Introduction
You are limping through a wooded area, scared and injured. You just survived an unbearable trauma, and you don't know how to continue surviving from here. You come across a river and crouch down to drink when you notice flashes of silver in the water. You dart a paw in and scoop out a fish, killing it quickly. Suddenly, a sleek silver tabby steps out of the bushes. "Well what do we have here? An intruder on MoonClan territory! And stealing our prey, too. Well, this isn't acceptable..." You stare up into the stunning she-cat's beautiful blue eyes, trembling in fear. "P-please," you beg, "I didn't know that I was trespassing, b-but I can't travel any further... Can I please stay, just until I recover?" The silver tabby looks down at you and compassion floods her gaze. "I can do better than that," she meowed. "How would you like to join MoonClan?"
Rules
-You must be active, especially if you have a cat in a position of power (leader, deputy, medicine cat). For a more detailed description of these rules, see the next section.
-No kit stealing/saving/anything. The kits in this clan belong to this clan only.
-If you plan on killing a cat, make sure the person who rp's as that cat is okay with it.
-No apprentice queens or mates. Wait until they are warriors. Apprentices can have crushes, though.
-No perfect characters. All characters must have some kind of flaw.
-No unrealistic characters - no unrealistic coats or eye colors, no wings, no super powers, etc.
-Follow the forum rules.
-Sexualities besides straight are fine, but that cannot be the focus point of their character. Your character is not their sexuality. However, I do not accept transgender characters because there is no way for them to transition.
-Please be literate in rp - no chat speak.
-Any chat that is not a part of the rp, please contain in (), [], or {}.
-You may have as many characters as you would like, but you must keep up with them all - I will remove characters if you don't rp as them.

Activity Rules
1. First and foremost, you must be active to be a member of the Clan. To be active means to actually rp. You will not be counted as being active for a day if you only post out of character chat or asking if anybody has open characters. It is your responsibility to get your characters involved in the rp, nobody else's. Therefore, if you post asking if anybody has characters open, and nobody responds and you do nothing, that is not a valid reason for inactivity.
2. If you are inactive for two weeks or more (without letting me know ahead of time; we'll get more into that later) I will send you a warning via PM. After I send the warning, you have one week to respond to me to keep your characters in the Clan: you can respond to my PM with a reason as to why you have been inactive and let me know when you plan on being active again, or you can rp in the Clan again. If you do not do either of these things within a week of me sending the warning, your characters will be removed.
3. If you have a character in a position of power (leader, deputy, medicine cat, medicine cat apprentice) and I have to send you a warning message, your character will be removed from that position of power, and they will become a regular warrior or apprentice. That position of power will be open for somebody else to take.
4. If you know that you will be inactive for a period of longer than two weeks, please let me know VIA PM. I need to have the notice in my inbox so that way if I go to send you a warning message, the message will be there to remind me that you had notified me that you would be inactive. If you let me know ahead of time and are inactive for two weeks or more, you have no need to worry about losing your position or your characters.
5. If you have already received a warning, and then become inactive again, you will not be given another warning. If you are inactive for two weeks after receiving a warning and becoming active again, I will simply remove your characters without warning or notice.
6. If your characters have been removed and you wish to re-join the Clan, don't worry! You do not need to fill out another form. Just send me a PM letting me know that you plan on being more active, and I will add your characters back to the Clan (however, they will be added as regular warriors/apprentices, even if they previously held a position of power). I am keeping track of all the characters I remove for this purpose.
