You use the [ div ] tag with the "background" thing. An example is here:

[div style="background:green;"]Hello world. Hello World. Hello World[/div]

Hello world. Hello World. Hello World

With colors, you can also use hexadecimal color codes too.

There's also the URL setting if you want to use a picture. If it's one on the computer, upload it to imagefarm or postimg or something. But you just need a url to the picture, like so...
