Ollie's heart raced. He took an instinctive step back as Lydia and Ash clashed. The sound of quick footsteps behind him were seconded by an incredible surge of alarm within him. He spun around, lifting his metal arm just in time. CLANG! Ollie grunted against the brute force of the blade, his legs nearly buckling beneath him. He took a few steps back and when Farlow lifted his sword for another strike, he retreated even further, until his back lightly bumped against Lydia's. His metal arm was sparking. There was a dent where he had taken the blow earlier. This was the first time his metal arm had taken that much damage. "It won't work, Lydia," he panted. "He will only come and take control again and again." Farlow was racing towards him, his sword closing in for a slash. Dodging would likely leave Lydia open for attack and he didn't know the full capabilities of her hardlight armour. Ollie held out his metal arm again, bracing for impact. He needed an opening. As much as he hated to put so much responsibility on his new friend's shoulders, he knew what needed to be done.

Lydia let out a few more curses "Is there anything your powers can do to stop this guy? Can you emit some type of pulse like some kind of emp to block out his powers?" She asked before Ash managed to break out from the hold. Ash suddenly started clawing at Lydia's armored face but all it was doing was whipping her head to the left and right, Lydia was starting to get even more annoyed with Fido over here and she formed a purple warhammer in her hand before she struck Ash in the gut with the pommel of it which knocked the breath out of the werewolf and he stumbled back giving Lydia enough time to switch the color of her armor from purple to blue. This time when she swung, Lydia swung with half of the strength the blue light gave her. When it connected with the wolfman, it sent him flying into a nearby building which crumbled from the impact and left a large hole in the building. Lydia turned to Ollie as her armor's color changed back to a purple color and rushed over to help Ollie, thinking that with how much strength she used that Ash would be out of commission for a bit.
Ash let out a low growl as he laid in the rubble. He could feel that his ribs were broken but he knew that they were already healing themselves. The scientist that hit him suddenly materialized a hammer. That was something he had never seen before but then again, powered humans were still a new concept to him. His lips curled back in a snarl as his rage surged once again as he started to get up

Despite the circumstances, Ollie breathed a soft laugh. "Again, that wouldn't be a permanent fix, and that would use up far too much energy for what it's worth." Ollie blocked Farlow's next attack with his metal arm, wincing as more sparks issued. He thrust out his free hand to Farlow's chest, but Farlow was already pulling away. "But there is one thing I can do." Ollie closed his eyes and sent out a short range burst of forgotten power. The main side affect was confusion. It was far enough to affect Farlow, possibly Lydia, and if he was in the vicinity, even Ash. It wasn't any sort of fancy EMP type thing to interrupt control. No. This was just a small scale distraction to buy a little time. He ran over to Lydia and pressed the blue crystal necklace into her hand.
'Here, this crystal of purity will protect you from his control. I don't know if it will work the same for you, it usually works different for every person, but perhaps you can use it to help the others. I'm going to go and find whoever's doing this and put a stop to it. I have faith in you.' It was as if all the words were whispered directly into Lydia's mind. It only took a few seconds, and Ollie had a gentle, trusting, though slightly pained smile the entire time. He pulled his hand away from hers and then he was gone, vanishing right before her eyes.
Farlow blinked several times, his sword partially lowered. It was shortly after Ollie disappeared that he regained his bearings. It was her, wasn't it? That girl with the ability of the Forgotten Realm. She came back for him. He wouldn't let her ruin everything he had worked for all over again! He raced forwards to attack the detested human before him, his sword closing in for another strike. This time, aimed at Lydia.
In the forgotten realm, Ollie peered at the corruption within the glowing forms of his friends. If only he could do something from here to help them, but there wasn't. He would have to leave that part to Lydia. He peered closer, searching for something. Searching for the connection. All memories in the forgotten realm had strings attached. There! The tiniest of dark threads stretched out from Ashton and Farlow. Ollie quickly began to follow the string back to its owner. ~ How troublesome. The presence of the one interfering had disappeared again. Had he ran away from the fight, leaving Aegis to fight all on her lonesome? Or perhaps this hero had some sort of plan...

