The Flash RP
After the Reverse Flash was defeated, Team Flash were left with, basically, nothing to do. Except round up the remaining evil metas, that is. However, recently, a new wave of heroes and villains have appeared in Central City. Will the heroes join Team Flash, or remain as vigilantes? Will the villains be defeated, or will they prevail? It's up to you to shape the world...

~~ {Max is 22 years old. He originally had dark brown hair, and blue eyes. After the STAR Labs explosion, his hair has turned stark white, and his eyes yellow. He is normally well built and athletic, but the months after becoming a meta human have left him emaciated and zombie-like.} ~~ {Before the explosion, Max was cheerful, lighthearted, and responsible. He did his best to raise his sister while attempting to pay his way through a college education. He was quite intelligent, especially when it came to chemistry, but was unable to get into a top university due to funds. After the explosion, Max's mental state has been greatly diminished, and he survives off of rats, emerging only when necessary. It is quite a hopeless situation, but not an irreversible one.} ~~

The day the particle accelerator exploded, Max was cooking dinner by the microwave. When he woke up, he was a meta human, and his sister was gone. The shock f his abilities led him to mentally breakdown. He now lives in the Central City sewers, struggling to regain what little sanity he has left. Although it seems that this young man is beyond help, the helping hand of Team Flash may be enough to bring this meta human back from the brink.} ~~ {Impact} ~~

He has rather big hands, but he's always been considered a gentle giant. Rondell is a sweetheart with a love for animals and kids, leading to his job as a Veterinarian Doctor, and a part time pre-school teacher assistant. Rondell is smart, sweet, kind, and caring, and loves putting others before himself. He has a stubborn side, and tends to beat himself up whenever something goes wrong. It doesn't need to be his fault, he does it anyway. When the accelerator exploded, Rondell was ice skating somewhere. He was affected, but he still doesn't know so yet. Dell can create water or ice with the palms of his hand, if he concentrates on a spot, that is. If he can't see the spot, he couldn't use his powers. Rondell will be found by Barry and taken in, to figure out his powers. But as of now, Rondell just believes he is a regular human- living his life as he has. But, soon enough, that will all change. } ~~

~ Clint Barshaw is a mountain of a man. At an impressive height of 6'3", and with an athletic build, he cuts quite the imposing figure. His skin is very fair, and he has a light dusting of freckles on his face. His hair is short, well-kept, and bright red. Like...bright, bright ginger. You aren't losing this boy anywhere. He's pretty young, compared to the rest of Team Flash, at 21 years old. His eyes are a light grey-green. His clothes are usually pretty nondescript and some are kind of beat up looking, since he's often strapped for money. As a superhero, for now, he only wears a hoodie and dark jeans, as well as a mask. He might upgrade later. He fights using a bo staff. Frequently rocks the ginger stubble and sleepless raccoon look.
~ For someone as busy as Clint is, he's very energetic, often speaking with gestures or moving quickly and sporadically. He's a kind soul, and appears to be very blithe and kind of a "go with the flow" sort of guy, but he can't keep this up constantly. Sometimes, against his wishes, stress gets the better of the big redheaded ball of sunshine, and he becomes frantic, snappy, and a little secluded. He tries very hard to keep this burden off of the other people he knows. It's not that he doesn't trust them - he's actually very trusting, bordering on naivety - but he doesn't want to bother people with his exhaustion or insecurities. He's very much a people-pleaser, and will do everything he can, be it saving Central City or helping old women cross the street, or meticulously cutting crusts off of every sandwich he makes for Pip, to make everyone's day a little sunnier. However, Clint is very distant when it comes to the dating scene, and has been out of the game for quite some time. He's studying Biomedical Science in college, has a bizarre fascination with mythology, and a love of spicy food. He doesn't really like sweets, but stomachs them for Pip if she asks him to. Basically lives off of coffee, practices awful dad jokes, and often replaces swear words with "kid-friendly" versions. Was an amateur vigilante before joining up with Team Flash and becoming a meta.

He is careless, snappy, and over protective of his sister, who was born to another man, and women, but his mother married Allison's father, making the two step siblings. He never robbed a store, but he's pick pocketed quite a few people. Basically lives off of coffee, practices awful dad jokes, and often replaces swear words with "kid-friendly" versions. Was an amateur vigilante before joining up with Team Flash and becoming a meta.

~~ { Tall, standing at a height of 5 foot 11, Dean has dark brown skin with a light caramelization to his complexion. Dean has dark brown curled hair, and dark blue eyes. He Is muscular and well built. He stands lean and slim, with little fat on his body. He has a five o'clock shadow, which is shaved into a goatee,and runs up his jaw line. His Blue eyes always hold an evil look to them. He is careless, snappy, and over protective of his sister, who was born to another man, and women, but his mother married Allison's father, making the two step siblings. He doesn't want anything to do with their parents, since they kicked them out once the two started college. With no money to pay off his tuition, Dean began stealing money from others. He never robbed a store, but he's pick pocketed quite a few people. Dean was in a plane with his sister, on his way back to Central City when the explosion changed his life, giving him the power to create weather changes/create the weather.
