IntroductionRain. That's all you saw as you trudged through the stormy weather to find a place to settle down at while you waited out the storm. You were tired and soaked to the core, and to make matters worse, you couldn't see 5 cat-lengths in front of you due to the severity of the storm.
Suddenly, the rain stopped. Or seemed to. You looked around to see the storm still happening in a ring around you, and you stand there for a moment shivering as you try to process what was happening. While you were thinking, you didn't notice the patrol of cats surround you.
You jump as a cat speaks, "Who are you and what are you doing on Rain Clan territory?"
You glance around at the cats, noticing they all had wings as you say,"I-I'm just passing through. I mean no harm. Just shelter from the storm."
The lead she-cat, a silver tabby she-cat with tiger-like stripes and blazing violet eyes says,"Just passing through, huh? In this storm? I'm Stormstar, leader of RainClan. How about you come back to our camp until the storm passes, and if you still want to head on your way, then you can. How does that sound?"
You mull over it and nod. You would have to see how this 'RainClan' operated, and then you could make your decision. You blink as the cats start leading you somewhere, and you quickly hurry despite the couple of cats who make sure you don't get left behind or run off.
------
After the storm stopped a few days later, Stormstar, padded up to you and asked,"Have you though it over?"
You nod and say,"Yes, I have. I will _____."

History
Long ago there was a group of rouges. There were 5 cats in the group, and all of them were good friends.
One was a tom named Volcano. Volcano had a flame-colored pelt with dark ginger swirls and bright amber eyes.
Another was a she-cat named Rain. Rain had a dark gray pelt with silver-specks and dark blue eyes.
Snow was a white she-cat with silver swirls in her pelt, and ice blue eyes.
Cloud was a light gray tom with white spots and green eyes.
And last but not least, Dusk was a brown tom with ginger streaks and yellow eyes.
The group of rouges had been traveling for a few moons. The rain was pouring down on the party and soaking every cat to the bone. The cats were shivering from the wetness that drenched their skin when they stumbled across a large cave.
Rain padded toward it feebly, her dark gray speckled pelt glossy despite the downpour. Curious, she stuck her head inside the cave. "Hello?" Rain called out. The only reply was her voice echoing off the cave walls. The she-cat turned to face the rest of the group. "I think it's safe!" she called out.
Volcano didn't look convinced. "Are you sure? There could be badgers, bears, wolves, or foxes in there!"
Rain sniffed about the entrance, twitching her ears as to detect signs of life. The she-cat shook her head. "Nothing's in here."
The cats all exchanged anxious glances. Dusk padded towards Rain. "She's right it looks..." The tom was cut off by the sound of roaring thunder as white bolts of lightning flashed across the sky. The rain now came down in torrents, leaving the cats almost blind in all the water surrounding them.
Cloud's green eyes widened in panic. "Everyone inside!" he yowled.
The group of rouges raced into the dark cave and stood at the entrance drenched to the bone. Snow jumped back as thunder boomed from outside. "Whew, that was close," she mewed. "I felt like a fish swimming in the river out there!"
All of the cats murmured in agreement. Cloud nodded. "Sure is wet out there," he agreed. The tom shook out his thick, water-logged fur and flopped down onto the cave's stone floor.
The others followed suit, and shook out their coats as well, water flying in all directions.
"What is this place?" Dusk wondered, glancing around the large cave.
Rain shrugged. "Beats me. It sure is big though."
Snow gasped and meowed, "What is that?" She pointed her tail-tip towards the far end of the cave.
Every cat turned their heads to see what Snow was looking at and were equally astonished.
"Wow," Rain breathed. "It's beautiful."
The cats were staring at a large pool. White moonstones embedded in the cave wall lit up the water and made it seem like starlight was reflecting off its surface.
Snow got to her paws and bounded over toward the pool. "What are we waiting for?" she called out. "Let's check it out!"
Volcano chased after Snow. "Hey! Wait up!"
Rain and Dusk ran over side by side. "We're coming!"
Cloud leapt to his paws and chased after everyone else. "Guys! Don't forget about me!"
Snow slowed her pace as she approached the pool. The white she-cat looked down at the pool, staring awestruck at her reflection. "Woah," she breathed. "My fur looks like its made of stars!"