7. I do have a running list of every member of the Clan, their characters, and the last time they were active. If I send a warning, I also make a note of that on the document. I pay close attention to the dates that people are active, and I update this list daily (assuming there is some activity each day). She has the deepest, most fiery amber eyes you've ever set your sight on, and she has an intimidating stare. ll Silverstar is very confident, calm, and collected. She hardens her emotions well, and is a very strategic leader, to the point where some may say she is cold. She can be extremely ruthless and cruel. However, once you crack through the toughest exterior, she can be a very loyal and loving cat. "Lives to please" is something that he will tell most with a whimsical laugh. He is confident in himself and his looks. But, if you get through his tough exterior, you will find a sweet and caring cat. He will die for his clanmates. Her face is angular and regal looking, with the rest of her body following the same pattern. Her fur is sleek and well-groomed, soft to the touch and short in length. She is gray in color, with white tabby markings, white paws, and brilliant blue eyes. She's scar free for now, though that isn't likely to remain true for long. || Blizzardstripe is short-tempered and quick of wit, with a tongue that will scratch you just as surely as her claws will. Her bite is obvious in her words, a sassy and sarcastic nip behind most phrases. However, inside she's a loyal cat and even has a softer spot for kits and younger apprentices. || Thistlefur || Male || Warrior || Thistlefur is a large, well-muscled tom with long legs and broad shoulders. He has long, thick fur that appears spiky, thus giving him his name. Thistlefur is a dark gray tom with white shoulder blades and paws. He has narrow amber eyes. || Thistlefur can be a rather difficult tom to get to know. He has a sharp tongue and can be hotheaded at times. However, he's a loyal cat who is fiercely devoted to his Clan and protecting his Clanmates. || Father is Darkstep, mother is Dapplepelt, brother is Ravenwing, and sister is Riversong. || Thistlefur was born to Darkstep and Dapplepelt along with his siblings. Their mother had originally been a kittypet, before she left behind her housefolk for the call of the wild. He has a nasty scar on his left shoulder. || Ravenwing is a very shy tom who can be quite jumpy, a result from once being chased and attacked by a dog. He's very sweet and patient, one of the few cats who didn't mind spending time with the elders during his apprenticeship. He loathes fighting and his build makes him a better hunter anyway. || Father was Darkstep, mother was Dapplepelt, brother is Thistlefur, and sister is Riversong. || Ravenwing was the youngest in his litter, and also the smallest. When he was an apprentice, he had gotten separated from the border patrol he had been on. A wild dog came across him and attacked the tom, leaving a gruesome bite mark on his shoulder. || Riversong || Female || Warrior || Riversong is a small, slender she-cat with long legs and sturdy shoulders. She has sleek, smooth fur with a long fluffy tail. Riversong is a pale blue-silver she-cat with darker stripes. She has round amber eyes. || Riversong is a quiet and thoughtful she-cat with a calm demeanor. Her eyes are a sharp blue and her tail is long and thin. || Fierce, independent, and protective, Leopardfang is the kind of warrior who likes to fight on the front lines, and boy does she love to fight. Her overly aggressive personality can make her seem unapproachable, but she harbors no desire to kill or maim, only to protect her Clan, whom she loves with all her heart. || Breezefeather || Female || Warrior || A tall, pretty tortoiseshell she-cat with ice blue eyes. Her fur is sleek, excluding her tail; her tail has long, wispy fur. She's mostly dark brown and tan on her back and ribs, with one half of her face being tan and the other almost black with a white underbelly. With long, strong legs her claws are curved. When she was a new apprentice, she was attacked by a rather large bird; the predator clawed the side of her face leaving six scars above and below her eyes. The scars are bright pink against her black fur. || She is a great hunter and is exceedingly fast, though she lacks in fighting. SHe is playful and kind. Breezefeather is shy around new cats, but once she gets to know you, she is bubbly and outgoing. She has a quick temper and a fiery tongue; she isn't afraid to stand up for what she believes in, even when she stands alone. || Birchclaw || Male || Warrior || Birchclaw is a somewhat large, muscular dark mottled brown tabby tom with white paws and underbelly, his fur is medium length. Along his flank he has small specks of black that run down his left hind leg, down to his socked feet. His ears have slightly longer tufts of fur on them and his claws are curved. He has emerald green eyes with flecks of gold and a scar below his left eye. || Birchclaw is a well-known Clan cat who is friendly with his Clanmates and supportive of his leader. He is loyal to the warrior code and gets angry if it is broken. He is against letting non-clanborn cats join the Clan. He finds them to be weak. Birchclaw is considered a great fighter, but his hunting skills can lack at times. Birchclaw is a warmhearted warrior, but only to his Clan. He sneers at the other Clans and would defend his leader's decisions with tooth and claw. || Kin || Birchclaw was born in the Clan but his mother chose to leave due to the major deaths in the Clan. || Other || вєвє ||
