Vandersborro
History
The small town of Vandersborro was founded in April of 1857 by Amelia and Joseph Vanders. Originally it was just a small clearing surrounded by trees. The Vanders where supported by three other families; the Buchanans, the Wilders, and the O'Conners. These are the town's founding families. They built everything from the ground up. It took them over 5 years, nearly 6 years, to complete the town. They arrived in November of 1851. Their first task was to clear enough space for them all to live, so many trees were chopped down and used to build small cabins for the families. They were only temporary homes until they could clear enough of the area to make an actual town.
What Has Happened Since Their Return
The pack has banded back together, filled with mostly newcomers. Lucas, the son of the original descendants of the town, Peter and his mate Selene. Many believe the Alpha pair had been killed when the pack was attacked many years ago. It was not until more recently that they found that was not the case. However, that is not where we are going to start this story. There is far too much that happened before it.
Seven years ago Ayslin-Jade and Lucas returned to Vandersborro, after nearly six years living in Scotland with their Aunt and Uncle, who had branched off many years before that and formed a new pack in Europe. Lucas and Ayslin were raised their until they turned 17 and were sent back to America to reform their former pack. The Pack Doctor, Henry Sr was still around with his son Henry Jr. Amethyst and her son Fenrir were still around as well, but they were the only ones who still remained from their former pack. Fenrir turned out to be Ayslin and Lucas's half brother, but they did not find out until many years later.
After the initial reforming of the pack many wolves came and left from the pack. However, the pack did grow quickly in size it's first few years. There was little struggle finding wolves, but keeping them seemed to be the packs problem. After a short while members would just leave, without so much as a reason why. However, when the Aysil brothers came into town they started the trend of sticking around. Wind fell in love with Ayslin, keeping her from being sent back to Scotland in an arranged marriage. Wind and Jay were the first to stick around permanently. Ayslin may have been the main cause, but soon others followed suit and it was not all because they were in love with the female Alpha.
The first real problem did not occur for the first year within the pack. Rogues began turning up in the territory and stirring up trouble. No one was hurt, but they could not understand why they came and left without causing trouble. So patrols doubled and rogues were chased and kept out of the territory. After a few months the rogues stopped. No one was sure why it had even been happening. There was some fighting and Ayslin and Lucas both were hurt protecting the other members of the pack. A few warriors were hurt as well, but no one died. They all assumed that once the Alpha twins were taken down there would have been another attack, but there was not. It all stopped. There was no fighting and no rogues after that.
Once more everything was calm, for nearly five years, then the hunters came. Ayslin and Wind were attacked while visiting her parents abandoned cabin. It had been sudden and Ayslin had ordered Wind back to the pack house to warn the others of the attack. During the attack she had been taken along with another member of the pack. With the disappearance of the Alpha's twin, the Beta female, a panic was stirred. The pack tried to hunt them down to find where Ayslin and the pack member had been taken. They were missing for two months before being rescued and brought back home. For a while Ayslin was quiet, shaken by the experience. She had never been kidnapped before. This put a bit of a problem between her and her mate, Wind. She was distant and quiet for weeks. By that point they had four children and Lucas had two. His second mate had died, just like the mate before her. The entire pack was in this funk and slow to do much of anything. It seemed the pack was falling apart after all of the attacks. Pack mates had left, abandoning the pack in fear of their own safety. A few months after the hunters attack everything began to go back to normal and the pack began to grow once again. A new Luna was found, Kyah, along with her sister Gemini. The two of them formed a business together and brought more money and connections to the pack.
It seemed as if the pack was going to be happy now. That changed quickly when the rogues returned and all of the females were taken from the pack house. The Alpha and Luna had been away at an important conference. As it turns out, the rogues were not working alone. Ayslin was taken, along with Gemini, the Luna's sister, as well as four other females. After a week of imprisonment Ayslin was taken to the leaders of the kidnapping and agreed to do their bidding in exchange for the other females freedom. As it were the leaders of the whole thing were her parents, Selene and Peter Vanders. It was a shock to her and everyone else, because they were both supposed to be dead. The kidnapping caused a war between the pack and the band of rogues. If it had not been for the bombs the pack surely would have lost because they were outnumbered 3:1. Little did they know Ayslin was strapped up inside the building and being tortured, to the point it nearly killed her unborn children. Then they forced her into labor, to have the children, even though it was far too early for them to even survive. If it had not been for Henry Sr and Henry Jr the triplets surely would have died. There had been casualties among the pack, but they were fortunate that it was not many. Lucas and Wind killed Selene and Peter for what they did to Ayslin, Gemini, and the other females. They made sure they died this time.