Her companions gathered around to see what the fuss was about.
"You're right Snow!" Rain meowed. "This is so cool!" The gray she-cat tilted her head. "I wonder what it tastes like." Rain lowered her head to taste the starlit water. "This is good!" she exclaimed, continuing to lap up the pool's water.
All the other cats tried the water as well. "You're right," Volcano purred. "The water tastes delicious!" Suddenly there was a weary look in his eyes and the ginger tom began to swing back and forth. "What's going on?" he mumbled half-heartedly. The tom dropped onto the cave floor, closing his amber eyes.
The other cats soon fell asleep as well, all tumbling to the cave floor beside Volcano.
The cats all opened their eyes, glancing around wildly. "Where are we?" Cloud asked, blinking the weariness from his green eyes.
As to answer his question a gust of wind blew by Cloud's ears and materialized a few feet in front of him. It was a she-cat, with a yellow pelt and silver eyes. "You are in the Spirit Realm," she said. "We have summoned you.
Cloud's jaw dropped in astonishment. "Who are you?" he questioned.
The she-cat dipped her head. "I am the spirit of air. The wind, skies, and atmosphere are my domain. You may call me Air-spirit."
All of the cats looked at her in astonishment. Volcano stepped forward. "You mean.." he was cut off as heat tickled is muzzle and fire scorched the grass next to him.
The flames materialized into a blazing tom whose pelt was ablaze with fire. His eyes were bright amber. "I am the spirit of fire. I hold the power of flames and heat. I can create smoke with Air." he gave a nod of acknowledgement to the other spirit-cat. "I am called Fire-spirit. Welcome to my domain mortal beings."
Before any cat could speak, an icy blast surged around Snow and sent shivers down her spine. The cold blast formed into snow and materialized into a tom made of blue icy shards and white snowflakes. His eyes were piercing ice blue. "I am the spirit of ice. The snow in the midst of leaf-bare, frost that forms on blades of grass, the biting cold that numbs your paws. I am the one that does it all. The other spirits call me Ice-spirit, for I am coldness."
A rumble sounded from under the cats feet and shook the ground. Leaves fell from the trees and swirled together with roots to create a she-cat with green eyes. "I am the spirit of the earth and forest. The forest, plants, leaves, trees, the ground. I am all these things and I create these things. I am Earth-spirit." She stood beside the other spirits.
Suddenly the sky grew dark and the sound of thunder boomed across the landscape as lightning danced across the sky. The lightning zapped the ground and there emerged a she-cat made of blue and white lightning bolts and purple eyes. "Hello mortal felines. I am the spirit of storms. Lightning, thunder, the water you drink, I am responsible for. I realize that you mortals have formal names. This spirit you may call Storm-spirit."
All five spirits stood side by side and stretched out their wings, the group of rouges jaws hanging open in shock.
"Wow," Volcano meowed. "This is amazing, but why are we here?"
It was the Fire-spirit who answered. "You are here because a great destiny awaits each of you."
Cloud tilted his head in confusion. "What do you mean?"
The Air-spirit padded forward. "Many cats like you are lost and scared, for a great evil has risen. Only the five of you can stop it."
The Storm-spirit sent lightning across the sky. "You must gather every cat you can find to fight and lead them together. You must become a group and live together as one."
Rain's eyes widened in shock. "But how?"
The Earth-spirit looked affectionately at them all. "That is for you to figure out together."
Dusk bounded forward. "We can do that!" he purred. "Sounds easy!"
The Ice-spirit shook his head. "Do not take this lightly," he warned. "The path ahead is dangerous and difficult, but know we will be there to guide you, though the choices you make and the fate of this world lies on your heads."
The Air-spirit spoke once more. "Good luck," she meowed. "We will see you soon."
The vision began to fade and all of the rouges opened their eyes. They all were laying beside the pool where they were before.
Snow stretched and blinked the sleep from her eyes. "That was strange," she mewed.
The others murmured in agreement.
Dusk stared at the pool in front of them. "That water took us to the Spirit Realm! This is a special place! Rain and Snow, you two discovered the cave and the pool! We need a name for this place so that we may remember it well in the times ahead. You two should have the honor of naming it."
Cloud nodded. "I agree with Dusk. We need a name for here. Snow should name this special pool."
