Melissa held the bowling ball like how Derek showed her and studied his form when he rolled the ball. It seemed the same as to how most people did it, so it was safe to assume that that was how she was supposed to do it. It looked easy enough, but Melissa knew everything looked easier when you were just watching rather than actually doing the action. But as to what she's learned so far as to terms she made a mental note. Bumpers - keep the ball from going to the gutter Gutter - sides of the lane Strike - not the kind in baseball. When all ten pins are knocked down, best score apparently? She wished she could write this down but didn't want to look too devoted to something as simple as this. "Uh yeah sure, I can try..." she sounded hesitant, which she was. She would rather watch, but apparently after a strike your turn was over. "Can you show me how you did it?"

Derek smiled slightly at her confused expression. Watching her for a moment he nodded and came up to stand with her. He lead her up to the lane. "See this line. Don't cross it. A buzzing sound will go off and any pins you hit won't count." He gently pressed against her from behind and placed his hand behind her's. "Okay pull back, making sure you're still holding the ball, but then as you go forward make sure you let go and try to aim for the center of the lane so you can hit the pins." He moved her arm back and forth a few times. "Do you get the idea? He asked softly, watching her.

Melissa nodded slowly and bit her lip as she did so. It was more confusing than it looked. But if she can hit at least three pins she figured it would be fine. Hopefully. She was just afraid of embarrassing herself of Derek if she couldn't do any of it correctly. Melissa moved into the position Derek had gotten her into earlier and, after pulling her arm back and swinging it forward with what she assumed was enough force, watched with a nervous sort of look in her eyes as the ball rolled down the lane. She sighed with relief though she she hit about four, which was better than what she was expecting but didn't expect she'd get any better than that though considering she was starting at level 0. "Like that?" She turned her head to look at him.

Derek grinned as she hit four pins. He honestly wouldn't have cared if she had missed them altogether. Leaning in he kissed her softly. "Perfect." He chuckled and went back to the return, where the ball was brought back with machines. "Alright now you have to go again and see if you can hit more." He handed her her ball. "Do you want me to come with you, or do you want to try by yourself this time?"

Belle looked at him and stopped the ball. "Well that is no fun. You should come play with us more. Do you go to school?" She kicked the ball back to him as she asked the question.

Belle kicked the ball back to him. "Well my school just blew up, so they are gonna move us to the big school I think." She shrugged slightly. "Can I be your friend?" She asked shifting slightly turned her tow on the grass and put her hands behind her back as she looked up at him, trying to be cute.

Belle grinned happily and bounced a little in excitement. She happily kicked the ball back to him. "You're my only friend besides my brothers and sisters, but they don't really count. They have to like me."

Melissa smiled after Derek kissed her, blushing afterwards a little since he had never done that in public before. But she didn't mind much, it was just different. She took his hand and held it to her soft cheek as she murmured, "I'd rather have you help me if that's alright." She wanted to get more practice with him in rather than try on her own just yet. She's only ever heard of the word bowling, never actually seen the sport.

Belle kicked the ball back immediately while shrugging. "Yeah. I'm lucky."
Derek smiled and nodded, "Of course it is. Believe me I like holding you close while I help you." He happily went with her to finish her turn. This continued through the next three frames of the game. With each turn she got better. As the fifth frame started he remained back. "Alright. Try for yourself. And Mel. Don't be nervous. Its just a game." He reassured her happily

Melissa had felt pretty comfortable after a few rounds, but still, her score was pretty consistent: 3-7 pins. Which she didn't think was ad at all considering it was her first time. But of course, Derek had bested her. Though, that was to be expected. He had been playing far longer than she had. Melissa nodded to Derek when he reassured her and went back up to the line. She rolled the ball again and got within the same range as she had previous: 5 pins. Which was quite satisfying in her opinion. When she finished with that there was a big smile on her face as seen went back to Derek and wrapped her arms around him. "You're a very good teacher you know." Melissa told Derek as she looked up at him

Derek grinned and wrapped his arms around her as she came back to him. "You're a wonderful student." He kissed her, while picking her up and twirling her around playfully. He set her down gently after a few moments. "That was a good shot. You're doing far better than I ever did on my first few games and you've only played five rounds." he chuckled and pecked her lips playfully. "Go throw your second ball. We should keep the game going. I don't want to be late bringing you home."

Ayslin smiled as she put the last of the dishes away. "Darling. Do you want to go for a walked with me?" She asked softly as she leaned against the counter.

Melissa laughed as he picked her up, he was very strong, and she admired his strength. She let out a small shriek though as he picked her up since she wasn't expecting him too. But when he put her down, she wished he didn't. It was very entertaining actually. "Pressed herself against him to steady herself when she was on the ground again, a bit dizzy after being spun. "I'm sure if we played without the bumpers I would be pretty bad. So I cheated a little." She chuckled when she looked at him.

Derek chuckled as he leaned down and kissed her tenderly. His arms wrapped around her waist. "I'm sure you would do just fine Mel." He ran his thumb gently over her cheek and smiled at her. "You're so beautiful." He pressed his lips against her forehead. "Melissa can I call you mine?" He asked softly, while looking into her eyes.

Melissa thought he was just being polite by saying she would be fine without the bumpers, but thought better than to mention it. She wasn't sure how well that would go over with him. When he asked about calling her his, she smiled softly at him, her gaze was warm, "You don't have to ask, my answer would always be a yes."

Derek's smile spread into a grin as he kissed her happily. Playfully he picked her up and twirled her again, then time he didn't set her down but did stop spinning. "I hope to make you the happiest girl in the whole world, én kis nyárson a tűz." He kissed her again softly, still holding her.

Ayslin smiled and kissed his cheek, then walked with him outside. Holding his hand she pulled her coat closer. "its kinda chilly."

Melissa blushed the entire time Derek had held her, mainly because they were in public, but wasn't about to stop him either. That would surely disappoint him, and she didn't like to see him upset. However, the longer he held her, the more she missed the ground. It was so odd to not feel it below her feet but instead of telling him directly she pulled away from his kiss slowly and smiled as she whispered to him, "You want to get me home on time don't you?" She chuckled.

Derek chuckled. "Sorry I got distracted." He set her down gently "Alright go throw your ball." He smiled and walked over to the score sheet while waiting for her to throw her second ball so he could through his. He was definitely winning, but he had also been playing for a few years.

"will do." She smiled before going back to the line with a bowling ball in hand and rolled it once more. This time though, she didn't do so great. Probably because of how dizzy she felt after being spun everywhere. She only hit two, but it was fine. Melissa was too happy about officially being Derek's girlfriend to really even think about the game. She went back to him and patted his butt lightly as she stopped to stand beside him and look at the score card. Yeah, he won by a landslide.

Derek quirked an eyebrow at her as she patted his behind. Chuckling he went to grab his ball. He threw it down the lane with ease getting 7 pins with the first shot. Looking back at her he winked slightly. "So since I'm going to win. Does that mean I get to pick a prize?" He grabbed the ball as it was brought back. "Like maybe a second date? If I'm really lucky?"

Melissa rolled her eyes at his suggestion of him getting a prize. He should get bragging rights, but she figured a second date or something would be more fun. "Sure, when you win you can get a prize." Whether or not he decided on a second date or not for his prize was a mystery, and one she wanted to find out sooner rather than later as she had always been the curious sort.