|| Smokestep || Male || Warrior || Sleek black tom with dark gray inner ears, as well as a dark gray patch on his chest and tail-tip. Deep blue eyes like the ocean. || Fairly quiet, but deeply loyal. Aptly named for being so fleet-footed that it's often like he was never there. He can be rather awkward at times, and has a bit of social anxiety. He is sometimes worried that he will never have a mate since his interests tend to lie elsewhere. || Kin || Came to MoonClan when he was just a small kit. || Other || nightrain44 ||
|| Poppysplash || Female || Warrior || Poppysplash is a pretty, fluffy calico. She has odd markings, with white stripes of fur dividing her calico patterned pelt. She is missing one eye, but her other one is a deep, thoughtful blue. She has a berry pink nose. || Poppysplash is a no-nonsense she-cat with a sarcastic sense of humor. She often has a surplus of both witty and sharp comments to use on other cats. She is very independent, and she prides herself on being able to be on her own. But secretly, she can feel very lonely. She has a soft spot behind all the back-handed comments, and has a fierce instinct to protect those she loves. She loves kits, and likes to think of having some one day. She is secretly very playful and kind. Poppysplash has a mild temperament, and he doesn't get angry too easily. || Poppysplash was once a kittypet. After her owners moved and forgot her, she was left to fend for herself out in the rough part of town. || Cherrypool || Female || Warrior || A petite calico she-cat with green-colored eyes. She has scarring on the right side of her face, missing her right eye and her right ear. She has a stub tail that is several shades of gray, and white, small stripes running down to her paws. Her front left paw is black with gray toes, resembling an owl's foot. However, she got her name from her owl-like face, which is mostly a light gray. Compared to her dark coat, this makes her face stand out, and the colors and markings make her eerily similar to a barred owl. She has bright, golden eyes that seem to pierce to your soul. || Despite Owlpaw's appearance and the feeling she gives to outsiders (and unfortunately some kits), she is a very gentle and friendly she-cat. Her best skill is hunting. She seems to fly through the forest, and rarely misses a catch. She loves being up in trees, and understands how ironic it is due to her name. She, however, is not a fan of fighting. She would rather have an angry conversation than a fight, which has caused her fighting skills to be a little less developed than others. She will, however, fight to defend her Clan when directed to, though she may be a bit reluctant. He snaps quickly and is fierce, which makes him still a force to fear. || Foxthroat || Female || Elder || A long-haired ginger she-cat with black eyelids, ears, paws, tail-tip, chin, and a stripe running down her back. She has a fluffy white neck and piercing green eyes. || Foxthroat is snappy and rather rude. She's a rather grumpy elder who seems to always have something to complain about - especially if it's about her kits. Deep down, however, she's filled with deep sorrow and regret, and only uses an aggressive outward appearance to protect her fragile interior. || Mate was Nightfeather (deceased), Daughters are Cherrypool and Smokepaw || Foxthroat gave birth to Cherrypool, who was an only kit, when her mate Nightfeather was still alive. He was a strict tom who was often verbally abusive to Foxthroat, telling her that she was "too soft" with discipline and how to raise Cherrypool all the way into apprenticeship. When Nightfeather was killed, she secretly felt a sense of relief that guilted her for moons. This is why when she was raising Smokepaw in the nursery, she would often become distant or snap at her daughter. Having to raise her second kit without Nightfeather around to boss her around was a new sensation. || Wolfbite || Male || Elder || Wolfbite is a large, muscular cat with a strong arch in his back and powerful front legs. He has a hard bite and large fangs - lending to his name - and a large, bushy tail. His once pure-black coat is now lightly streaked with shiny silver. His left back leg has a deep scar around the ankle, which is bent at an awkward angle, and he has a limp. His jaw is very slightly crooked with a scar over his nose - he has more scars over his shoulders, back, and neck. He has very sharp amber eyes; piercing when they slice into you. || Wolfbite is a serious tom, and comes across as quite wise. He mentored Duskstorm and the younger tom took on his grumpy personality. Although grumpy, he speaks well and still enjoys teaching wherever he can - even if he can't quite show as well anymore. || None || Wolfbite was once a very powerful and respectable warrior, before he was attacked by a wild dog that bit his leg and severely injured it - this dog attack is also the reason for quite of few of the bad scars on his body. He managed to slash the dog across the muzzle and mar its face, successfully scaring it away, before