"Rain should name the cave," Volcano added. "It's just as important as the pool."
Rain blinked in surprise. "Really?" she murmured. "Wow, well, how about the Cave of Spirits?"
Snow nodded. "And the pool should be named the Starpool because of the way the water shimmers like starlight?"
All the cats nodded in agreement.
Moons later, after the five rouges had gathered all the cats they could find as the spirits instructed, all of the cats began to argue on how the group should be led.
Cloud was the only cat not arguing, and tried to convince his friends to work together. "Fighting is not the solution!" he yowled.
Cloud's companions ignored him and continued to argue.
All five of them broke off to start their own groups in different territories with cats who believed in each of their proposals.
They all set up borders and the tension grew among the differing groups.
Eventually, a cat came to terrorize all of the groups, swearing revenge at the rouges that had stolen her territory and cats. Her name was Jade. The light gray she-cat had piercing green eyes and long, sharp claws. The she-cat had wings of swirling blackness and blood stained on the tips. She had good looks, and easily convinced many toms to fight on her side. The she-cat also got she-cats to join her by relating to them. The she-cat promised her followers great power from the spirits of war, death, and greatness if they joined her.
Jade led her army to the groups of cats and told them to leave or that her group known as the "Death Soldiers" would kill them all.
Cloud brought the other leaders to their senses and all the groups fought against Jade and won. Jade was killed despite her great power, and her cats scattered, leaving Cloud, Rain, Volcano, Snow, Dusk, and their groups victorious.
For their victory and bravery, the spirits rewarded Cloud, Rain, Snow, Dusk, and Volcano with elemental powers.
The Air-spirit rewarded Cloud with powers of wind and air and gave him wings made of mist.
The Fire-spirit gave Volcano the powers of fire and heat and gave him orange wings of fire.
The Storm-spirit gave Rain storm and water powers and gave her blue electricity wings.
The Earth-spirit rewarded Dusk with powers of earth, plants, and darkness and gave him wings of shadow.
Finally, the Ice-spirit gave Snow the power to wield ice and snow and harness the cold. Her wings were made of ice.
The spirits gave the rouges the nine lives of leaders and dubbed them Cloudstar, Volcanostar, Snowstar, Duskstar, and Rainstar.
The leaders soon named their Clans after them and settled into their territories, eventually creating together a Warrior code and traditions that would be passed down from generation to generation.
All the leaders gave their cats powers to share with the spirits' help and the five Clans continue to thrive and prosper.

Rules
Follow all forum and ghost rules. They are our rules.
No profanity. Use warrior cat swears like 'mousedung' and 'fleapelt' instead.
Keep it PG-13. No detailed kitting or extremely gory imagery. No mating or any sexual elements. Kids are on here too. No apprentice queens.
No god-modding, power-playing, spot-lighting, or meta-gaming. Every cat has weaknesses. Do not roleplay or kill off other members' characters without their permission. I must have proof. If I catch you lying, you will be in trouble.
No Mary-sues or Gary-stus. All cats have flaws. Your cats must have flaws.
Keep it realistic. Yes I realize these cats have wings, powers, spirits, etc., but they should look natural. Keep fur and eye colors realistic. I will allow blue-violet and violet eyes but nothing beyond that. I don't want to see green cats with rainbow eyes.
Be kind and respectful when out of roleplay. Absolutely no bullying. You will be banned if you are caught harassing another member.
When out of roleplay, use ( ), { }, [ ], or something else that tells us you are out of roleplay.
I will name your cats to follow the realism of Clan life, however, if you don't like your cat's warrior name let me know and I will probably change it.
No spamming or trolling. Also, please don't advertise without my permission.
Your cat may die due to the plot of this roleplay, if this happens, you may not revive them. I will ask you in advance however.
I will do cleaning every other Saturday night. If you are absent for more than three weeks without telling me or giving me a valid excuse, your cats will be put open for others to roleplay and/or taken off. I will hold onto forms so that if you wish to rejoin, you can. Your cats may be killed off however.
Failure to follow these rules will result in being punished. You will receive a warning, then another, then you will be banned from the RP.
If you would like to join, please fill out this form to the best of your ability and post it on this thread. A joining page will be added shortly.
