(That’s a really good point Ðᴏʟᴄᴇ, and what I would respond with is that I feel pretty comfortable squashing stuff like this pretty fast, especially if I’m the one who has the specific duty to do so. I don’t suspect it would too much of an issue for me, but of course we can always re-adjust our thinking if I try it and it is too much to handle. The reason i’ve felt more uncomfortable speaking up in the past during incidents is because I didn’t want to step on Fireh’s toes mostly, but I now see that she could of used more support and I should have offered more of my own <3 Also I know I haven’t been officially given the role we are discussing, but I seem to be the only volunteer atm which is why I’m using myself as my example  ) |

I haven't been here much except from popping in here and there when life permits me too but I would like to respond to your message 🎃❅❖.Şp໐໐kฯຟiຖ໓.❖❅🎃 .
I and we appreciate your transparency hugely, I think its very difficult to be vulnerable and upfront about how we feel. So thank you thank you thank you for sharing this and taking the time to share and help us understand where you are at. I am proud of you for recognizing this cycle of discomfort and hurt you have been in and are trying to end it, that can be very difficult. I do not think that you should have been caught up in that cycle and been treated the way you have -- I don't think its a matter of whether or not you are meant to be Admin. I think it comes down to if you want to be admin, if you enjoy being admin. From what you've said you haven't and haven't been treated well or respected as an admin or a person. A lot is thrown at you and it's a lot to take on. I agree that there has been a lack of support for you and I am sorry that that happened, it must have been very hurtful to take a lot of the events on by yourself and be hold accountable for many things you shouldn't have. specifically peoples own interpersonal issues that they projected onto you and here -- There is no need to apologize for where you are at mentally! That is where you are at and that is ok! You are human! You have feelings. You are hurt and that is ok. I just hope that we are able to support you in the ways that you need, whether thats here or outside the rp.
As for ideas on what to do ; I think that we should all make more of an effort to support each other and be conscious of one another. The internet can often at times make us forget that there is another person on the other side. It can sometimes be very disconnecting. I think when any of us are here we need to focus our energy on being respectful, kind, and present to others, especially to 🎃❅❖.Şp໐໐kฯຟiຖ໓.❖❅🎃. ]