he determinedly dragged himself all the way back to the Clan. This ended his warrior career. Now he mainly lies around the camp, helping out wherever he can. He's too young to really fit in with the elders, but too old to fit in with the younger cats. She is a strong, fierce warrior who wanted to do her best for the Clan. || Kits were Harekit, Mousekit, and Squirrelkit, mate was Tigerstorm. || Featherears was born and raised in SunClan. She took a mate but didn't want kits. When she ended up expecting kits, she was furious. In her fury, she murdered Tigerstorm. She had the kits and tried to push them off on another queen in the nursery, but when the queen was unable to take on the three kits on top of the four she already had, Featherears killed the queen, the queen's kits, and her own kits. || Other ||

He has a horrible temper, and tends to lash out at any cats that try to get in his way. || No known kin || Fireclaw was born into NightClan. When he was an apprentice, his absolute least favorite thing to do was take care of the elders. Every so often, he would sneak deathberries into the elders' prey, as he wouldn't have to care for the elders if they were dead. He killed four elders in his apprenticeship. She has nicks in her right ear, her left ear is completely torn in half, she has scars on her shoulder and belly, and a long scar across her face. || Streamtail is a fierce, passionate she-cat. She was ambitious to some extent, but she didn't mind being a warrior. She loved deeply, to the point that it would drive her insane. || Mates were Stoneshadow, Blueflame, and Buzzardclaw. || Streamtail was born into MoonClan and had three different mates in different Clans. Her first mate, Stoneshadow, was a NightClan tom. When Stoneshadow called off the relationship, Streamtail killed him in a fit of rage. Her second mate, Blueflame, was a SunClan tom. Streamtail discovered that Blueflame had a mate in SunClan and killed him and his SunClan mate. Her final mate, Buzzardclaw, was a DayClan tom. She ended up expecting his kits. When her Clanmates discovered her treachery, they made her leave the Clan while she was still expecting the kits. She tried to go to DayClan, but Buzzardclaw denied that he had anything to do with her, so she was left on her own. She was attacked by a fox and ended up giving birth to two dead kits. She blamed Buzzardclaw for their deaths so she sneaked into DayClan's camp in the middle of the night and killed Buzzardclaw before another DayClan warrior killed her. || Other ||

MoonClan's territory is in a forest of oak and beech trees that are fairly spaced out. There is a river that cuts through MoonClan territory, and the camp is located on an island in this river.

MoonClan's camp is located on an island in the river. The island is surrounded by bushes with an open clearing in the center. The leader's den is located in a small cave under a pile of rocks on the edge of the clearing opposite the entrance. The nursery is located in the branches of a fallen tree that are reinforced with brambles on one side of the leader's den, and the elders' den is located under a thick fern bush on the other side. The warriors' den is located beside the nursery, in a clump of brambles. The apprentices' den is located opposite the warriors' den, beside the elders' den, under a hawthorn bush.

When she was a new apprentice, she was attacked by a rather large bird; the predator clawed the side of her face leaving six scars above and below her eyes. || Owlpaw || Female || Apprentice || Owlpaw is a she-cat with a brown coat and a white furred belly, with gray swirls on her cheeks, and dark stripes running down her back. She has a stub tail that is several shades of gray, and white, small stripes running down to her paws. Her front left paw is black with gray toes, resembling an owl's foot. However, she got her name from her owl-like face, which is mostly a light gray. Compared to her dark coat, this makes her face stand out, and the colors and markings make her eerily similar to a barred owl. She has bright, golden eyes that seem to pierce to your soul. || Despite Owlpaw's appearance and the feeling she gives to outsiders (and unfortunately some kits), she is a very gentle and friendly she-cat. Her best skill is hunting. She seems to fly through the forest, and rarely misses a catch. She loves being up in trees, and understands how ironic it is due to her name. She, however, is not a fan of fighting. She would rather have an angry conversation than a fight, which has caused her fighting skills to be a little less developed than others. She will, however, fight to defend her Clan when directed to, though she may be a bit reluctant. She is possibly a crossbreed of a Somali and a Norwegian forest cat. || Foxpaw is a graceful she-cat, smooth and fluid in her movements. The older tom is newly retired, so he still retains a bit of bite from when he was a warrior. || The tom is quite snarky and short tempered, with a tendency to be very vicious when needed. He snaps quickly and is fierce, which makes him still a force to fear. || Foxthroat || Female || Elder || A long-haired ginger she-cat with black eyelids, ears, paws, tail-tip, chin, and a stripe running down her back. She has a fluffy white neck and piercing green eyes. || Foxthroat is snappy and rather