"And now why would he do that? There wasn't anything for me to do today. I think..." Granted he was drunk, Banshee was almost 100% sure he wasn't assigned anything out of the ordinary for the day. Why would Alpha be looking for him? He let out an exasperated sigh. Thinking about it made his head hiss and spit at him like an angry cat and he wasn't in the mood for it. "You sure missed out on a lot these last couple of days." Ringo swirled his glass and listened to the ice clink. "Last night some girl broke in and took the weathergirl. Today Alpha went on some sort of revenge quest." He absentmindedly rubbed a bruise on his jaw. His fingers brushed against his scar and his hand paused there. He let out a single halfhearted laugh that didn't reach his eyes, and he lowered his hand. "I really hated that guy..." Ringo lifted his cup, taking a big swig of his whiskey. How many years had it been? He could hardly remember at this point. It felt like he'd been doing it all his life. Despite being only in his late twenties, he had been in the Red Gorilla Gang longer than most of the others. He had been merely a boy when he first got stuck in the shady business of gang life. (Hope that's workable.) (Sure is ) "Hated?" Banshee echoed, a look of confusion crossing his face. "What changed?" He asked with a voice that seemed just as confused. (Sorry it's short, still need to get back into the swing of things)

(Yay! No worries. :3)
"What changed?" Ringo repeated, chuckling to himself. "What changed!" The chuckling built into laughter edging on the brink of hysterical. The laughter stopped abruptly as he peered into the bottom of of his mug. There was a little bit left. He tilted it up and finished it off. The cup clanked against the counter. "Alpha's dead, Banshee," Ringo stated plainly. He might as well have said that the sky was blue. He wiped the corner of his mouth.
(Ringo's in a weird mood. He doesn't know what to do with himself. XD)

Styx had been staring at Orion for a while, the young psychopomp glared at the man as she stalked around him. Red eyes met gold, a fierce battle fighting it’s way through. Though Orion chuckled at the younger girl(by appearances, one has to assume).
“Why are you here, Styx?” He questioned, stepping gracefully to turn as she’s completed another rotation. He had learned never to turn his back on her.
“Why are you here, exactly?” Styx questioned, suspicious eyes gleaming, as she teleported to behind him, tapping her foot impatiently as he turned.
He shrugged, glancing at his nails, before regarding her with annoyance clear on his face, “They really think I’m the bad guy. I’m just taking the necessary step to keep you from winning.” He stepped back, turning from her, “So what if it costs a bit, collateral damage and all that.”
Styx grinned, chuckling darkly, “It won’t stop me anyways, Orion. It never has, it never will. You weren’t able to stop this before, in your own universe, were you?” The grin grew larger, red eyes seeming to gleam as she stepped closer, “So you came to my universe, and you tried to end it yourself, but you’re making it all easier for me, Orion.”
He defiantly glared at her, as she stepped back, saluting him as she teleported away. Her laughter echoing through his hideout, leaving the villain staring at where she was, the empty space there, in contemplation.
—
When Styx returned back, she teleported right into the room with no warning, face already a mask of apathy. Arms crossed, as if already expectant on some explanation of what she had missed in the past few weeks.

(Lol. That's great you found some friends to play with. Games are much more fun with other people.) (Maybe. :3 Look out Ollie. You're in for a world of pain. XD I'm interested to see how that will turn out. When I try to picture Lydia as a teacher to Ollie, I feel like she's going to be terrifying to him. XD It might not be what he wants, but maybe it's what he needs.) (Afterthought- How does Farlow know Cyto's name? Answer: Ferret spy skills.) Farlow smiled a little. "It's because he has a dream. Something to live for. Something to work towards." They stepped into the room Ollie, Ash, Finla and Lowen were in. Ollie was laying unconscious on one couch while Ash and the ferretings slept on the another couch. (YEEEEESSSSS! That is totally something (Dan) Supernova would do. XD Why, hello again my little firefly. So you've decided to come back to me, hm? Did you miss me?) Alex nodded. "Sounds like a plan to me. You take the first shots, then I'll get the ones on the right." He opened and closed his tether claw hand in anticipation as he mapped out an optimal route in his head to taking out both turrets. From his point of view, he was simulating his approach to the turrets with AR holograms only he could see. After a moment, he decided on a plan of action that would seem to work the most effectively. (Oh Ollie is going to be in a lot of pain after their training sessions. He is not gonna have fun lmao) (lol yep most likely picked it up while being around Ollie and hearing the name) Lydia gave a small smile "You got me curious now. I'll have to find out what that dream of his is then whenever we get the chance. I just hope it isn't something too idealistic" she said as she saw that everyone else is sleeping. "It looks like your kids really like Fido over there. You guys must have known each other for a while then" Masaki gave a nod as he focused for a brief moment as flames came out of his palms. They formed into arrows as soon as Masaki thought of doing it and he took aim at the turrets on the left. He sent the one of the arrows at the one on the ceiling first, which exploded a few seconds after the arrow hit it. He turned to Pip and held the arrow close to her "Don't touch it just pretend you're shooting it with a bow, alright?" (im typing this up while listening to some of the new Destiny Music. Deep Stone Lullaby is one of the most beautiful songs I've heard in a video game could listen to this song for hours on end)

