during the eclipse yesterday, i accidentally glanced at it from behind the glasses and ever since ive had a very light headache thats been on and off
do you think it's something related to that or am i just freaking myself out over nothing?
im probably just freaking out over nothing but im nervous i damaged my eyes or something kdfglf

just freaking out over nothing:
I used to stare at the sun for like 5 minutes while eating oranges when I was like 6-7 and I have no problem with my vision

you're fine
everything makes it sound like an eclipse has ~more power~ than a regular sun but it doesn't. glancing at the eclipse for a split second is the same as accidentally glancing at the normal sun while like driving home from work in the evening.

Prob just a odd headache.
It only matters if you stared too long and were keenly focused on the eclipse itself.