Lydia noticed that Farlow had retreated slightly as she stopped beside Ollie "Whatever you got planned go ahead and do it" she said before Ollie had released the burst of power. It felt odd getting hit by the wave, it was almost like her mind had been scrambled for a few seconds which had ended up causing her armor to disappear. She shook her head as she felt Ollie place something in the palm of her hand. She looked down at her hand and noticed a necklace with a blue stone in it before she looked up at Ollie. She couldn't help but notice the way he looked at her and got the feeling that he was about to do something reckless. She could hear him explaining the necklace to her but all she wanted to do was ask what the hell he was planning but before she could open her mouth, he vanished. She took a deep breath and closed her eyes "You better come back safe or I'll kill you Ollie" she muttered as she put the necklace on. As soon as it settled on her neck, it was like a surge of power shot through her and her connection to the light around her had strengthened. She covered herself in purple hardlight once again and looked over at Farlow who seemed like he was about to attack. When Farlow finally made his move, so did Lydia. She shot her hand forward and a giant wall extended from it and pushed towards Farlow. If he didn't try getting around it fast enough though, then the wall would completely encircle him and trap him inside.
Ash had been getting up from the rubble when he had suddenly been hit by a mysterious wave of energy. It almost felt like his mind had cleared somewhat but the anger that was already inside him and that Alpha was using to control him came back with a vengeance. Ash shook his entire body to rid it of the debris and dust that was all over him before he looked around for the scientist. When his eyes landed on Lydia, Ash let out a loud howl before charging in at her

Farlow jumped high into the air in attempt to dodge the wall, his sword lifted high for a powerful strike. But the wall proved more versatile than he expected. It stretched towards him from below, so he slashed down and his sword clashed with the light wall as it wrapped around him in spherical shape. The human he faced was strong, but that only aggravated him more. All he could think of was how humans had slain his brethren. ~ Ollie followed the strings to a nearby rooftop. His eyes narrowed and he climbed through the house until he arrived at the top. There, a large man sat. His hair was white, and he wore the white clothes of a rich man. The strings were clearly attached to this man, so he was clearly the one who had been messing with them all. Ollie clenched and unclenched his metal arm, and more sparks spewed from the gashes. Lydia was busy with the others, and he had no idea where Shadow, Styx and Robin were. If only he could take him to the forgotten realm. Then he'd have the advantage. Ollie slowed to a stop behind the man, holding out his flesh hand. He entered the remembered realm and quickly reached out to touch the man's back.
There! Alpha's eyes flashed open. The presence had appeared right behind him! A shock of confusion struck his mind, breaking the strings of his control over Ash and Farlow, but there was no telling how long the effects might last on the two hybrids. Alpha spun around and onto his feet, his unusually large fist swinging out at his opponent. Bam! His fist was stopped by Ollie's smaller metal hand. His thoughts seemed to clarify, and his eyes narrowed at the man before him. "Think you can take me, boy?" he rumbled, a grin starting to form on his face.
Ollie's eyes went wide. The large man was faster than he looked. He needed to hurry if he wanted to get this done. His flesh hand streaked towards the man, but the man's other hand grabbed it by the wrist before it could touch him. Could he possibly know what his ability was?
The boy wasn't trying to attack him, it seemed. He was trying to touch him, which could only stand to reason that his ability resided in his hands, specifically the one not made of metal. Using that and his strength of mind must've been how he had countered his control. He squeezed down on Ollie's wrist, watching in glee at the pain on the boy's face. "Don't make me laugh! You might as well have surrendered the fight. You're the only person present capable of countering my ability, and of all the places you could go, you come right here to me, where I can deal with you myself. How considerate." Alpha laughed, a deep hearty rumble. "Your fellow 'heroes' probably won't even miss a fool like you when you're gone." To Alpha's surprise, the boy's metal hand started to squeeze down on his fist with a sudden incredible strength. Alpha grimaced and tried to pull his fist away, but it was stuck in the boy's iron grip.
"You don't get it, do you?" Ollie said in a low, almost quiet voice. He put on a smile of his own, perhaps a little forced, but a smile nonetheless. "You're not going to win this fight. Memories aren't something to play around with, and I'm not going to let you keep messing with the minds of my friends!"

