. I know right? I used to be so excited about my old ideas and now I'm like, eh. xD I just keep switching around. Right now I have two characters for a very vague idea about people with powers and also the vague desire to write something about like an epidemic But I'm also like super into medical stuff right now and wanna write something like that but I have no time to do the research that'd be necessary. Especially this one that's kind of an er type thing mixed with a cop thing but I don't know enough about cops or the er and like no time for research |

I actually had this idea that kinda started off as a Night Shift/NCIS fanfic. I don't write them but I like to make up ideas for them. Anyway, so it turned into this idea that a cop put away a dangerous criminal. The criminal was released/escaped whatever and was spotted in the area where the cop used to work at a hospital (as a doctor). So basically the cop and her team head back down and have to work with her old doctor friends to catch the criminal whos involved with the hospital somehow. Anyway it's not developed enough and there's a bunch of plot holes plus the lack of research/knowledge but I feel like it'd be a cool idea in the future, just not the kind of thing I'm ready for right npw |

And to be honest, I really enjoy the idea of it being a fanfic. Working with already developed characters, somebody else's, too, for me it's just kind of exciting and thrilling and adds to the effect. I personally have an idea for an Avengers AU fanfic where the main character is a detective from the CIA, or someplace like that, and moves to join a group of fellow crime solvers that work murder mysteries. Captain America, obviously, would be like, the precinct's Captain. And Bruce Banner the doctor in the morgue. It would almost be like a series, and after their first case they get the title "The Avengers" for solving this one really hard murder together. It's actually something I've considered putting on my Wattpad for a while now, to grab some attention xD |

I kinda tend to avoid fan fics cause it's difficult for me to portray a character correctly if it isn't mine. I toyed with the idea of making it a fan fix but like the above reason and I didn't think it'd be a big hit. Both 'fandoms' are pretty small and I don't think most of the people that watch the shows would be on sites like Wattpad. I thought changing stuff and making it my own would be much better