Not even a year has passed since then and just as things were going back to normal someone began attacking the pack once more. Air filters were slipped into the children's playroom. That does not sound dangerous, but they were filled with Woflsbane. Due to being so close, and around them the longest, Daniel was the first to get sick and the one to stay sick the longest. His fever got so high he lost his eyesight and still remains blind to this day. The other pups in the pack house were sick as well, but not nearly as severe. After the first attack there was not another for several months. This attack was more physical. They blew up the preschool, where a few of the pups went. Ayslin was almost a casualty, along with her mate Wind. Luckily no pups, or human children were harmed. There was only one death, friend of the pack and fellow werewolf, who taught the children at school. If Wind had not gone in after the explosion, searching for his mate she would have died as well. She was unconscious in the hospital for days. Unknowingly she was pregnant, expecting their eighth child. She nearly lost the baby because of the attack. There were many other pregnancies announced during this time. Arianna, Amethyst, Lilly, Kyah, and Ayslin were all pregnant, each only varying by a few weeks.
After this attack things went quiet again, the pack was unsure if the two attacks were even related. It was not until the third attack that the connections were all drawn together. Cookies backed with Wolfsbane were brought into a Christmas party at the elementary school. Emma, the Alpha's daughter, was poisoned by the cookies, and was the only one, because she was the only wolf pup in the class. The Wolfsbane would not affect the other children because they were human. No one realized she had been poisoned for two days. They believed she had caught the flu from her brother, Sebastian, who had been sick a few days prior, but as Sebastian got better and she did not they knew something was wrong. The Pack Doctor, Henry Sr, was called and checked her out. She was given and antidote immediately, but she was still quite weak from it. It is still unknown who is attacking the pack, but they figured out who the outsiders were targeting. The pups.
Two Years Later
The attacks stopped suddenly, as if someone or something had taken the threat out, without knowledge to the pack. It has been two years since anything has happened, everyone has finally fallen back into their safety nets as Christmas rounds the corner yet again. Something new and strange has surfaced. The pups are growing powers, a very rare thing. The pack had only seen it once before with Ayslin.

Territory
Vandersborro is a small town in the North West of Alaska that has everything you could ever need, including a park. This is where most of the humans live. The town is surrounded by a thick forest with many rivers, streams, and mountains. The pack lives in the Vander's Manor deep in the woods with a single road that goes to Vandersborro.
The town is surrounded by forestry, so the wolves have room to run. The trees vary from the Black Spruce, the Black Cottonwood, the Paper Birch, the Quaking Aspen, the White Spruce, the Sitka Spruce, the White Spruce, the Alder, to the Balsam Poplar. The Vanders Mansion is deep into the forest, surrounded by beautiful White Spruce trees and Paper Birch trees. They only have one road to access it. People normally don't come up there.
There is a mini mall complex in the center of town, most of the shops and stores are a part of the complex. There is a small clinic on the far side of town, connected to a large brick house. The O'Connors clinic is the home of the Pack Doctor.

No, unless they are mated to one.
What is the twin mind link?
After the age of 8 twin werewolves are able to speak through their minds to each other, much like the mate link.
What is the mate link?
When two werewolves mate they mark each other with a bite, leaving a black tattoo in its place. After the bond is completed they can speak to each other through a mind link.
Is there a pack link?
No, there are only individual links between twins and mates.
How do you turn a human?
Sharing blood. The human must ingest werewolf blood and the werewolf must ingest the humans, then the human's neck is snapped and after 24 hours the human will wake up a werewolf, or if they are not strong enough they die. This is a very painful transition for the human.
How old are wolves on their first shift?
They must be 14 years old. Even if they are turned at a young age.
How long is a were wolf pregnancy?
Around 3 to 4 months. One month is added for every extra child after 2.
What are the rouges relationship to the pack?
The rouges are just like lone wolves for right now. Some are friendly and some aren't.
What is a heat?
A heat only happens in a female werewolf. Her entire body starts burning on the inside as a fever takes over her body. It is the werewolf anatomy forcing females to mate to continue to bloodlines. It lasts for 4 days or until a female becomes pregnant, whichever comes first. Every day is worse than the one before. Mating takes away the pain for a few hours, but not permanently. It is excruciating for unmated females, since they have no mate to stop the pain.