(No worries. If you want, we could possibly postpone the plot until your creative juices are flowing again. :3 That way, the characters are freed up and with a fresh slate, perhaps that’ll inspire something. Perhaps they leave the base, planning to return later, or we can literally pause the plot in time, and just go back to fill in the gaps later.)
(Again, no rush. Just throwing options out there if you don’t think you’ll be able to respond for a while.) (But if you feel like you’re on the verge of a breakthrough, I don’t mind the wait. ^^)

Lydia let out a sigh of relief when she realized that she had safely caught Farlow without injuring him. She briefly worried that she may have seriously hurt Ash but that thought, along with her relief, was quickly washed away at the sound of the howl coming from behind her. Lydia turned her head around to see Ash barreling towards her. Lydia shot her other arm out in the Ash's direction as another wall appeared before the wolfman. Ash noticed the wall in front of him and saw that it was bending down, as if to try and capture him but he suddenly stopped in his tracks before he changed the direction of his running to a sharp right. Lydia tried to have the wall stretch out to try and catch up to Ash but it seemed like the werewolf was too fast for her. Lydia wracked her brain to try and figure out what she could do to contain Ash when she finally came up with something though she wasn't sure it would work. Lydia had the wall vanish, which Ash noticed and once again pivoted his direction back towards Lydia. Lydia meanwhile tried to focus on her right arm to try and change the hardlight color of arm. She hoped that whatever this necklace was doing to boost her power could also help her achieve the one thing she had been trying to do for years. As Ash closed the distance, now only a few meters away, Lydia's arm changed to a blue color. Lydia swung her arm at Ash's face as the werewolf was diving in to bite Lydia. When her fist made contact, Ash's body was once again sent flying but this time instead of hitting a building, he hit the ball the Farlow was currently trapped in. The blow had stunned Ash and had broken his jaw which gave Lydia enough time to have the ball swallow Ash up. Lydia took a deep breath as she sat down "Now hurry the hell up Ollie" she said

Farlow growled to himself. It seemed he had been trapped by the enemy and his sword was stuck in the light wall. He gave it a few tugs, but it was clear it would take more than that to get his prized weapon free. He took a deep breath and closed his eyes, channelling his energy. Gripping down on the handle of his sword with both hands, he pulled again, this time letting out a yell as he did. Shing! The sword broke free from the wall and Farlow stumbled back to look over his sword. It still appeared to be in good shape. His mind felt strange, almost confused. He could hardly remember how he got here, and he had no idea what going on. All he knew was that he was trapped in some strange sphere and he didn't like it. Not one bit. Letting out a fearsome cry, he unleashed his fury against the wall, slashing again and again. The first several attacks were powerful, but as he continued, his strength seemed to wean. That was when Ash seemingly dropped in from the other side of the sphere. (I'm assuming. XD) ~ Alpha winced and was forced to take a step back, but that was as far as he went. His spiteful eyes burned into Ollie's determined ones. "I think it's you who doesn't get it. I do what I want, kid. Your "friends" were the ones to start this, and I am going to be the one who finishes it." The change was swift. First, Alpha's form began to grow, dark red fur sprouting from his skin while the buttons of his suit burst open. His hands grew large enough to fully encompass Ollie's in a crushing grip.
Ollie let out a cry as he was forced to his knees. Panic leaked into Ollie's gaze, and he tried to let out his power in a large burst. Alpha shook his head as the strange ability struck him, but because of his strength of mind, he managed to gather his thoughts just enough to drill at Ollie's mind. How peculiar... Ollie's mind didn't seem to be as strong as it had been before. Ollie seemed to be affected by his attack this time, but it was difficult, considering how both their minds were honed.
If only I could free my right hand... Then I could finish this once and for all! But it was no use. Alpha was too strong. Ollie felt himself pushed into the wall of the rooftop entrance, and then, unexpectedly, Alpha let him go. Ollie's eyes widened, and he lunged to make his move, but he had no chance.
Bam! Bam! Bam! Alpha's punches came like rockets, three in total. He would have done more, but three seemed to be more than enough. A battered, bloody Ollie sank down to the rooftop floor. Was this the extent of the new age heroes? How pitiful. Alpha picked him up by his afro and strode to the edge of the roof where he held him out for display. Below, there Lydia stood with the sphere of light under her control. "Is this the best you could do?" he bellowed to those below.
It was Alpha, the red gorilla of the Red Gorilla Gang. Several years ago, people once feared his name, but in the flux of newer, younger villains, his name had been all but forgotten. Ever since a fight with a certain hero about thirty years ago, it had been as if he'd fallen from the face of the earth until now.
Everything hurt. Ollie could see Alpha's gorilla face through bleary squinted eyes. Again he tried to raise his right hand and take hold of the arm holding him, but Alpha noticed. With a flick of his arm, he tossed Ollie from the roof. Ollie streaked down towards the base of the buildings across the street, but before he could land, he vanished into thin air. At least a few aspects of his plan had been successful. The others would know where Alpha was located, and Lydia was safe from his control. He'd have to leave the rest to them now.
(;w; Well, I guess it's the end for Ollie. Lydia's going to kill him. XD)

