Also I know it would prob be cute if she slipped and he had to catch her but I don’t want her to seem ditzy lol. } Olivepool was relieved to hear the tree was dry. Everything was harder to do with a wet surface, and she assumed climbing would be no different. She reached a paw up to touch the trunk, feeling the dry bark under her pads. “ That’s good to know,” she mewed with a chuckle. “ A slippery tree would make a bad training tree.” She watched his stance, both paws against the trunk, and copied it as best she could, though she was certain he was poised better. Inwardly she told herself to think of it like hunting—just a different stance to learn. She listened carefully to his words, nodding in understanding. She felt a brief pang of fear at the idea of falling before she reached the branches, but it faded quickly to be replaced by fiery determination. Olivepool wasn’t one to be deterred from a challenge. She was glad Hiro was being specific though, as she had only ever climbed trees with very low branches and had never needed to learn how to climb a trunk. She looked up at the tree and then back at her friend, warmth spreading in her from nose to tail-tip at his gentle concern for her safety. It was almost enough to make her forget the cold of her wet pelt. |

[ I have returned for momentary repose as I have been busy with school work. Teachers all randomly decided to assign like 5 things on Wednesday that are all due today so anyway I had to do an all nighter kind of thing last night so I just wanted to say hello before I disappear from passing out via exhaustion 😂 I'm supposed to visit a friend this weekend (if I wake up today again) so I'll likely be busy but I'll try to rp on mobile if i have time! ]

RP ➺ Tigerpaw had woken with a jolt, the fur on the back of his neck stood straight up and his nerves were frazzled, what the heck was that? He thought still unsettlef from the nightmare he had, he sat up all the way and shook out his fur, he rose from his next and padded to the entrance, lapping at the water that sprayed the rock bellow his feet. That nightmare had left him parched and dazed. He sat back on his haunches letting the icy water fully wake him. Im okay, Im at home.He thought trying to calm himself down.

{ Oh okay lol that’s good. Also I’m so sorry for flaking on that reply. My day was surprisingly a bit hectic. For some background, I technically have 4 dogs but 2 of them grew up mostly living at my dad’s house, then when he had to move the new place wasn’t big enough for both (they’re Great Pyrenees) so I took over for my girl. She was always my dog, she just lived with him. But recently he’s been having her over for a few days at a time and OF COURSE one of those times was when the quarantine started. So I’ve been without my girl for 2 weeks  Just a couple days ago he managed to drive over and drop her off, so we’re readjusting to having her here. Didn’t mean to write that much lol but it’s kinda complicated. So there’s a little insight into my life haha. } |

[ Hi everyone! Hope you're all doing well with the current situation going on. I know it's been a heccin long time since I posted and I'm really sorry about that - I did kind of warn about that in my last post here I guess? - but I still miss talking to you guys and it's nice to pop in here and see you're doing well. 
I'm hesitant to say I'm 100% ready to rp here again because I honestly can't really vibe with most of my characters anymore lol. But I've been getting back into rping a bit so I'd be... maybe willing to give it a go? If anyone has the patience of a saint to rp with me and is up to it? I've been doing well! Slowly going a bit stir-crazy having to stay inside all the time. I actually graduated last fall semester so I got out of school just in time to avoid online classes  though my life has been pretty much put on hold thanks to Covid-19 cause I can't do on-site interviews for jobs anymore, and my graduation ceremony has been postponed or just cancelled at this point. I did get into a pretty prestigious grad school for fall which I am excited about though!!
Anyway, glad I'm not the only one who feels disconnected from my characters. XD Do you have anyone in mind you want to rp, like one of your new characters? Otherwise we could try Lion and Ebony now that they are recently-made warriors? I haven't rped Warriors in awhile so I apologize if my writing turns out awkward lol. ]

[ I'd be down for Fire and Sorrel! Just a fair warning though since you mentioned her being a spitfire, from what I remember about his signup he's pretty sensitive and won't take being insulted lightly or very well. You think he'd be less sensitive if he got rejected by she-cats all the time but you know.
Could you write a starter? I have no idea what time, season, or the weather is rn lol. I did skim some of the recent rp posts but I don't really know what's happening. OTL ]

I believe it’s newleaf, midday, and it’s raining pretty hard. We’re planning a flood so this is the start of that. Also sorry it’s short but starters be like that sometimes. }
Sorrelnose trotted back into camp, her soaked pelt not dampening her spirits as she deposited a now-wet squirrel on the fresh-kill pile. Once her task was complete, she shook out her pelt, spraying water droplets in every direction. In hindsight she realized that might have been a bit inconsiderate, feeling a brief moment of guilt before shrugging it off. Nothing she could do about it now.

Again, I apologize if my writing is awkward since I haven't rped warriors in forever and a day! ]Firelight with Sorrelnose Firelight, relaxing and half-dozing in the midst of camp, was startled awake by the sensation of cold water droplets against his ginger fur. Jolting up, he looked up at the top of the cave, his shock nearly causing him to believe a hole had somehow formed in the ceiling. Seeing that nothing was out of the ordinary, though, he allowed himself to relax and turned, seeing Sorrelnose had been the source of his now partially wet fur. Perhaps if he had been a more short-tempered cat he would have made it a point to argue with her, but seeing as it was just a little water, Firelight was not particularly upset. Besides, her fur was probably far more damp than his considering it looked like she had just been out of camp. Instead, feeling more cheery than even before his nap at the sight of such a lovely she-cat, he padded up to her with his tail waving confidently in the air. "Hello Sorrelnose!" he purred in greeting. "Seeing you certainly brightens this dreary day! Maybe I can help you warm up?" He pressed his side against her tortoiseshell-and-white fur, only getting himself even more wet. Oh well, some sacrifices just had to be made.

{ Ðᴏʟᴄᴇ } Sorrelnose hadn’t realized she had disturbed anyone and had to stop herself from jumping when she was approached. Her tail flicked once in surprise instead, and she tried to keep a genuine smile as Firelight spoke to her and then brushed up against her. She had always found his flirting ridiculous, and the thought made her realize how very different toms like him were from her old mentor. Robinsflame had been quieter, softer, more reserved. Every once in a while she was reminded of him in some way, reminded how much she missed him. But life went on, and it would be seriously rude to ignore Firelight now, so she sighed and blinked at him in a combination of annoyance and amusement. “ Thanks,” she mewed, pulling forward until they were no longer touching. She dragged her tail along his flank and gave him a flick over the ear to make sure he knew she wasn’t mad at him. “ But I think I’ll make it. Dying of cold in newleaf would be far too embarrassing to allow.” She had a playful look in her eyes as she turned to face him, swiping a paw over her ear to dry it. |

Honestly I really feel inclined to throwaway most if not like 98% of my cast because while I still enjoy their personalities and such.. I cannot vibe with most of them anymore Maybe it's because we made these characters literal years ago now xD real talk: would y'all be mad if I did? Idk. anyway I am alive and sorry for not posting.