(Ollie's going to be hiding from Lydia before long. XD) (Probably. XD That works.)
Farlow glanced at Lydia as she mused over Ollie's dream. Then his gaze drifted over to Ollie's unconscious form. Was it too idealistic? It was a dream that Farlow himself had failed to fulfill. Just how far would Ollie go to achieve his dream? What would happen if he kept failing? No... He mustn't think like that. He would do all that he could so that Ollie's dream would not fail, unlike his own. "We should patch him up soon." Farlow glanced over when Lydia spoke again. "Fido...?" he echoed. He glanced over at the couch with Ash, Finla and Lowen. A warm smile spread on his face and he strode towards them, stopping behind the couch. "I suppose you haven't been properly introduced. This is Ash, this is Lowen, and this is Finla," he explained, gesturing to each in turn. "Honestly, they met just a couple days ago. Ash is the first person the kits have met, and they took to him rather quickly." Farlow paused a moment. "I-" Suddenly a presence appeared without warning, bringing a strange, unnatural scent with it. The instant Styx appeared, Farlow vanished, replaced by a hissing ferret where his feet had once been. Once Farlow registered who Styx was, he seemed to calm somewhat. --- "Wait-! What about me!?" When Masaki turned to her with a fiery arrow. Her complaints stopped and she stared at the object with amazement. She reached forwards to touch it, but pulled her hand back with a small frown when Masaki warned her. Pretend to pull back a bow? With some skepticism, Pip tentatively grabbed an imaginary bow and began pulling back on the string.
(That one does sound nice. ^^ I was trying to listen to the others, but the mood wasn't resonating with me. XD)

((Shadow: As for my new characters, I don't know who to use. XD
Bee was supposed to be an extension of the Zed, Blink, Hornet plot, but I can put her out there if someone finds her a power source. She's specially built by Zed. Very human looking, but she is made of non-human parts.
Isa is an undeveloped character who doesn't even have a design yet. She lives in a rickety part of the city, but will wander around, beating people to health. It's usually ruffians and poor people that will come to her to be healed, and only if it's really necessary. Her ability is strange. Her touch heightens people's pain senses, but also enhances their healing ability. Technically, she cannot physically injure someone with her hands. Despite the exaggerated pain her touch causes, she will only end up making them stronger. It's a strange concept.
I've tried roleplaying Xero a few times now, but anything I try putting him in dies. ;w; I do have a plot idea for him. A progressive one that might not come to pass for a while, we'll see. If he ends up in the same group as the heroes, I think the plot might have some interesting progression. Nothing's for sure yet though. For now, he's just a strange looking man who might come off as slightly insane. He makes strange impulse decisions sometimes. He doesn't really think much before doing things. He has a variety of unawakened abilities. Life is like a video game to him. (So far, he doesn't know any better) He doesn't stay dead. (Sorry if this sounds too much like Styx, he's really nothing like her. XXD)
Supernova will be the newest idea, based off of an old idea. XD So he actually does have a design. He's a hero for the popularity and the money. His favourite thing: Himself. He has some past experience with Lydia, but they didn't get along. XD His ability involves gravity.))

XD) It took a while for that to register with Banshee. He looked down at the table again, this time holding his gaze with it for a distinctly long time before finally letting out a sigh of relief. His hair was green right now, reflecting how loud it was in the building. Not exactly quiet but definitely holding some volume. Looking up, Banshee spoke at last. "What are we going to do now then?" He didn't care how it happened or what Ringo knew about it. All that mattered now was that Banshee had a plan. Of course he didn't have a plan.

