woops, nevERmind my idea is bad then it was basically that except probably because prey was getting really scarce even in seasons when it should be at least a little abundant, or enough, so they could've decided to cross over there. or send a few cats over to figure whether it was inhabitable. idek lmao

Iyica shrugged in response, casting her head towards to hide the excitement surely shining through her eyes. “Hunting?” She echoed back softly, turning her head back up. To her surprise, the tom had already started off in the other direction. Iyica frowned in disappointment, but scurried forward to catch up. “I-I’ll go hunting with you, sure.” The she-cat paused for a moment, choosing her words carefully. “I guess it would be nice to talk to someone my age.”
(Aha, whoops. Not a bad idea though, lol. At least now I know someone else thought of the idea!
And thanks! I’m really nervous, but in truth it isn’t that bad. In late June we found out that I have scoliosis (which from looking at it, it seems more like kyphosis? I guess I'll find out more tomorrow), and I’m going to a specialist to learn more. Worst case scenario for me is that I have to wear a brace almost everyday.)
