I start the day after Labor Day and I'm part time at a community college. I don't really have a major but this coming semester I'm signing up for interpersonal & small group communications and Spanish. (I've never taken Spanish before but I know a lot of Spanish songs which kinda made me want to) I guess I'm excited but glad there's still a month of summer.

I start on Sept. 6th. I'm going into my 4th/final year of my undergrad. My major is bio, and I'm also finishing off a minor in French this year! I'm definitely excited to go back, I'm also looking forward to getting to hang out with my theatre buddies, my new roommate, and hopefully meet some new people as well. Ooh, and also to actually get to live in my new apartment!
My schedule for the fall looks like: -Human Physiology -Neurophysiology -The Romantic Period (a French lit course) -The Naturalist Period (also a French lit course) -Advanced Written French/Grammar

I'm homeschooled, but I'm starting a few classes (mainly acting, drawing, writing, and science) at this academy in about 4 weeks, I think. But you only go to this once a week so the homework is hella long.

I start the 21st and I'm going back to public school after several years of private and homeschooling this year so I'm a little terrified but it's a great school from just about everything I've heard so hopefully things work out anyway

I'm going back in early October, to my second year at uni studying history. I'm kind of nervous but also excited because I enjoy being busy with work and I like the uni library a lot!
The draft timetable is kind of a pain in terms of the commute, but the modules I've picked look really interesting! These are the ones I'm taking:
First semester: •Modern Germany 1870-1945 •The Fall of Imperial Russia •One about the Duke of Wellington and the Napoleonic Wars
Second semester: •Cleopatra's Egypt •Group project - I don't know what the topic options for this are yet, but the tutor for the Roman module I did last year was really good so I hope he's teaching a group project topic this year
It's going to be much better this year not having to do any compulsory modules, because some of the lectures for those were utterly stultifying.

It starts in like, 17 days I think so.......good luck to me, right? ive heard differing opinions on which year is important. sure freshman year is important but in the sense that you learn the ins and outs of high school, and allows you to get comfortable (just kidding, high school is never comfortable /s) with the system. plus you still have three years after freshman year to do things. but honestly, good luck! like always, youll be loaded with papers and testing at first, before you get into the real nitty gritty.
