This is a fun little survey for everyone that is interested to fill out! Don't consider it work, just think of it as a fun little project. :3 Come on, give it a try! 
Imagine you were magically transported to the Warriors universe and you woke up as not a human being, but as a cat... What would you look like? What would your persoality be? Would you know of the 5 canon Clans? What would your life history be? (Note: This isn't the survey yet, these are just examples of what is to come.) So, if you could be a warrior cat of your choosing, what would you be like? Think carefully... You've only got one shot at this.

(A few notes: If you are not part of a Clan, then you can put N/A in the "Clan" and "Rank" categories. "Allegiance" means if are you a Clan cat, a member of a Tribe, a kittypet, a barn cat, a rogue, or a loner, as well as their beliefs. "Skills" include both pros and cons. Are you a good swimmer, but a lousy tree climber? Would you have a good sense of smell? Are you inadequate at tracking? Those are just a few examples you can put under the "Skills" category.)
There is but one "rule": make your cat profile as detailed as possible. Imagine this is your new existence. This cat is who you are now. You would want to put as much detail into them as possible, what you not? Oh, and don't make yourself a Gary or Mary Sue! XP
I will provide an example below of my new fictional existence as a warrior. You can take inspiration from her if you want, but don't copy her. Use your imagination!

Gender: She-cat

Physical Traits: Whitespeckle is a very pretty she-cat with a soft cocoa brown coat of fur. She has a white underbelly, white paws, and a white chest. In addition, a thin stream of white speckles dapppe the sides of her pelt. They begin at the sides of her muzzle, work their way down past her face and along the sides of her next, they continue down her sides, and the small white speckles stop at around where her round bottom is. Overall, she has a very lithe figure that includes nimble legs and a very long tail. She also has a very pretty face with emerald green eyes, a black nose, and she has a black marking on the back of her left ear. She is really proud of how her body turned out; also, she has no scars.
Personality: Whitespeckle is usually a very quiet individual who rarely speaks her own mind, but when she does, it wiuld be foolish not to listen to her. She may be young, but she is very mature for her age and speaks like an elder would, minus all the never-ending stories. She is fiercely loyal to her Clan and distrusts other Clan cats. However, underneath her tough exterior likes a charismatic warrior who would do anything to keep her Clanmates safe and happy. She has never been interested in toms (only other she-cats), but is too reluctant to admit that she is homosexual. (That decisions has come to bite her in the tail several times, as she has had crushes on several ShadowClan she-cats, but she never admitted her feelings towards them and now they are padding after other cats.) Overall, Whitespeckle is a fearless, kind, intelligent, loyal cat who, although has a few of her issues to work out, she is an invaluable warrior to have