Ringo pushed his cup out and leaned on the counter, watching as they went to refill it. "Whatever the heck you want. The Red Gorilla is dead," he replied, glancing in Banshee's direction. His gaze briefly landed on his green hair. He wondered how many people noticed the way his hair kept changing colour, or was it something people were just oblivious to? He supposed it would depend on the situation. He looked away and took ahold of his refilled mug of whiskey. He took a slow sip. "It's a big world out there." Despite its obvious size, it felt so... empty. Ringo closed his eyes for a moment, embracing the warm hum in his head- a benefit of the alcohol he was drinking.

You wouldn't happen to know where they keep any of their medical supplies do you?" She asked. When Farlow mentioned that they had only known each other for a few days, she raised an eyebrow. That was surprising to hear especially since Lowen and Ash seemed so close already. At the sudden appearance of Styx, Lydia flinched slightly. She turned to the girl with an angry look on her face "Where the hell were you all this time?" She asked The arrow moved closer to Pip and acted almost exactly like an actual arrow as it pulled back with the imaginary string. "Okay aim it at the turret at the wall and let go" Masaki said (you can control the arrow from here if you want) (that ones undeniably the best one from the soundtrack. Pretty much the entire Destiny community agrees with that)

(I’ll get up a response tomorrow morning sometime. ^^) (Sour: Yeah, I used to be terrible at driving. I was terrified to go on the road. I’ve had my license for a few years and only now in the last few months have I gathered the courage to use it. Now I can actually say that I am okay at driving. But hey, the more experience you get, the more comfortable you will be. It’ll come in time. :3 Learning the cues and the timing will take a bit. And knowing the area helps a ton. You’ll do great. :3)

(Heheh. :3)
(Farlow would've probably responded to the medical supplies question by shaking his head. He knows some old fashioned methods, but he can't do much in that regard when he'd in ferret form.)
Pip's eyes widened and childlike laughter burst from her lips. She closed one eye and took aim, her tongue sticking out in concentration. She let loose. The flaming arrow soared through the air and pierced the turret. Pip held her breath and waited, anticipating some sort of explosion... at least something.
(Technically, you're not supposed to close one eye, but what does she know? XD) (Heh. Nice.)

The second turret exploded a few moments after the fire arrow hit it, signaling Alex that it was his cue. He leapt out from behind cover and fired his kinetic tether at the remaining ceiling turret, ripping it from its placement. He swung it at the last wall turret, but just barely missed and left a small crater in the wall beside it. The turret quickly swiveled and took aim at Alex's chest. Wasting no time, Alex ran towards the turret and, taking advantage of his enhanced strength, leapt high into the air and plunged his fist into the turret. The crushing metal echoed throughout the empty lobby as Alex dropped back to the ground. Unfired bullets and loose metal parts fell to the floor like rain from the wrecked turret's sparking remains.

Styx blew off Lydia, red eyes narrowed at the female as her own arms crossed, "I don't see why it's any of your business." She accused, looking at Ollie's unconscious form with a roll of her eyes, before looking over at the ferret nearby, offering up her hands to the creature for Farlow to climb up if he wanted to.

Pip squealed in joy when the turret exploded. A short gasp escaped her when Alex whooshed past. He was like a one man army, taking them out in a wild, nearly reckless manner. Her eyes widened in awe. Once the last of the bullets fell, she jumped out of hiding and threw her hands into the air. "THAT WAS AWESOME! You took 'em down just like that!" Pip exclaimed, throwing a punch into the air. "Though you didn't hafta show me up so much..." she muttered more quietly afterwards. "Masaaaakiiii? Can I have an arm stretchy grabby thingy?" She tipped her head back towards him with a pleading look.
(Pip, you violent child. She loves explosions.) --- (Whisper, lol. XD)
Ringo frowned, a bit of a grimace on his face at the mention of Whisper. "Who cares..." he muttered, avoiding looking Banshee in the eye. He could still hardly believe it himself. Whisper had been Alpha's extra eyes and ears. She knew things even he, the second in command didn't. Sometimes she'd let the gang members get away with things, but only if it didn't cost her own hide. Nobody really held it against her. They all knew the consequences. But what she did that day was... Was unforgivable. Alpha's final words still chilled his spine. He said that he had never given her the order.
So... why, Whisper. Why? --- (I wonder what it will be like when Farlow and his family meet the cats of the house. XD Farlow isn't pleased with cat kind, though he'd make a truce if necessary.)
Farlow stared at the outstretched hand. Out of mere curiosity, he was almost tempted to approach, but it was hardly the time for such things. They needed to see to their own and secure the premises. That would be much easier done if he could turn back into his bipedal form, but he energy had already been running low a while ago. He'd used it so long, that all it took was the shock of a newcomer to switch him back to ferret form. He blinked up at Styx before turning and hopping up on the couch Ollie was on. He began climbing over him, sniffing and checking out different spots. He was trying to locate his worst injuries.
On another couch, two smaller ferrets were sleeping with Ash, the wolf-human hybrid.

