As you wander down the bright, close-knit community located on Old Oak Avenue, you can't help but admire the intricate and quaint little houses found on either sides of the street. One house catches your eye. It is a two-story Victorian house in a light grey color, accented with dark grey trim and roof. What really intrigues you are the white columns that line the front porch, each one carved with beautiful designs. A grey mailbox is imprinted with the words "Colliebiscuit & Labradorfetch's Home" in silver lettering. Underneath this reads "Old Oak Avenue #10". You push open the gate of the wrought iron fence and pad down the cobblestone pathway, admiring the gardens of colorful flowers that lie on either side. You walk up the steps and ring the doorbell.
F I R S T F L O O R
The first floor of the home has a long hallway complete with coat closet. There are three doorways branching off the hall. The only door on the right leads to a small guest bedroom with a closet. The first doorway on the left leads to a small guest bath. The last doorway on the left leads to the living room. A wooden staircase is found just after the guest bedroom on the right, leading to the second floor. Going through the living room, you will come across a kitchen with dark wooden cabinets that is connected to a dining room. A door leads to the basement from the kitchen and a sliding glass door leads outside from the dining room.
