Hi hi sorry for not being on. I've come to find that 3 days into school I like to nap as soon as I get home.
Hopefully gonna stop that xD
But yeah... it's supposed to be -33 by sunday so 😬😬 not excited. But also I am because we havent had a low like that this winter yet.

{ Just looked it up and it’s 57F here though in all fairness it’s very humid for some reason (not exactly typical around here but idk weather is weird man ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ) so it’s like a wet cold and feels much worse than it is. }

Focusing back on the plan they had, Olivepool felt a warmth spread through her chest as she remembered the first time they had met—the first time he had taken her to his den. She didn’t know if she would have survived without his help, at the mercy of the forest and still so young. But he had been there for her to shelter and care for her, just as he was now. Somehow she was certain he always would be. |

That should be fine. I was thinking of asking y'all to mention any changes you have to your characters at this time if at all? If not I think I'll treat the lists on the character page as truth. Mentioning this just so maybe we can all be on the same page.
Personally I still deal with thoughts of cutting down my cast lol.. but doing that is still just. Blep.
Anyway, school hasn't been too hard.. just been busy. I did have homework and have to catch up for a class because I have to miss it once weekly. 😤😤 however this cold af weather sitting at wind chill -41.c/f(doesnt actually matter apparently) rn has school closed for tomorrow haha. I hope to rp at some point tomorrow I think. ]

{ *Spottedpelt* See, I said it would be today! I mean yeah it’s 2:30am now but I haven’t slept yet so it’s still technically today?? Maybe? } Foxflight felt his pelt fluff up as the eagle dove for them. He knew Flinttail was right. It wasn’t worth risking either of their lives for what would have been a dangerous battle. Maybe if it were a hawk, something they could have actually killed instead of just survived, he would have pressed his companion to fight. They could bring back a huge catch to feed their clan. But this was not a hawk. And he knew there was no chance of taking it home as fresh-kill. Foxflight nodded in silent agreement and, tearing his eyes away from the eagle, stole a glance at the other tom to make sure he was moving and sped off toward the trees. His paws thundered over the hard ground as his body pushed itself to its limit in a desperate escape from the eagle’s deadly swooping claws. (Here ya go ѕρσσкуѕку, so sorry if it's not the greatest of replies! ) ~Flinttail~Flinttail's heart was pounding and the wind rushed through his fur as the two of them made their escape from the eagle, their paws thrumming on the ground as they raced towards the trees. His lungs burned as he ran, going as fast as he possibly could. He kept pace with Foxflight though, making sure that they were together as they ran, if the eagle did attack at least they might stand a better chance together than if they were separated. "We're almost there!" Flinttail panted, glancing at Foxflight and feeling a flash of hope. A shadow fell across them and he realized with a sense of dread that the eagle was close above them, he could picture the eagle's outstretched claws, ready to grab them. The cover of the forest was just ahead of them, they were so close. Please let us make it, he thought, stealing a glance at Foxflight. |

It’s starting to rain now in rp so what if the rain caused the eagle to fly away? I did a bit of research and eagles can fly with wet wings but not if they start to get soaked and of course no one likes to be whipped in the face with raindrops in high altitude so they don’t usually fly in stormy weather. Thoughts? } |

Was this StarClan sending them aid? He didn’t know but it didn’t matter. No birds liked to fly in the rain. He felt himself pushing harder, paws flying over the ground. Flinttail was keeping step with him, and Foxflight saw him glancing over in the corner of his eye. He returned the glance with a small smile as they neared the forest edge. |