oh no Ollie. Lydia is gonna kill you now, right after she tries putting Alpha 6 feet under lol)
Lydia sat there on the edge of the sidewalk watching the two trapped werefolk struggle to free themselves and waiting for some word from Ollie. When she heard a loud booming voice coming from the rooftops, Lydia's head shot up and she caught sight of a giant gorilla holding Ollie. Seeing Ollie like that seriously pissed her off and she definitely gonna tear into him once this was all settled but the gorilla came first. After Alpha had let go of Ollie, Lydia panicked slightly as she went to position herself to where Ollie was falling but he disappeared before she could catch him. Must be his powers again. He better stay safe while I take care of the rest, she thought to herself. She rushed over to the ball and a handle formed on it. Lydia grabbed it with her blue arm and she focused on changing the color of her legs to blue before jumping up towards the rooftop with the ball holding her comrades in tow. "How about I show you what we can do by taking you down a peg or two? Or are you gonna be like your buddies and run away at the first sign that you can't win?" she taunted

(Lol. XD)
Farlow fell to a seated position, his sword clinking lightly against the hardlight floor. "Ash, do you know what's going on here? How did we get here?" he panted, his yellow gaze raising to look up at the werewolf. Suddenly their container started to move and Farlow held out his hands to steady himself. --- Ollie smashed down to the ground, bouncing and rolling through the building across the street. When he finally came to a stop, he pushed himself to his feet. People couldn't get hurt in the forgotten realm. Nor could he feel pain in the forgotten realm. Knowing full well what lay before him in the remembered realm, Ollie wasn't sure if he wanted to go back quite yet. It felt so good just to be oblivious to the pain for a while. Even so, it was dangerous to linger too long lest he start losing his memory. Or worse yet, to face the things that lurk within the forgotten realm...
"Hello Ollie," Zabyty greeted, stepping out from the middle of nowhere with a charming smile on her pale face. Her violet dress and hair flowed around her as if they defied gravity. "It's been a long while." Next moment she was right at his shoulder, stroking his chin. "I've missed our little talks. Have you been avoiding me?"
Ollie stumbled away from her. "No, no, no, no-" he stuttered, holding out his hands in a flustered manner. "I- I've just been busy."
Zabyty pouted. "You still don't trust me, do you? That's it, isn't it."
She was playing with him. Ollie was left with a choice. Risk pain and possible death, or risk Zabyty and being lost in the forgotten realm. --- Alpha smirked, and reached out to mentally attack Lydia, but something held him back. His smirk faltered. It was the same type of block he had with Ollie beforehand. A frown formed on his face and he glared at the approaching Lydia. "You can give it your best shot, girl!" He tore out a sizeable truck sized chunk of the roof and threw it down at Lydia midair.

Ash could feel his anger subsiding and heard Farlow talking to him. His jaw was still healing so he let out a grunt and shook his head. His body started to shrink as he reverted back to his human form. He blinked a few times as he looked around and noticed that they were currently in the air. He looked over at Farlow as his jaw had now almost completely mended "No clue but I hope we can get out of here soon" he said
The chunk of the roof hit Lydia on the head but it didn't do much else except push her back down to the ground "You're gonna need to do better than that if you want to stop me you pea-brain" she said as she let go of the ball. She could hear the two inside it talking to each other. Looks like whatever Ollie did managed to break his hold on them she thought to herself. The ball dissipated as Lydia jumped back up to the roof and landed there. Lydia got into a fighting stance "Never thought I'd wake up today and fight a talking Gorilla. C'mon Grodd, show me what you got" she said
(probably should have said that she had landed on the roof but this works too)

