Hello there young trainer, welcome to the world of Pokemon. First lets start by getting to know you. Are you a boy? or a girl? There, now that we have that settled let me tell you a little but about myself. My name is Professor Rowan and I'm the resident professor here in the Sinnoh region. Are you ready to receive your first Pokemon? Very good, now you have the choice here between Piplup, Turtwig, and Chimchar. After you make your selection you'll be ready to start your Pokemon journey. On your journey you could choose to become a trainer or a coordinator, its all up to you. If you're a coordinator you can battle compete in contests throughout the Sinnoh region and hopefully make it to the Grand Festival. As a trainer you'll battle your way through Pokemon gyms. Then you can move on to challenge the Elite Four, and who knows, maybe one day you'll face the champion as well. Good luck ♪ It's all about the challenges. It's a brand new game and a brand new world. ♪
Also, here are some things you should know about the Sinnoh Region
Info about this rp This is a free-roaming roleplay that takes place in the Sinnoh region. You can either choose to make your characters trainers or coordinators, or both if they're rebellious. Also, any type of pokemon from all different regions can be found here in this rp. Gym leaders will always be open to battle when online unless another battle with that gym leader is already taking place. Minor/major plots might take place at certain times, so feel free to throw ideas out there! You can start your trainer at any point in time in their journey, expect for something like "Joe has already beat all of Sinnoh and every other league out there in the Pokemon world." Have fun, and if this roleplay still interests you, join away! c:

Inside rp rules Gym Leader Rules:Battles against Gym Leaders will be 3v3. Even though in their descriptions they have more than three Pokemon, you won't know which three they will pick to use until the actual moment you're battling them in roleplay. If you lose, you will have to wait an hour's time in real life before you rechallenge the gym leader. Don't worry, you an only lose once. If you win, you will get the respective badge from that gym and move on to the next gym/the Pokemon League. Once you have beaten all eight gyms, before your trainer heads to the Victory Road, they will be given a choice of one Mega Stone they can pick use in their final challenge.
Elite Four/Champion Rules: Both Elite Four battles and Champion battles will be 6v6. You cannot not exist the Elite Four once you enter, so make sure to stock up on lots of Full Restores and Revives. If you lose against any of the Elite Four or the Champion, you will have to restart your challenge again once an hour's time in real life has passed, given the roleplayers are online. However, things are slightier easier here. Let's say you beat the first three E4s, but lose against the fourth. When you come back to challenge again, you don't have to worry about losing to those first three members, even though you still have to roleplay the battle over again. Depending on how well you do, you may end up losing against the Elite Four or Champion more than once, but don't give up! We don't want to make it too hard on you that you're not having fun rping anymore c:
Contest Rules:
Every coordinator will automatically have four Ribbons upon entering their journey in Sinnoh. This is because it would take way too long for every single coordinator to get five Ribbons since only one person can win each contest. Every Contest, including the Grand Festival, can have a minimum of eight entries. If we have an odd number or anything less than that, we will have to wait until someone else comes along. If your coordinator wins the first contest, they will not enter another contest until the Grand Festival. Locations of the next contest will be posted on the front page and will not start until eight people have signed up for it. One of the makers of this roleplay will be the judge of each battle, unless of course they are apart of that battle.

Where there is light, a shadow will always trail behind nearby. Team Galactic may be over, but there’s a new malice rising in the Sinnoh Region. This time, they’re known as the THIEVES. The THIEVES are people who are incredibly mysterious and quiet; even the best investigators of the region have a hard time gaining any information about this mystifying group, since they are mainly kept quiet by the ribbons around their neck. Yes, ribbons. A distinguishable feature about this group is that each and every THIEVE member has a ribbon around their neck which contains a chip that will record everything they say or hear from someone else. One step out of line for them, one mistake of their word choice, and they will be tracked down by the other members and brought back to the THIEVE headquarter where they will never be allowed to leave. Or even worse, be killed. The THIEVES’ leader is the main question for most people who even know that this group exists. The leaders’ face has never been revealed, and he or she seems to be a cautious person who only gathers reliable trainers using every twisted way possible - such as keeping them in her/his debt, etc. Even some of the gym leaders are rumoured to be a part of the THIEVES. As the seconds tick by, doubting and regret continues to pile higher and higher. With their goals unclear and their dominance over stronger trainers rapidly rising, what will happen to the Sinnoh Region?
