This is great, especially for a first attempt! I love the expression.
The only things I'd say are that the eyes may be verrrry slightly too close together, and that cropping the image to get rid of all of that blank space would do it a lot of favours. I understand not doing so though bc I'm incredibly lazy- so much so I sometimes don't even signature my art just because I can't be bothered to!

Whoa, that's your first? Looks great! And pretty much what Smilii said. One thing I've found really useful with digital art is to horizontally flip the canvas occasionally while you work on it, I'm not sure how exactly it works but it makes it easier to spot mistakes

Honestly I like digital drawing a lot, a stylus feels so much smoother to draw with than a pencil on paper

What really helped me with digital art was moving fast. You can't move slowly like you would on paper (your lines look really nice so you prob already knew that), another thing I learned was turning on the pen pressure (i was dumb and didn't notice you could turn it on for like a month -.- ) I agree with the others as well! Proportions and watching the blank spaces is super important!