While his mind whirled to piece together what happened, Farlow watched as Ash's jaw healed at an unnatural rate. The last thing he could remember was a splitting pain in his head. The mind controller must have gotten to them. What happened since then all remained a blur. This sphere they were stuck in... "Do you happen to know what material is this, Ash?" he asked, stroking the floor with his free hand. Suddenly the ball dissipated into- Light. It had been made of light. He looked up just in time to see Lydia land on the edge of the roof. She must've contained them while they were out of control. Smart. ~ (Oops. XD Why am I thinking King Kong right now? Quite different scenario, yet we have a relatively high place, a gorilla and a woman.)
When Lydia came for a second round, Alpha backed away from the edge, as if to give her the space to land. "Your childish insults belittle you, girl." Alpha rumbled when Lydia landed on the roof's edge. He slammed his fists down on the roof and the entire building shook from the impact. Cracks formed in the roof foundation and snaked out towards Lydia. Much more of this and the entire building might come down. ~ "Go away," Ollie muttered, as he walked through the forgotten realm.
"Aw, is poor little Ollie too afraid to leave?"
Just great, she was mocking him now. "Leave me alone Zabyty. I don't have time for your tricks right now. I need to see if the others are alright."
"And what are you going to do about it once you find out? Hm? You can't do anything the way you are now. Not on your own." Zabyty murmured into his ear from behind. "You were holding back, Ollie. You could've used more of my power. Were you afraid to do it without your precious blue crystal?" Zabyty laughed softly. "Use your ability correctly, and the worst is you pass out from migraines. Suppress it and you end up like this. Just what are you trying to accomplish?"
Ollie stopped and turned to face Zabyty. "You're wrong! The worst possibility is to be stuck here with you! To be forgotten! I never want to go through that again! Not me, not my friends! I lost too much time last time. If I can protect my friends and remain remembered, I can live or die happily!" He quickly turned from her and strode away. Though if he was given the option, he would rather live and spend more time with the people he had gotten to know.
Zabyty was silent for a time after his little explosion. "I didn't realize I was such a pain to be with..." she joked lightly before sighing. "I understand far more than you can fathom. But don't worry, my son. It is not your time yet. Just be careful. The world is changing and most of your friends have left you. You might not even have a reason to be remembered before long." she whispered, vanishing just as she appeared.

lol King Kong works too)
Ash moved his jaw around and heard a few pops coming from it, "I've never seen or felt this material before" he said before the sphere disappeared. Could this have been that woman's power? Did she make the sphere to protect them? Why though? They had just met so he couldn't figure out why she would do that. Ash looked over at Farlow "Should we go up and help her?" He asked
A purple platform appeared beneath Lydia's feet, acting like a cushion to the shaking of the building "And you're gonna need more than some cheap tricks like that if you want to even think of defeating me" she said. She seemed to concentrate for a moment before several orange daggers appeared, floating in front of Lydia. She smiled as she grabbed one of them before throwing it with her blue hardlight arm, quickly resetting her stance and grabbing another and doing the same. She kept doing that until 4 knives were flying at Alpha
(oh if you don't remember, orange is super sharp and there's nothing she can't cut with it. Also she's not gonna be able to use 3 different lights for long. It'd be way too op if she could maintain this for much longer)

(King Kong, Grodd, they all work and that's what I find most amusing. :3)
Farlow shook his head. "Not yet. At this point, we'd likely just get in the way." Had they found the mind controller? So much had happened since he last remembered. His gaze dropped down to Rosie laying in the street and Ringo slouched by the base. "We should be of more use, keeping an eye on things down here." Farlow's eyes narrowed as he glanced around. But where was Ollie? Was he up on the roof with Lydia? He scented the air, and wandered over to one of the buildings across the street. He peered around the corner and there he was; Ollie Edwards, bloody and battered, leaning up against the wall. ~ Alpha hadn't been planning for a frontal confrontation with Aegis, but the kid with the afro had gotten him all riled up. Small matter. He'd just have to use a little more energy than originally planned and show her the meaning of defeat face to face. When the first dagger came, he leaned to one side with uncanny speed for one his size and the blade shot past him. He swatted away two of the next ones with his right hand, and he caught the last one in his left hand. A tiny trickle of blood dripped from his fist. These blades were sharper than the average blade. He'd have to be careful.
(Sweet, thanks. I'll get these light colours down-pat one of these days. ^^) (Yeah, that's the problem with Ollie. He's an all or nothing sort of guy when it comes to power. This time he was leaning more towards the "nothing" scale. "All" has different sorts of repercussions. Poor guy gets repercussions either way. -shrug-)

