Specifically "zombies."
I recall that this was a no-no on the old forums, and I was curious how that reflects here. If they had a good reason for it on the other forums, I would imagine there might be some limits shared here. I couldn't find anything in the rules, but I think it's probably a better idea to ask first.
I ask because I have a story I'm considering posting pieces of in the Off Topic Writing, and I've come to realize I tend to push the boundaries on here without being aware.

As long as you aren't gorey and incredible descriptive with it [if you are unsure you can always PM a staff member to run it by them] then I don't really see a problem with it? Basically don't over do it.

I agree with @sav. Basically, don't do what Negan did to Glenn . Instead, censor it or go "skip scene" as..well, it's not all that appropriate to have on here. A little too gory. So just keep it in check and you're good.

Clarification: I don't mind zombies in roleplays or the writing boards. If it's not too descriptive to where it's gross and disgusting and no one wants to read it then don't do it. As long as it's not like rated R or something. The only problem I can really see is you going into so much detail about the zombies feeding habits and how they look. For readers who don't want to read it, put a disclaimer at the top that the story contains zombies, violence, death and guns if any of those themes apply.

I feel that I should clarify that the zombies don't really eat people.
It's more like, schizophrenics with easily damaged skin than it is blood and gore. The worst thing would be the description of the main character's infected wound. I would probably heavily trigger warning it, too, just in case.
I'll definitely send a small portion of what I mean in a PM.

Oh no, then you're fine. I read the portion and there's 0 wrong with it. You're all good.
