(It'll be fun though XD
Maybe like I suggested before? Jordan is spending some time with Kris while her parents are on vacation and so we could maybe start with her moving in? Then they'll have some cousin bonding. I'm assuming they're pretty close already though?)

{Oh absolutely.
Oh yeah, we could do that! I warn you I'm probably not going to be online for much longer, though. I was thinking they're already close yeah}

Jordan groaned as she parked her car in the driveway leading to Kris' place. She loved her cousin, don't get her wrong, but she was not looking forward to the much longer commute to her school, much less being in the heart of Westbrook territory. East Grove High School's intense rivalry had been going on with them for years and Jordan knew she'd be considered a traitor if it was discovered that she'd be spending some time here.
Well, it was her mom's fault anyway. 'You can't be home along, Jordan. You'll burn the house down'. She sighed. Thanks for the confidence, Mom. Jordan knew that her mother's fears were valid. Jordan had ended up breaking many, many things (including bones) with her reckless stunts. Hey, the girl just wanted to have fun. What's wrong with that?
She got out of the car and grabbed a couple of her bags. She didn't have much. Toiletries. A pillow. A few different outfits. A phone charger. Her stuffed monkey, Mr. Bananas. Her house was close enough that she could go back and get anything.
Jordan took her time wandering to the door. She was excited to see Kris and, despite being conditioned to practically hate this school, she wanted to meet some of the locals. After all, Tristan Williams had said that Westbrook actually had some decent pool. The next day he had been stuffed inside a locked.
Jordan just figured she wouldn't mention it back home if she met some Cooke people during her stay. She wasnt even sure how long she'd be here. Her parents were traveling out of the country for their anniversary. Some big trip that meant they'd be gone for a while. Max was attending some private college across the country and Jordan would be stuck here. At least she liked Kris.
Jordan set down her bags and lifted her hand to knock on the door.

{Good night! Hmm, I'm considering giving Kris a little brother...}
Kris was just getting the house ready when she heard the knock on her door. She was running around the house, making sure everything was clean and nothing was out of place. Her parents were out at work and had already done their fair share of cleaning, so it was really Kris who was putting the finishing touches on everything. She was probably being a bit excessive about it, but she was excited. She hadn't seen Jordan in a while. She really liked her cousin, despite the rivalry between their schools.
Personally, Kris thought the rivalry was absolutely stupid. It was literally high school, so what did it matter in a few years? She pretty much ignored the whole thing and stayed out of all the conflict. It was a lot easier to do so when her cousin was part of the rival school. She was a lot less bias when she knew about both schools.
When she heard the knock on the door, she perked up and hurriedly went to answer. "Jordan!" she exclaimed happily. "Welcome!"

(You should. Siblings are fun. That's why I gave Jordan an older brother that's the absolute opposite of her XD)
Jordan was pulled out of her thoughts when the door opened and all of her annoyance disappeared. They didn't live too far away, but she didn't see her cousin nearly enough. "Hi, Kris," she said, putting down the bags and hugging the other girl. Jordan loved hugs, but really didn't hug anyone but family and close friends. She was good at controlling herself.
When she let go, she grabbed her bags and made her way inside, sweating them aside. "It's so good to see you again," Jordan said. She smiled and made her way to the couch, sitting down in it. She felt awkward standing by the door and talking to someone she'd known for her entire life.
"So, what are we going to do first? Meet new people? Unpack? Get matching tattoos?" Jordan suggested. That one was on her list from from Ezra. One thing hadn't done, but she thought it'd be fun to do with Kris. Cement their friendship by putting ink permanently in their skin. She had the folded up list in her pocket and was planning on knocking off as many items as possible while she was here.
In Westbrook, she'd already be judged because of where she lived. They might as well judge her as insane too.
"Anyway, I also wanted to make dinner for you and your family one night while I'm here as a thank you for letting me stay." She didn't think it was a huge deal. This is what family did, right? But her parents had said she should do something for the family. Her mom was paying them but said that Jordan should do something too and she wasn't a horrible cook.

Kris hugged her back tightly, grinning. She loved hugs and accepted them from pretty much anybody, but it was always best getting hugs from people she actually cared for. She stepped to the side to let Jordan in once they let go, and then headed to the couch with her. She would deal with the bags later.
"I don't think we should do anything illegal just yet," Kris laughed, shaking her head. "It would be better to do those things after a few days, when my parents trust that we won't get in trouble. I think we'll just unpack for now, and then go out to meet some people." She didn't actually get why doing something illegal was so great anyway. She loved going out and having fun, but she didn't get being reckless about it. It was just as easy to have fun without worrying about repercussions later. Of course, she didn't voice this to Jordan.
"Plus, I'm watching my little brother right now. I can't leave him alone," she added, though she wasn't actually watching him. He was upstairs, playing with his legos or something. He was a quiet kid, so she didn't worry about him being a bother.
"You don't need to make us dinner," Kris chided her, shaking her head. "We're family and we're housing you because of that. It's not like you're a brand new guest or anything." Then again, her parents were rather big on hospitality, but that was only when they were being the guests. They always wanted to make their own guests comfortable, which basically meant smothering them until they couldn't do anything.

