Hey there, I'm new here and want to meet some people. I once upon a time was on the old forums, and kind of just wanted to join this because I heard about it and how cool it is.
So yeah, also, can somebody explain to me why I can't post in the off topic discussions?

It's a precaution against banhoppers and trolls ^^
OTD is where most the forumers hang out, so that's the place that they would post
It's only ten or fifty posts to unlock it so it's not that big of a deal if you're here to stay and hang out with us!
and it also gets new people to look around a bit, so find a place to call home.

As the people above stated, you have to have a certain number of posts to post in OTD. Last time I checked, the number was 25.