(So after Lioncl replies, I had something in mind for what to do next I was thinking we'd time skip to Alex's base of operations (aka a dirty motel room with a bunch of computers and stuff for analyzing and collecting data and what not) where he'd start working with the data he got from the facility, and then from there one of you guys could take the lead, like if there was something with Pip or Masaki we want to focus on)

Lydia sighed "It is my business when we could have used your help fighting off a crazy psychic gorilla. He's the one that did that to Ollie by the way. Or when the base got invaded and a poor old woman ended up getting murdered in the halls. I hope whatever it was that you were doing was important" she said. "Now do you have any idea where they would keep their medical supplies?"
Masaki put a hand on top of Pip's head "Nice shot" he said though he was sure if she had actually fired a bow then it would have failed horribly. He was glad that he was able to fool Pip in her current state. He wasn't so sure that her more mature self would have been so easily fooled. He watched Alex go to work and quickly take down both turrets "Nice. Now let's hope we don't have to worry about anything else while we leave" he said before he looked down to Pip. "You wouldn't want to get it. I'm sure it was really painful for Alex to get"

(Farlow pending... :3) --- "Yeah, yeah..." Pip muttered, though she was blushing somewhat, trying to conceal a grin. When he told her she couldn't get a cool arm thing, her face immediately turned to pouting. "Awwww, but Masaki-!" she whined as they moved on.
She discretely snatched a chunk of turret on their way out.
And so on they continued. Once they got outside, Pip dropped off some items from her pocket so that she might retain her intelligence. There was a fridge, a washing machine, a dead Christmas tree, a kitchen table, a few chairs, a few large boxes full of- packing peanuts? And a fire extinguisher. She glanced at Masaki. "Maybe I should keep that last one," she mused, shrinking it back down and slipping it back into her pocket. She had achieved her usual 15 year old self. And so, on they went. Pip was quiet as they followed Alex. She was looking kind of tired, or perhaps contemplative.
When they arrived at Alex's room, she first noticed all the computers. How could he afford all of this? Then she noticed the poor condition of the room itself and she wrinkled her nose a little. She'd seen worse, but she much preferred something more... clean. She'd kind of expected more from a guy like Alex. After a few moments of watching Alex work with the computer, she turned to the door and opened it to leave the room. She had something she needed to do. Something without anyone seeing.
(I hope this is alright. XD Let me know if you want me to change anything.)

Banshee let out a sigh. Everything was going downhill and it was all that little girl's fault. If the gang had just left her alone they wouldn't be here. Hell, Snake would still be alive probably! Banshee rolled his eyes at the thought. Snake was an idiot, he'd probably get himself killed anyway. Still didn't hurt to dream though. "Welp," The man began, swiveling in his seat and sliding off of it and then turning to look down at Ringo. "if Alpha's dead I guess my family's safe for a while. I think I'll go back to them and break the news to them. If you ever need me you know how to find me." And with that, Banshee made a slow path to the exit. With any luck he'd get there safely and everyone would be ok. Luck isn't something Banshee had a good history with though...

Ringo made no response as Banshee left. He just stared down at his cup, lost in his own empty space of a life. He'd likely be there for the rest of the night. At least until they kick him to the curb.

Something without anyone seeing.(I hope this is alright. XD Let me know if you want me to change anything.) (Looks good to me!) Alex gently pressed a power button on one of the computer towers, causing three monitors on a nearby table to flicker to life as the operating system booted up. Pulling out a retractable cable from a compartment in his right arm, he plugged in to the computer and uploaded the data he had downloaded from the facility. Next to the monitors near the end of the table were rows of small hard drives. Due to the strange and advanced nature of the data encryption and file size of the information he pulled from locations like the one the trio had just gotten back from, he needed a lot of hardware and time to decrypt and analyze it effectively. It had taken him quite some time to get the tools he needed. He sat down at the table and began typing away at the worn out keyboard, all but forgetting the strange stunt Pip had pulled earlier on the way. Why did she have an entire fridge? Two windows opened on each monitor with lines upon lines of code scrolling through them, with the central monitor showing a progress bar. He became lost in his work, sitting silently and watching the lines of code scroll by, not yet noticing Pip beginning to leave.
