Me:
Is 4'11, 130 lbs.
Doctor: "YOU NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT" and basically calls me fat
Me: "But I'm on steroids that you prescribed me and those make you gain weight... I've been taking it for 2 years remember...
Grandma: *Defends doctor and tells me not to I question her*
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

i'm 130 lbs and 5'4" i'm not sure if that means i should lose weight but i do need to eat healthier bc for the last few days ive been eating Junk Food(TM) and i need to exercise more bc i have Bad Lungs
That doesn't actually sound too overweight imo? I'm barely 5'4" (like I'm technically under that and I just round up) and I fall in the 112-115 range on any given day, so that's not too too far off. Depending on your activity level it could be muscle too, I know when I started going to the gym on the regular I actually gained weight (but was confused about it at first lol) I'm also at the very low side of "healthy" on the BMI scale last I checked

Yes exercise is needed with everyone, but at your height that weight is normal for you. I'm same height and weigh 120 pounds. A person our height is good around 100-140.

@devilcooksanji I don't mind. I'm about 4'8.5, so I'm a little overweight, but I'm blessed with curves -.-.... and asthma Honestly if you're a little over weight and maybe exercise every day you'll be healthy. I think it's ridiculous for doctor calling you fat and should just give healthy suggestions?
