True but there is a good chance socializing will turn into a family argument right now because of my grandma losing her house, my uncle being in everyones business and spilling some beans about A Thing, and all of them want to argue over what i can or cant do with my body and my kid.
So I'm not sure if kittens will actually be worth. Although they might make the situation slightly more tolerable.

Take pictures if you can, we would all love to see the kittens. Is your grandma at least somewhere safe?

Yeah, shes in a nursing home for now and her stuff she could take was moved into a storage unit and they're gonna be taking her out aoartment hunting within the next few weeks.
I'm sad though because they decided a good portion of the house was deemed unfit for living in so they might tear it down if the damages are worth more than the house and... there goes my childhood.
Place was literally haunted asf tho so.

There was this one ghost in the basement named Alice that kept giving us nightmares and we know it was her because we (me, my ex, and my grandma) all had nearly the same instance in a dream with this little girl that suddenly turned into some kind of weird abstract horrorterror and we were all able to describe her independently and give a name without knowing what the others dreams were like.
There was also this?? orb?? That was just ambiently either in the kitchen or on the back deck and there that we all saw. It turned green and disappeared when my ex tried talking to it once?
Also in general my grandmas doll and teddy bear collection would move from time to time, or if you were in a room at night thered be this overwhelming energy that would make me feel so nervous all of a sudden i'd want to flee to my room with the lights on and hide under the blankets.

Did the energy make you feel nervous like it wanted you out of the house? Could it all have been Alice, or do you think it was more than one presence?

Did the energy make you feel nervous like it wanted you out of the house? Could it all have been Alice, or do you think it was more than one presence? I'm pretty sure there was more than one presence but I did wonder if it was just Alice since it just seemed dark and malevolent and so did the basement and the nightmares but I couldn't ever be for sure. It usually just frightened me out of the room it was in though. It could have also just been my paranoia because at I also have an extreme fear of windows, ESPECIALLY at night and maybe especially in that house since my biodad tried to kidnap me out the window of that house once when I was a toddler (I don't actually remember this happening but I remember being told about it and the correlation makes sense and seems like a traumatic enough event that my subconscious would register it as a fear?) At the very least I know there was three seperate presences, Alice, the orb, and whatever liked moving things.

Is the fear of windows ground floor windows only, or any window?
The closest I've come to a presence was at the old farmhouse we rented, I slept up in the finished attic, and the first night I went to go to bed the nightstand lamp on the side I didn't sleep on was on, the second night the covers were turned down in a perfect triangle on that same side I don't sleep on, and the third night this balloon I had gotten Sydney for her birthday (inside joke, I don't regularly get my cats birthday balloons) was hovering really weirdly around the room, despite their being no air or anything on at the time. Never felt any animosity though, and after those first three nights, nothing ever happened again.

It was any window, I lived on a second floor apartment and still got scared by windows. Blackout curtains usually fix it.
I would buy six kittens but I'm moving soon and already have two cats that need care so we cant afford more rn, and even so I'd rather adopt older cats or the 'unadoptable' ones that get left behind.
The creepy doll thing never bothered me.