{YES let's have Mick come in while these two are being a mess. I have the feeling Mick is gonna be instantly enamoured while Jace is still just way too awkward to even consider romance still Man, all that happened in my RPs is... well, quite a lot actually. One time a guy got threatened by his girlfriend's overprotective ghost-brother it was weird} "I've had plenty of awkward silences in my life, it's fine," Elita huffed. "I'm not taking your money. I swear, I'm going to kill Mason..." She muttered that last part to herself before clearing her throat and speaking up again. "It's not like I'm going to stare at you awkwardly. Please, just take your money back and I'll shout at Mason to give me my money." Yeah, this totally wasn't going well. Yet another example of why she had essentially isolated herself from the world after high school. She did miss her friends, but she didn't miss constantly making a mess of herself. {Here's my last response ^.^ Ariat is gonna have Mick come in whenever we decide to have him appear, haha. Currently, Jace is trying to give Elita a bunch of ones to pay for Mason and Elita refuses to accept them}

((Oh! Thank you! XD I think Mick needs to come in as soon as possible because my goodness. This is a train wreck.))
"Well, I think this is the first time someone has told me to take back money." Jace answered but kind of sidled up to the side of the counter and awkwardly used one hand to push the money into his pocket while his other hand held his pocket open. This was steadily getting more and more awkward. He was really starting to dislike Mason more and more, as time went on. "So, uh, Elita... I guess you can mark this off as the most awkward moment of your life, eh?" Oh lord, Jace, why couldn't he just shut his mouth? What was wrong with him?

When the flower shop came into sight, Mick slowed down and pulled into the parking lot, coming to a stop and parking near the door. He pulled his helmet off and put down the kickstand before heading into the shop. Helmet tucked under his arm, Mick grabbed his wallet and pulled out his credit. He spent a few minutes looking at his choices before approaching the counter.
"Um, excuse me?" he asked. It didn't sound as if The two were talking about flower related things, so he assumed he was safe to break in. "I'd like those two," he said, pointing at them. "It's my, uh, sister's birthday and I want to celebrate her," he said with a bit of a laugh.
He then paused, giving the girl a small smile. "And then, can you pick out one more for me? I want this to be special for her and you obviously know more about flowers than me."
(Woooh this is the best I can do between class and a club meeting so I hope it's good enough : ))

{Hello! This is, indeed, still open!
And I... absolutely forgot I had this tab open...}
Elita had been about to tell Jace that, actually, she had been through tons of more awkward experiences before. Having to give someone their money was definitely not the worst thing she had ever been through. Seriously. One time she had gone on a date and... well, it wasn't good. It had been years and she still complained about it whenever she got the chance too. She was pretty sure Mason was getting tired of hearing it.
Then the new customer had come in and asked for the flowers, interrupting her before she could say anything. She jumped, a bit surprised and nervous by his appearance. She relaxed some when he mentioned his little sister and nodded tentatively. "O-oh, of course!" She scurried over to get the flowers, and then paused to consider what would be the best third option. She picked one out and handed them over, naming the price as she did so. It was her luck that she didn't stutter through it. Honestly, where on earth was her brother? Had he just pawned his job off on her?
{Don't worry Ariat, it's good. I can't wait to see what smooth thing Mick has to say hehe}

Mick watched as she got the flowers together, checking his phone occasionally. He really was here for His sister. The two were extremely close and today was her tenth birthday. She was double digits now. Practically an adult in her eyes. Mick had to make it special.
"Thank you," he said, collecting the flowers and wishing he had taken his mom's car instead of his motorcycle. It wouldn't be easy to bring the flowers home in good shape. Oh well. Mick shrugged.
Then he shuffled his feet a bit, unsure about making his next move. Well, he was new here. He didn't know the girl. If he messed up and embarrassed himself, he most likely wouldn't have to interact with her ever again. Hopefully, that other guy wasn't her boyfriend.
"Um, I'm new here. My name is Mick. It is my sister's birthday. This one is for her and this one is for my mom," he said, pointing at the two he had bought first. Then he paused. "But I got the prettiest flowers for the prettiest girl," he said, handing over the third one - the one she'd chose. He smiled a bit, laughing to hide any awkwardness that might be showing. "Just, uh, don't tell my sister that. She'd be jealous that someone else took her throne."
(Okay I don't do romance but I think Mick was pretty darn smooth so I hope you guys do too *finger guns*

((Oh my goodness, Mick, you sly dog. XD))
Jace figured it was about time for him to shuffle his way awkwardly out of there, so he gave a little awkward goodbye wave to Elita. "Uh, bye, I guess I'll probably see you around with Mason sometime. Let's agree to never speak of the horrors that just happened." He said with some awkward finger guns at Elita, a little awkward wave at Mick, and then he hurried his way right on out of there, glad to be done with that catastrophe.

{Ooh Mick nice job
Jace, I too would finger guns my way out of this situation}
Elita instantly flushed, stammering as she took the flower. Then she promptly buried her face in her hands, sending a weak wave of goodbye in Jace's direction. Oh dear. Nobody had ever complimented her like that, with the exception of Mason, but that was just Mason. He was never serious. She had been called cute before too, but that was mostly her friends. She was pretty sure she looked like a mess with her hair pulled into a messy sidetail and her clothes being simple comfortable sweats and a t-shirt.
"Th-thank you," she managed, peaking up at Mick. She was still blushing brightly. She... was so not good at dealing with these situations. How was she supposed to respond here? "U-um, I'm sure your little sister is m-much prettier than me, though..." Why did she say that? She was a mess.