The orange daggers disappeared after they had missed or made contact with Alpha. Lydia scowled a bit though since she had hoped that those daggers would have done more damage. Plus she hadn't expected that something that big could also be as fast as it was. "I hope you're not going to let me tee of on you all day Donkey Kong" she said as she started to close the distance between the two of them. There was no way this gorilla could break her purple armor. Unless his punches had more force behind them than a .50 cal, which she highly doubted otherwise Ollie would have been dead right then and there. As Lydia got closer, she seemed to be going for a punch to Alpha's side but unless he grabbed her during the punch, she would drop low to the ground, using the momentum from her punch, to sweep the legs of Alpha using her blue hardlight covered legs.
Ash let out a sigh but nodded. Farlow was right though, if the person Lydia was fighting was the one that had been controlling them then that would end up putting her at a 3v1 disadvantage. Ash followed Farlow until they found Ollie, to which he winced at the sight of the afroed teen. Whoever he had fought had really messed him up big time. Ash once again looked at Farlow "Should we bring him into that base of theirs? Maybe they got some medical supplies that we can use. Hell, even just using some ice would be good for him" he said
(its not easy to remember so many things and her power is really versatile. Plus she has only used the orange once or twice so far so I don't blame you) (poor Ollie though. He just can't catch a break lol but I wonder what sort of repercussions he suffers for going all out)

(Mkay. I'm going to try the dice roll. 6 sided die. 1-3 he grabs her during the punch. 4-6 he doesn't. I rolled a 1.) (I hope this isn't god-modding. You may interrupt the post at any point with Lydia’s response. Let me know if I ever go too far.)
The dagger in Alpha's hand vanished and he opened his hand to view the small cut he received. He then looked past his hand to the approaching Lydia. So she was coming to him now. Perfect. Close combat was his specialty. When she swung her punch, he grabbed her arm in his fist. "I see you want to end up like your friend." He heaved her into the air and slammed her back down into the rooftop floor. Cracks spread out from the impact. For so long, he had held back. After suffering his defeat thirty years ago, he thought he could reach his previous glory from the shadows and gradually manipulate things into his favour. When a group of young heroes barged into his plans, he had to make them pay, not only to appease himself and put them in their place, but to show his subordinates that there was no hope of betraying him. Being here now, fighting again, it filled him with such youthful energy. How he had missed this... It felt great to be able to let loose. It made him feel young again. Perhaps with this powerful young hero, he could warm up to max strength. ~ "Yes. Let's do that," he agreed, bending down to look Ollie over. "Didn't I just tell you you're too reckless?" he murmured. He breathed out a sigh and glanced back at Ash. "We need something long and flat to carry him on. I believe we have some broken bones over here."
(I don't quite remember if I said Ollie was 18 or 20 last time. Somewhere between 18-25 for sure. I might have said he was 20 last time... but that might have been someone else. Yeah, that's right- he's 20 and Blink is about 18-19. I believe that's what I had decided.) (Well, when I'm reminded enough times, I can usually remember a little better. Red is fast, orange is cutting. I always get mixed up between blue and violet though... One is a super defence (strong), and according to the last post, that must be violet.) (There are two main things that can happen with different varying degrees depending on the situation. They have occurred before. I usually have them occur most when he uses the crystals for any extended amount of time, or uses too much of his ability. :3 I was planning to do a whole storyline about one extreme pathway after the coming Orion plot.)

Alex continued down the hallway until he reached the armory. He pressed his hand up to the scanner to unlock the door. The door slid open, and revealed a room with many advanced-looking weapons behind heavily reinforced glass. There were a few tables as well that had several tools for repairing and modifying weapons. At the back wall, there was a large machine with another hand scanner and a large label that read "CYBER AGENT ARMS DISPENSER". "Agent Epsilon-43, please confirm your identity with the scanner to receive your equipment," the automated voice instructed.

