Like half basically. :/ One thing you could try is like going through your characters and writing up backstories, like how they grew up, what their relationships were, etc. and if you already have a backstory for some of them try to elaborate on it. I think that could be a good way to get re-inspired about them. Idk lol but it could be worth a try. } |

(Hi there everyone! Just wanted to check in! So sorry for being gone for a little while, its been super hectic these past couple weeks, I started my new job which has been super fun, and I just got settled into a new apartment near my job, so I haven't had much time to do anything really haha, but it seems that everything has cooled down for the moment and I'll probably be able to rp or chat with you guys this weekend, I would tonight but I'm so tired! { I’ve also been meaning to check in but been busy. One of my dogs has a skin infection so we’re currently at the vet waiting for someone to see us. Nothing too serious or anything so don’t worry, but it’s obviously taking up all my attention at the moment. }

It's super tough too. Like it makes me feel really dissatisfied with the rp too. And since I'm not even wanting to come on here I'm just not motivated to do anything about it.
But I do like talking with you guys.. so even just chatting and not rping sometimes is okay too.
Although I do really want to rp so it's tough. I could fall back in love with my characters if I do. ]

Any idea for what exactly? You described my exact feeling. I dont feel very great about a majority of my characters and that's because a lot of their development happened almost 3 years ago. I can't say other than maybe scraping some characters / recreating them and skipping a year so that allows them time to transition into their newly written selves / starting another generation
I'm just not connected with my characters anymore, I don't know if its because of my characters specifically or I feel that I have grown apart from warrior cats in general. But I know that I still do like to rp and get excited about it still.
I think there is just a lot of history and its hard to pick that back up. Not saying that its not do-able it is just tough

(I like the idea of creating back stories for our characters, that'll help get a feel for them more and could even set up some good rping! I've got some in mind for characters but just haven't really said much about them. I've been working on some other characters too. I know it hasn't really been said that much but are we still doing the rogue group idea? I've got a new character for that if we go with it.)
