~Hello, my fellow writers of the forums, and welcome to The Writers' Den!~
The Writers' Den is a safe place for all writers, where they are invited to come and share their work and ask for advice in the naming, creating, and developing of characters, plot devices and development. Sharing is never mandatory, and the writer is never required to give information about their story that they do not wish to or feel uncomfortable with giving. But we will never turn away you or your work.
This group is open to all kinds of writing and writers, so please, nothing offensive or vulgar, because I'd like to keep this within respect to the forum rules. All kinds of work is permitted, no matter what genre, as long as it is "Forum Fit."
~In order to keep a clean, safe, and judgement free zone, please read over and maintain the following rules for our community of writers:
*Always respect your fellow writer and their work.
*Critiques and criticism will always be constructive and given in a positive and respectable manner.
*If you feel uncomfortable with giving advice on a topic of writing that you feel you are inexperienced with or do not believe in, all you have to do is simply state that you feel uncomfortable, as you should not feel obligated to give an opinion if this is the case.
If any of the above rules are broken, whether by accident or on purpose, you will be warned. If it continues to happen you will be asked to stop. I have faith nobody intends to do that on purpose (this isn't Lord of the Flies, after all) but please do your best to maintain these rules and keep our Writers' Den a safe haven for everybody.
If you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask me and/or our co-founder 𝕊’𝕞𝕠𝕣𝕖 . If you are uncomfortable with posting your work publicly, for whatever reason, feel free to PM us as well if you have any questions on a piece. Thank you for taking the time to come to our Writers' Den. I hope that you enjoy it here, and stay on as a member of our Writer Family!