(Man. 2am. I hope you had a good long sleep after that.)
Pip looked around at the walls as she strode after Alex, looking for small little details she might come back to check out later. When Alex opened another door, she quickly scuttled behind him and slipped into the room. The first thing her eyes landed on was the cool looking objects on the other side of the glass. She let out a loud, excited gasp and ran over to the window, pressing her hands and face against the glass. Now these looked like they were worth a pretty penny. She pulled her face away from the now smudged glass and turned her head to look at the others with a big grin and sparkles in her eyes. Those eyes said it all. They practically begged to have one, though knowing Pip, she might try to get more than one.

Ash tilted his head slightly as he tried to think of something they could use that was light and durable to put Ollie on but he couldn't think of anything. "Hold on Farlow, I got this" he said as he knelt down in front of Ollie and gently picked him and put him over his shoulders "This is probably going to be the easiest and safest ways right now. Let's go" he said
(Ash is using the fireman's carry btw) (nah its not god modding and you didn't go too far)
Lydia was slightly surprised that he could actually stop a punch from her blue light. This had to be a first for her since all she had gone up against were armed thugs or terrorists, none of them powered. She felt herself get thrown onto the roof and she could help but laugh "C'mon, is this really all you got? The most you're gonna do to me by doing that is give me whiplash. Honestly I expected more from you" she said as spikes started to form on her arms. If Alpha let go of her arm, Lydia was going to put him into an arm bar to try and break his elbow. Using her purple hardlight to protect her from any of Alpha's strikes and the blue hardlight to give her the strength to hyperextend his elbow and hold onto him so he couldn't shake her off.
(sorry for leaving them so open ended for you. I just don't want to assume that a some prickling is enough to make him lose his hold) (I keep seeing him between 18-20 tbh) (lol I feel you there but yep purple is her defensive armor which is the one she most commonly uses. Followed by blue which gives her super strength) (oooh well if you end up staying I look forward to seeing that)
(i'll have to get Masaki up later. Ive gotta get ready to go to work now)

Masaki continued following Alex until they arrived at the armory. He watched as Pip practically dive at the glass window and he sighed. He knew Pip was not gonna like what he was going to say, especially seeing the way she looked at them, but he couldn't let her have any of these right now. "That's gonna be a hard no from me. If you sold one of these, it could cause a lot of problems for everyone" he said and turned to Alex "So these don't look like your standard ARs. What are they?" He asked

Ollie grunted a little in pain as he was moved, and his eyes cracked open. "Ashton, Farlow, is that you?" he mumbled, his words hardly comprehensible.
Farlow watched as Ash lifted up Ollie, looking somewhat surprised, but gave one firm nod of affirmation. He spun around and strode quickly past a few buildings. The ferretman stopped at the base door and held it open for Ash. The place Ash had last left Ringo was now empty. Nor was the girl anywhere to be seen. --- (Okay, good. ^^) (Alpha was once super strong. He's a little rusty now, but with each attack and defence, he will get a portion of his old strength back. -Just to make things interesting.- Though his strength won't be as strong as it once was, he'll be able to put up a good fight. I've got an feel for his greatest weaknesses against her, so he won't be invulnerable. Some small physics tips that might help with role-play. He's fast, but not as fast as her red light and he'll likely end up growing stronger than her blue and purple armour.)
Alpha let go of Lydia, but more for his own amusement than for the sake of avoiding the discomfort of the spikes growing from her arms. Her careless words were growing annoying, but his experience held him back from overreacting. So many young heroes were like that these days. They were always full of brave words, so proud. They acted as if the world could not touch them. For some, it was all a show. For others, they forgot the meaning of defeat. Whichever one she was, Aegis would find out the truth soon enough... Perhaps defeat would teach her some respect. And yet- there were a few annoying runts who never learned respect. Next thing he knew, she was clinging to him like a bur. He was rather large for a gorilla. The arms of the average gorilla are much stronger than that of a humans, known to be six times more powerful, though Lydia's blue and violet light were quite adept counters. Gorillas also tend to have larger arm lengths, known to be a foot longer than the average male human. Alpha however, was stronger and bigger than the average gorilla, and his arms were very long and thick, a true symbol of his gorilla powers. Considering his size, the arm bar might be deemed less effective, as in her legs could not reach his chest. The blue hardlight strength made it quite uncomfortable, but it wasn't enough to break it. "What's this now? After all your talk, are you going to hug my arm to death?" He growled, before spinning and smashing his straight arm through the rooftop exit. Bam! Stone chunks flew in every direction, revealing the staircase to the lower levels. If Lydia hadn't let go at that point, with a straight up and down movement (since he can move his shoulder due to his extra big arms, and he can't reach her with the other arm) he swung his arm down to smash her head into the floor of the rooftop.
(All good. ^^) (Yeah, I was always stuck trying to decide. 18-20 were my biggest numbers to choose from. Things like 17 and 21 were secondary thoughts. I kind of did draw him with a bit of a baby face, which definitely suits him, even though I always try to cover it up a bit with some beard bristle. He'll always be a slight facial hair sort of guy, never having a full on beard. If he had a full on beard, I'd start wondering who that was. XD) (Aye..! I think I got it now! It is now engrained into my head now that I've read it a few times!) (I might really stay. :3 And if not here, at least somewhere on the forums. But here with Ollie, unless I find an alternate path, a lot of that future plot depends on what all happens with Shadow's characters. I hope she's doing okay.) --- Pip pouted. "Pleeeeeeeeeaaase? If it's the sellin' you'ah worried about, I won't." Her gaze drifted to Alex, and she gave him her sweetest smile. "I kin' carry as many o' these as you like."
(Oh, she's trying to pull the sweet card. Wonder how long that will last. XD)

