Bearpaw grinned at her, giving her shoulder a flick with his fluffy tail. "I'll bet that the reason warriors are always so solemn is because they're visited by Starclan when they're made a warrior. And they're told something like, 'Now listen here, youngster, you'd better shape up and shown as little emotion as possible, lest all the prey in the world somehow slip through your paws'," he mewed, putting on his best 'elder' voice. Pondpaw laughed. "That's obviously what happens. There's no other explanation for it!" Bearpaw purred softly in amusement, giving her shoulder a gentle nudge. "Well duh. And just think, we're doomed to meet the same fate some day," he cried dramatically. |

𝔰𝔱𝔬𝔯𝔪𝑦𝔫𝔦𝔤𝔥𝔱 Tawnyface returned the smile with one of his own. "I was just relaxing," he mused, flickering his tail. "I went on dawn patrol earlier this morning," he meowed, it was nice to be in camp for a while to relax. He had spent the rest of his day, laying next to his sister and he finally got a chance to eat.

She has long, fluffy fur and tail, her right eye is purple with a scar across it which blinded her in that eye, her left eye is blue. Her left ear has two notches in it and her right ear has one, her fur is shiny, she has long whiskers, and she has a splotch of white on the toes of her front left paw and her back right paw, her nose is gray Personality: Icyheart is kind, querky, with plenty of spunk. Don’t worry about it.’ She purred at him, touching her tail to his flank. "Thanks. Well, anyway, I owe you one." Rivernose replied. He nodded his head. "What do you suggest we do with the collar?" The She-cat seemed to shrug. ‘Perhaps we could bury it away from camp, or drop it in the river?’ She asked, taking a mouthful of mouse. |

Smokestep saw Deeppool glance around the clearing after noting how small the fresh-kill pile had gotten. He stretched and got to his paws, padding over to offer his help. "Would you like me to go out with a hunting party, Deeppool?" Smokestep meowed.

( Blaze ♡) Runningkit looked over his shoulder at Deeppool, calling back, "Bye! Thanks for finding me, Miss Deputy!" He grinned cheekily, then bumped into something solid. He looked up, about to complain, when he saw his father, Raggedfinch. "Papa!" He exclaimed happily, then froze when he saw Sandcloud coming over to the both of them, a fierce look on her face. "Don't tell her that I got out of camp!" he gulped to his father, his ears flattened to his head. Sandcloud sat beside her mate, resting her head on his shoulder. The no-nonsense she-cat raised a brow at her seemingly nervous kit. "Runningkit, why do you look so innocent?" She asked the tiny tom bemusedly, already knowing the kit's antics though he was only half a moon old. |

Raggedfinch glanced away from Elmwhisker and looked down at Runningkit. He let out a soft purr of greeting and flickered the young tom's ears with his tail. His gaze darted around for a moment, trying to figure out where he actually came from. "What did you just say?" he asked, narrowing his eyes at Runningkit. Raggedfinch lifted up his head as Sandcloud padded over towards them, "Hello sweetheart," he purred, licking on her cheek.

Sandcloud smiled in that way she only reserved for her mate. “Hello, darling,” she responded before looking disapprovingly at Runningkit. “Now, where were you?” She demanded gently, her green-blue eyes a bit amused as she shared a glance with Raggedfinch. Runningkit squirmed under her state, his blue eyes searching camp wildly for some way out of this interrogation. He spotted Goldenkit playing with a mossball nearby, and tried to head towards her. “Goldenkit needs someone to play with!” He called back, grinning at evading the question. Goldenkit looked up fiercely with her long lashes, “I’m fine by myself, and besides, I’m not the one who snuck out of camp!” She announced indignantly, trotting to her parents. |

He couldn't help but crack a smile at Goldenkit's retort to her brother. He barely held back a soft snicker. He shoot Runningkit a stern glance, "Tell the truth," he meowed in a firm tone.

Riversong's nose twitched in amusement as she laughed. "I'm sure Aspensong will get back at you later," she said as she stood up, suddenly full of energy. "I feel like I've been camp all day. I was actually going to go hunting, unless you're too tired." She added the last part lightly, but hoped to have a hunting partner. She always preferred hunting in pairs as opposed to alone.

Blaze ♡/ Sandcloud + Raggedfinch with their kits. Runningkit gulped, looking from his father's tilted head and his mother's narrowed blue-green gaze. This was it. He was caught. Well, life was fun while it lasted, he thought dramatically, reflecting on all of his adventures and escapades- which frankly, wasn't much considering he was only half a moon old. "Goldenkit, you can tell them," he meowed in a raspy voice. It seemed to fit his dire situation. Goldenkit rolled her eyes at her brother's antics, prodding him with a paw as he laid, eyes-closed, on the ground. "Fine. You're such a drama queen," she huffed, turning towards her parents. "Runningkit escaped to the outside and ran into the deputy. But he's evidently okay." Sandcloud let out a laugh, her blue-green eyes filled with endearment and exasperation. "It's okay, Runningkit. I did the same thing when I was your age," she purred gently, nosing him up onto his feet. "Sometimes it scares me how alike we are,' she murmured. Runningkit slowly opened on eye. "You mean you're not mad at me?" He squeaked, scrambling up on his paws. Sandcloud huffed just like Goldenkit did earlier. "I am, of course, and you are going to be stuck in the nursery until tomorrow, but I can understand you." (I love Runningkit so much...he's a lil drama queen.) Bloodrose Adderpaw found his squirrel with no problem, then started digging it up. "ooh reafy?" he asked Foxpaw, his words muffled by the prey in his mouth.
