some stuff 'bout me as a roleplayer:
- for these plots in particular, when i say advanced, i mean a good solid chunk of writing. like, good writing. with a solid grasp of mechanics and character. here's an example:
and yeah! if i sound like a relatively good fit for you check out the plots down below!
~ who the [bleep] killed me

~ when the princess is a BRAT
This one actually asks for each of us to play two characters. Muse A is a magic-user who's been ordered by the king to go escort the princess, Muse B, from her tower now that the evil that had threatened her has now been defeated. Muse A2 is the dragonshifter who protects the princess at all costs; Muse B2 is the shapeshifter Muse A had encountered on their way to the Muse B's tower. Unfortunately they quickly discover that remnants of the evil still remain, and wait for their arrival on the beaten path back to the castle...
IMPORTANT: let me know if you want/are expecting a romance to blossom, or if you want to keep things platonic. you can take either Muse A or Muse B, just let me know which one of which plot! after answering those two questions, please give me an example of your rping. you can literally copy and paste off of an old post, im just usually curious about a new partner's writing style before we start.
then i'll set up a thread in the main forums and we can start! you can ask questions about the plot if you want at first and stuff ^.^ just be sure to like my posts so that i can get back to you quickly.
and that's that! welcome!

- for these plots in particular, when i say advanced, i mean a good solid chunk of writing. like, good writing. with a solid grasp of mechanics and character. here's an example:
- Leaf decided that she liked this new cat. Reassuring. Kind. Knowledgeable. Looking as if they might literally break her fall if something were to happen. Which would suck if it did.
Leaf looked over nervously at the tree the other cat pointed out, gauging the distance. Well, she was relatively comfortable with jumping. Far more than climbing down, that is. "O-okay," she breathed, picking up the messy squirrel, then paused. Maybe she should drop the squirrel so that she wouldn't have to worry about that. Yeah. That's a good idea. "Um, incoming!" she meowed around the squirrel, carefully dropping it away from the cats. Gah, they were staring at her. Her pelt flushed.
Right, jumping. She could do that. She focused on the branch just a little aways and crouched, summoning energy into her legs, before leaping off and grabbing onto the other branch. Leaf scrabbled frantically, her heart pounding a million miles per second as her hind legs clawed at thin air, before her back leg snagged onto the branch and, with a long inhale, allowed her to haul herself up. Right. Not freaking out, she thought weakly, trying not to imagine herself plummeting to certain doom.
Then... climbing down. Her gut twisted as she inched towards the trunk. She wanted to hesitate, at least long enough to gather up some courage, but the intent gaze of the other cats pushed her to reach out with a back leg, digging her claws into the bark. Ugh, she could hear her heartbeat roaring in her ears, but she can't look scared, not in front of strangers, her pride won't let her. Another back leg. She's clinging desperately to the trunk by her claws.
"This is fine," she told the tree. She can't see where she's going, and if she looks down she swears she's going to throw up. "Nothing to be scared of, just, you know, falling to certain death. Smash. Crack. Death. Boom. Everything's fine." Muttering to herself allowed her to inch down paw by paw, at first not letting herself look down, but then curiosity got the better of her and she glanced hurriedly to see how far she's gotten. Her muscles are quaking, threatening to give out, so upon seeing that the ground was a mere mouse-length away she let herself drop to the ground with a gasp. Safe! She wanted to cry and nuzzle the ground, but. The other cats were still there.
"T-thank you," she stammered, rising on shaking limbs. "Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you -" As the flurry of gratitudes flooded from her mouth, she felt ridiculously dizzy and stumbled, her vision tunneling. Her stomach decided that it was an excellent time to remind her that, yeah, maybe she should eat something. But not yet.
"You helped me," she blurted out the obvious. W-wow. Stunning. Eloquent. Amazing. So impressive, she told herself dryly. "I - how can I repay you?"
i don't want to state a specific word count, but sort of like this - several paragraphs of 3-4 lines (fewer or more depending on the paragraph). naturally shorter replies may be natural or necessary, so no worries about sticking to a certain length! what I'm mainly looking for is solid substance and content that I can work off of - sometimes the more info the better (which is not necessarily more words.) Think history, think character emotion, character thought, character interaction. i enjoy a little experimentation here and there as well.
- i am a character nut. for me characters are everything - you can have the most boring, cliche premise ever, but if the characters are fun and interesting, they will take that premise to new heights. that's why it's a MUST for me that the characters im playing off of are interesting. i've seen a lot of generically nice charries with pretty ordinary thoughts and reactions. don't be afraid of big personalities!
- i am also pretty casual - as you can tell by my OOC talk. im a pretty chill person and would totally understand stuff like if you need to duck out for a week or so or something like that.
- i try to reply in a day, at the latest, but sometimes life happens or the muse runs away, so then maybe a couple of days or so. i do try to give a head's up if im going to be gone for a while. to be honest, sometimes i do disappear without warning and come back, like, a year later. nothing personal, trust me, it's probably just me realizing i bite off too much i can chew and took a long break.
- all of my characters are LGBTQ+! and, to be honest, i will stray away from cis mxf romances because i am disillusioned with straight romance stories. lgbtq romance tho? sign me up!
- i am open to 18+ themes and stories, though i won't dive too deep into the rabbit hole.
- some of my characters like to curse. a lot. let me know if that's an issue even if it's starred out or [bleep]ed!
and yeah! if i sound like a relatively good fit for you check out the plots down below!