Alex took a moment to scan the rifles behind the glass. "Organization-brand energy induction rifles," he said to Masaki. "Designed to add a bit of extra 'kick' to your shots by charging rounds with electric power and increases firing power through electromagnetic force." He examined the rifles a bit closer, and then turned back to Masaki. "It would seem that these ones are both unloaded and uncharged, however." He glanced over at Pip for a moment. "I'd say Masaki gets final say in that matter," he said while scratching the back of his head. He then walked over to the arms dispenser and pressed his hand against the scanner. The machine whirred for a moment before sliding open a door containing a high-tech, although dirty, pistol. Alex took the weapon and examined it as the compartment door closed. "Energy induction pistol," he concluded, flipping the weapon in his hand to take a look at the other side. "The energy cells and conduits are damaged though, but should be fixable." He grabbed the ammunition from another compartment in the arms dispenser; totaling five clips. Placing most of them in his backpack, he held on to one clip and took out one of the bullets to examine it. (Rolled a 10-sided die to decide what he got from the machine, got a 3. Made a mini list to decide what he'd get here: 1 - Machine breaks, dispenses broken pipe 2 - Machine dispenses extendable security shock baton 3 - Dispenses damaged energy induction pistol 4-6 - Dispenses energy induction pistol 7 - Dispenses two energy induction pistols 8 - Dispenses energy induction rifle 9 - Dispenses attachable and modifiable arm blade 10 - Dispenses Tesla Rifle )

(just in case you forgot but Lydia is about 6 1/2 feet tall) (also rolled a 16 to see if she could hold onto Alpha) (im also going to say this, if she didn't have the necklace on right now, her armor may have a little crack on it)
Lydia was having some slight trouble holding onto Alpha due to his massive frame. She scowled as Alpha sent her through walls and shook her around but thankfully for her blue light she was able to hang on just barely. "Didn't I already tell you that the most you're gonna do is give me whiplash like that? Are those ears of yours just for show?" She said as the light surrounding Lydia seemed to get brighter. The hardlight seemed like it was expanding from her body, making her body larger than it already was. She was now large enough to firmly hold the arm bar "I'm not used to fighting apes, Caesar. But I'm going to do more than just hug your arm." she said as she tightened her grip on Alpha's forearm and started to pull to hyperextend his elbow
Ash could hear the destruction taking place from where they were. He didn't know how the fight was going or if he would be of any help fighting with Lydia. Ash turned his head to the side to get a better look at Ollie "Yeah, we got you. Just try not to move too much" he said. As they neared the base, Ash was too busy trying to get Ollie inside that he wasn't paying attention to whether Ringo or the girl were still there. Not being in his werewolf form didn't help him either. He quickly got inside the base and spotted a couch to which he hurried Ollie over to and gently slid him off his back
Masaki let out a low whistle of surprise as Alex explained it "Sound like they can do a lotta damage. I definitely don't want to be at the other end of that. But do you have the materials to charge it and fix it?" he asked. Masaki looked at Pip "It's not just the selling, you need some type of gun training so that you can use guns safely and also maintain it. You could accidentally hurt yourself or someone you don't want to hurt without it" he said
