Thunderlake Thank you! Which species? I know a few that people refer to as brown snakes. Edit: Also you said you want a burm? Just a tip if you ever do get one, don't trust any of the caresheets that say they can live in 8x4 cages or anything similar. I only mention it because unless you join forums, you'll never find a single person who doesn't say this and it's annoying for people doing research. falconfire Thanks. (: She's still got at least another 12ft of growing to do though.

I Am In Your Walls Yeah they get pretty huge. We have a lot of large snake species though and are pretty prepared. It's actually usually a good idea to have two or three people around big snakes even if you can lift the snake yourself, because they are 150-400+ lbs of pure muscle and if they were in a bad mood they could easily overpower you. Thunderlake That's pretty cool, although I also am usually against taking animals from the wild. But if they're thriving then I'm sure they're fine. And yeah, they get anywhere from 15-20 feet. Sometimes more, sometimes less. We also have multiple reticulated pythons which will probably get longer than a burm, and an anaconda who won't get as long but will be way heavier. Thank you to everyone else who commented. (:

Thunderlake Yup, we have a lot of different snakes. 8 different species (ball pythons, corn snakes, Mexican black king snakes, red tail boa, hognose, Burmese pythons, reticulated pythons, anaconda) but 26 total snakes, and 30+ other reptiles and arachnids. Anacondas are really nice but they require a lot of work to get them to calm down usually. I've never been bitten by mine and I'm really thankful for that lol. Here she is, just a baby:

if any of you dump your snakes in the Everglades when they get "too big" I will find you and I will slap you in the face.

Πιghtωιηg Not sure why you'd assume I'd do this... Why would I keep large snakes if I didn't want a snake that got big? Anyway, most of the burms in Florida were not released pets. It does happen, but that wasn't the main cause.

Adorable! I'm a big fan of reptiles, I also enjoy seeing snakes drink water on YouTube. Your snake is precious. I have a leopard gecko myself! I used to have a Corn Snake, but we had to get rid of him when we moved away. The new place didn't accept pets.

Πιghtωιηg That's okay. It's just hard to tell whether or not someone is kidding online. Although I can understand why you said it, I've had a few people tell me "oh we used to have a retic, but we had to get rid of it because it got too big." Honestly not sure what they were expecting to happen when they bought a reticulated python. @aquathepiplup Thank you! Look up a hognose drinking water. Their cheeks are the cutest things. I have a couple videos of mine drinking, but I don't know how I would post them without uploading them to YouTube. We have leopard geckos and corn snakes, both make really great pets. Although all of my corns are really squirmy lol. Do you know the morph of your gecko?

(I think like 36 feet or something like that.)