rude. She's a rather grumpy elder who seems to always have something to complain about - especially if it's about her kits. Deep down, however, she's filled with deep sorrow and regret, and only uses an aggressive outward appearance to protect her fragile interior. || Mate was Nightfeather (deceased), Daughters are Cherrypool and Smokepaw || Foxthroat gave birth to Cherrypool, who was an only kit, when her mate Nightfeather was still alive. He was a strict tom who was often verbally abusive to Foxthroat, telling her that she was "too soft" with discipline and how to raise Cherrypool all the way into apprenticeship. When Nightfeather was killed, she secretly felt a sense of relief that guilted her for moons. This is why when she was raising Smokepaw in the nursery, she would often become distant or snap at her daughter. Having to raise her second kit without Nightfeather around to boss her around was a new sensation. || Wolfbite || Male || Elder || Wolfbite is a large, muscular cat with a strong arch in his back and powerful front legs. He has a hard bite and large fangs - lending to his name - and a large, bushy tail. His once pure-black coat is now lightly streaked with shiny silver. His left back leg has a deep scar around the ankle, which is bent at an awkward angle, and he has a limp. His jaw is very slightly crooked with a scar over his nose - he has more scars over his shoulders, back, and neck. He has very sharp amber eyes; piercing when they slice into you. || Wolfbite is a serious tom, and comes across as quite wise. He mentored Duskstorm and the younger tom took on his grumpy personality. Although grumpy, he speaks well and still enjoys teaching wherever he can - even if he can't quite show as well anymore. || None || Wolfbite was once a very powerful and respectable warrior, before he was attacked by a wild dog that bit his leg and severely injured it - this dog attack is also the reason for quite of few of the bad scars on his body. He managed to slash the dog across the muzzle and mar its face, successfully scaring it away, before he determinedly dragged himself all the way back to the Clan. This ended his warrior career. Now he mainly lies around the camp, helping out wherever he can. He's too young to really fit in with the elders, but too old to fit in with the younger cats. You can often find him and Duskstorm sharing tongues. She took a mate but didn't want kits. When she ended up expecting kits, she was furious. In her fury, she murdered Tigerstorm. She had the kits and tried to push them off on another queen in the nursery, but when the queen was unable to take on the three kits on top of the four she already had, Featherears killed the queen, the queen's kits, and her own kits. || Other ||

When he was an apprentice, his absolute least favorite thing to do was take care of the elders. Every so often, he would sneak deathberries into the elders' prey, as he wouldn't have to care for the elders if they were dead. He killed four elders in his apprenticeship. She has nicks in her right ear, her left ear is completely torn in half, she has scars on her shoulder and belly, and a long scar across her face. || Streamtail is a fierce, passionate she-cat. She was ambitious to some extent, but she didn't mind being a warrior. She loved deeply, to the point that it would drive her insane. || Mates were Stoneshadow, Blueflame, and Buzzardclaw. || Streamtail was born into MoonClan and had three different mates in different Clans. Her first mate, Stoneshadow, was a NightClan tom. When Stoneshadow called off the relationship, Streamtail killed him in a fit of rage. Her second mate, Blueflame, was a SunClan tom. Streamtail discovered that Blueflame had a mate in SunClan and killed him and his SunClan mate. Her final mate, Buzzardclaw, was a DayClan tom. She ended up expecting his kits. When her Clanmates discovered her treachery, they made her leave the Clan while she was still expecting the kits. She tried to go to DayClan, but Buzzardclaw denied that he had anything to do with her, so she was left on her own. She was attacked by a fox and ended up giving birth to two dead kits. She blamed Buzzardclaw for their deaths so she sneaked into DayClan's camp in the middle of the night and killed Buzzardclaw before another DayClan warrior killed her. || Other ||

After becoming a warrior, he did everything he could to become deputy. He had a few apprentices, and when the former deputy became sick and died, DayClan's leader picked a different deputy. MoonClan's territory is in a forest of oak and beech trees that are fairly spaced out. There is a river that cuts through MoonClan territory, and the camp is located on an island in this river.
Camp
MoonClan's camp is located on an island in the river. The island is surrounded by bushes with an open clearing in the center. The leader's den is located in a small cave under a pile of rocks on the edge of the clearing opposite the entrance. The nursery is located in the branches of a fallen tree that are reinforced with brambles on one side of the leader's den, and the elders' den is located under a thick fern bush on the other side. The warriors' den is located beside the nursery, in a clump of brambles. The apprentices' den is located opposite the warriors' den, beside the elders' den, under a hawthorn bush.
