating- yeah, I didn't do it. The foreign language- broke! I promised on the 1st of August that I'd stay till the end. Until the forums are wiped from existence. I won't break my promise. I have some goodbyes to friends and Clans to say.
Cricketsong- You were on of my first forum friends. We met in Warriors Miscellaneous, over a Name the Apprentice. We hosted several games together- then we put one another in our siggies. I'd check Warriors Misc. daily and you didn't show up. If you're here- tell me.
AetherClan- Probably the Clan I've been in the longest. I actually don't know. Fireh, Dolce, Lynx, Mishka, Ryse, you've all been so nice and reliable for the Clan. You're amazing people and I know we can keep up AetherClan together.
Fireh- You are an amazing person. You're so welcoming and kind to all. You constantly pull all-nighters and have kept this Clan up and running. Thanks for telling me to return.
The rest of you- you're all so amazing and different. You're all the nicest people I've met, as well as a few other people.
