Talked it over with the players from last round and my co-host - we'll be starting on Monday around 8-9 PM CST! Again, all time stamps will be in CST. I think our max will be 20 players (right now we're at 15). At that point, any future joiners will only be substitutes. At the moment we don't have any substitutes, so if someone needs to sub out then the game will have to be paused until we find a new one. Also, I'm not going to enforce this overly because I think it'd be rude but please don't post if you are only going to say you're not playing. It just helps make it easier for me to figure out who is playing when I go through the topic and update the player list.  Thanks! I had to recount 3 times yesterday when I said we had 12 players, so yeah it makes it easier on me lol. |

The townspeople regarded each other with suspicious stares, not daring to lynch anyone just yet. Some of them had their suspicions, but they kept it to themselves for now. It could wait. Instead, the day was filled with tense conversation (mostly memes) as if they were trying to cover up their own uncertainty about the dire situation they found themselves in. Still, underneath all those friendly facades, brains were clicking away and thinking while the mafia did their best to fit in until the time was right.
Finally, the sun set and they retreated to their homes, fearing what they would wake to tomorrow morning...

Today, the townspeople nearly cried out in horror as they came to the town square and saw, to their surprise, not one but two dead bodies near each other. The first was Capri, decked out in protective gear and clutching a gun in her hand even in death. An autopsy revealed that alongside her other sustained wounds, she had been killed by a quill pen to the head. That's... kind of pathetic, but okay. She was a Bodyguard. We found a last will next to her body: Capri - BG at your service.Viva la town! If i die guarding someone to mafia, GO ME! That also means they're town. You can trust them. If I died by mafia, then darn. N1: Guarding Kiwi Cheesecake because she seemed smart last game. I feel like this is too obvious but OH WELLTown Protective (Doctor or Bodyguard) - Capri, BodyguardTown Killing (Vigilante or Veteran) - ? Town Investigative (Sheriff or Lookout) - ? Also wary of Dandy. Why remind us D1 what happened last game when we are /no voting? There are 11 town, we can easily afford a mislynch. She was like this last game after Vixen's mislynch and ended up Doc, but keep an eye on her please. Final message: Check Witch Hazel. Check Dandy. I'm not sure about Frosty either. Sorry hosts I have a lot of thoughts <3" Next to her was poor witch hazel, clearly having sustained a few bullet wounds. Thankfully for the town, it seemed the bodyguard's suspicions had been proven correct for she was the Mafioso. The town mourned as they began to get ready for the day, although mostly for the bodyguard. The mafioso wouldn't be missed except by the remaining 3 mafia members... We found a last will next to her body:

The town was off to a fantastic start! Their Bodyguard was down, but at least she had gone down fighting and taken the Mafioso with her. The day was very quiet, as people whispered back and forth to someone they knew they could trust. Even as a few accusations clung in the air, some from those still alive and some from the deceased Bodyguard, the town's meeting adjourned early as they felt it was too early to be accusing each other of treason. Perhaps the town was a bit too complacent. As they retreated to their homes, they prepared for the worst as the mafia operated well in the shadows that night provided. What would they wake up to next, they wondered? 24 hours remain in Night 2

Today, the town knew before reaching the town square what had transpired the previous night. In fact, as they all gathered for the day's events, most of them were on their phone watching a video that had somehow gone viral in just a night. In it, a mafia member was filming Shortstop the Citizen as they jumped off a tall building straight into a kiddy pool. Even from just the video, people could hear the splat of the impact that meant Shortstop was unfortunately... dead. An interesting way to go though, we'll give them props for that. Now, they glared at each other suspiciously. One of the townspeople gathered today... had killed Shortstop. Well, sort of. If you can count that as murder. Either way, the town would make sure they paid for their misdeeds! A last will was found in Short's belongings: First of all: I told you so. Secondly, I'm only a citizen, so take all my suspicions with a grain of salt. But in case you were wondering, here's everything. Day One. Kiwi's confirmed as a citizen, so me and a lot of people whispered to her our roles. I also sent a second whisper to her checking up on Frosty, because she's still suspicious to me, because she stalled for time when we asked her to whisper kiwi, she then threw the blame onto silverlynxx, although she later said that silverlynxx kind of joked with her about the pls kill bot. However, she was really quick to assume that silver was the godfather. Even if she thought silver was mafia, why make the jump to Godfather when Silver, if she was mafia, could be almost anything other than Mafioso? In addition, she keeps saying things like 'you guys will facepalm so hard if i die' and seems just a tad on edge, and keeps saying she's going to die because silver's going to target her specifically, even though we all sent in our roles to kiwi. I don't buy it. Everyone else seems to be less suspicious now that she's roleclaimed, but that seems like she just stalled for time. My advice? Don't trust Frosty. Don't trust Dandy, either. Capri's instincts were right twice, so I'm going to trust her on this one. My final guess would be Peridot. Don't lynch Juniper and Sparkly, as they haven't checked in all game so they probably don't have power roles. Good luck town, you better win this one! Also, to the town power roles- If I die Night 2, it's because they're going after players who make big steps. In addition, I'm the only one going after Frosty, which makes it almost solid proof for me. They're aiming for smart players, since they tried to take out Kiwi first night. Protect the players who are making big moves and aren't shy about who they suspect. It's the only way to get anything done.

Juniper was surprised as they were pushed forward onto the executioner's stand. And all because... what, they had accused someone randomly?
"Umm... I've been away for the past two days on vacation," they pointed out matter-of-factly, "how would I know Kiwi was confirmed?"
Of course, their defense was only met with cries of "Liar" from the disbelieving crowd, and the executioner simply shook their head.
"Sorry about this," they said as the muzzle of a gun met Juniper's forehead. "Orders are orders."
And that was the end of that.
Sadly for the town, Juniper Bush was just a citizen. Or not so sadly, as Kiwi could piece together more with them gone...

The townspeople spent another uneasy night fearing the threat of the mafia, having mislynched one of their own citizens the previous day, and one of their own was sure to fall today unless a miracle happened. With dread heavy in their hearts, they gathered in the town square this morning only to see... blissful nothingness. "How is this possible?" They asked themselves, confusion overtaking their faces.
Indeed, to the surprise of those gathered, it seems no one died last night.

Accusations and conspiracy theories were being flung about as people whispered constantly back and forth. The dead ghosts of the town were on the edge of their seats the entire day, waiting to see what would happen. At first, the day was off to a very slow start as the townspeople could simply not agree on what to do and who the mafia were! Finally, though, they decided to respect the wishes of the dead even as Dandy did her best to defend herself. She didn't understand how or why suspicion was suddenly on her, as she had been very busy the last few days running errands for her family! But, still, she was dragged to the executioner's stand. "At least now I can live up to my name and actually be a very deceased cinnamon roll," she lamented as she drew her last breaths. AND A CHEER AROSE FROM THE DEAD TOWNIES as they finally rejoiced. After having their suspicions ignored for so long, the town had finally acted on them! (yes I promised I would mention them if Dandy ever died) Thankfully for the town, Dandy was the Consort. We found a last will in her belongings: "Well shoot it looks like you guys found me out. Well done. Turns out the cinnamon roll was evil all along, WHAT A TWIST. Good luck with the rest of the game, and try to survive, even the citizens, despite the fact I was trying to kill you all the entire time I wish the best for all of you. Remember me when I was innocent! Explodes into space dust."
