Last night, the town slept a little easier knowing that they had successfully killed another member of the mafia. Still, their hearts were heavy. They were certain they would wake up to find another corpse in the town square... and they were right!
No death note, no last will, none of that could be found in Silverlynxx's belongings. A quick autopsy revealed they were shot point-blank by a Vigilante. Thankfully, for both the town and the vigilante that had made the shot, Silver was the Consigliere.
Besides Silver, it seems no one was killed by the mafia last night.
48 hours remain in Day 5
It will end on 8/15/2017 at 9 PM CST or unless a majority vote is reached. With 9 people alive, that means 5 votes.

After a bit of interrogating amongst themselves, the town finally made a decision... and with that, the executioner led Mia to the center of the town square. No matter what he said in his defense, it seemed the townspeople could only agree that he was the most suspicious person alive. As he accepted his impending death, Mia simply sighed and stared at up at the sky. witch hazel... Dandy... and Silverlynxx... he would be joining them all soon. "At least I was the mafia god, that was pretty cool," he said as the executioner unleashed a giant boulder that crushed him to death. Mia was the Godfather. And that's game! We found a last will in his belongings: Game over, the Town wins! |

We won't be hosting Round 3 immediately unlike last round! For updates on when we'll host the next game and the role list, feel free to ask me for the link to a Discord we are now using to set up Town of Salem games (the online game that inspired the role list)! Or just if you want to play ToS with us. xD

We've decided to do games on a monthly (or at least semi-monthly basis, depending on how busy the players are!) basis! The Discord will be reused each month.
I'll be making a new thread soon for the September game, and recycling it every month afterwards so I don't need to make more threads lol. But, if people wanted an idea of what themes we'll be doing for these games, here are our preliminary ideas so hopefully they'll spark some interest!
(Also role lists have been created with 10 or 15 players in mind.)
September: "Town of Salem" theme - no citizens, everyone gets a role and a night action! Amidst the chaos, will the mafia, town, or serial killer pull through? (including Forum Mafia exclusive roles - Agent, Mercenary, and possibly Marshal if I ever finish that role card)
(The Jailor or Retributionist roles will be tested here.)
October: "Halloween" theme of course. It'll be a town vs. mafia. vs. vampire vs. werewolf game with a witch lurking around, and Van Helsing a vampire hunter too! Which side will pull through?
November: "Double Kill" theme. Classic town vs. mafia vs. serial killer game, but this time the mafia comes with a second killer... the Ambusher! Each time the ambusher kills, however, any players that visit the ambusher's target will see their name. With great power comes a lot of risk, apparently.
December: Possibly no game due to finals and winter break.
January: "Warrior Cats" theme. Did you guys know that the first Warriors book was released in January? According to @capriccio anyways? Well, neither did we. This time, we'll be doing a classic Town vs. Mafia vs. Serial Killer game... but the roles will use Warrior terminology instead (and all players should 100% change their name to a warrior name), so it'll actually be The Clan vs. The Dark Forest vs. Rogue.
February: "Lover's" theme. Half of the players + 1 will get a lover that they can win with no matter their role! Yes, Town, you can win with Mafia if you have a Mafia lover. Only downside... if they die, you die of a broken heart.
March: "VIP" theme? (tentative) One player of the town will be selected as the VIP and all of the town will be notified. The town must protect the VIP, no matter the cost. A game full of Town Protectives (and maybe one or two Town Investigatives), the only way the Mafia can win is by killing the VIP. Or just getting voting majority like most games but PFFT, KILLING THE VIP IS MORE FUN!
April: "April Fool's" theme where we're going to be using all new joke roles made by the players. Some of them may be offensive. But yolo.
May: "Amnesiac's Revenge" theme? (tentative) A classic Town vs. Mafia. vs. Serial Killer game, but this time with a bit less Town and a bit less Mafia in favor of... 5 Amnesiacs. It's pretty much up to the 5 Amnes how they want this game to go. Do they want to all join the Mafia asap? The Town? Or... will all 5 become Serial Killers once the Serial Killer is downed?
(Of course, there will be less amnesiacs if we don't get 15 players.)
(and yeah I'm only putting this here to keep track of our ideas, don't judge me)
