"Let's be off then!" He purred contentedly at her agreement. Best to get a move on than to stand around any longer, the tom thought as he could feel the continuing drops against his fur. It would only be a few more moments before it began to seep through to his skin. Just the thought made the loner shiver. Hiro briefly pressed his muzzle to the warrior's cheek, an offering of comfort before he set off in leading them. Within the first few steps back into the forested territory, Hiro's red eyes scanned the branches above. "You know I don't think I've ever asked, Can you climb trees?" He questioned her quietly against the rain. There was small hope inside him that his dear friend had the ability to, but he couldn't see why AetherClan would teach her given their mountain home. A comparison very opposing to the loner, who had always found the trees to be his home instead. |

{ I’m so sorry to have just disappeared but my phone became completely unusable and I only ever use mobile to come on here these days. We just today got it fixed and I was going to post earlier but Mom decided it was time to take down the Christmas decorations seeing as it’s february (idk I think all year Christmas sounds pretty neat) so here we are.
I’ll hopefully post a starter for Bun and a reply for Fireh in the morrow. }

She glanced around, still a bit groggy from her nap. Her siblings were probably off doing their own things, training or hunting or maybe on patrol. She didn’t know, but she hoped they were okay. It wasn’t exactly unheard of to be from a litter of five, but it was certainly uncommon and she treasured all four of her siblings dearly. |

It made her feel strange. Her thick pelt was repelling most of the raindrops, but she was beginning to feel water leak through on her head, where her fur was thinnest. She was a bit taken aback by his question, having expected another hollowed out tree or perhaps a large pile of rocks with a small cave underneath. Still, Olivepool was a determined she-cat and would not be deterred by a challenge or two. “ I’ve climbed one or two,” she replied, her eyes scanning the tall shapes around them, “ but only ones with very low branches. I’ve never actually climbed a tree trunk.” There had never been much need to learn. She hoped it wouldn’t hold her back now, that she hadn’t been taught. Silently, she vowed to teach her future apprentice how to climb. |

(Hey there everyone, just wanted to give a quick update. My mother passed away on the 25th of January and it's been very hard and rough on me. It's helped with family and friends being here though for support and help, but I've still had my ups and downs. Just wanted to give a little update and let you all know that I'm doing ok. I would like to say something that I needed to hear, which is that you can’t grieve at anyone’s pace but your own. Everyone’s loss and grief is different and you shouldn’t feel the need to move forward before you’re ready, even if everyone else thinks it’s time. Take care of yourself and know that well be here whenever you’re ready. <3 } |
