-Tribe of Crystal Skies-
You swiftly skirt around the edge of a small puddle, sending a burst of dirt into the water. But this isn’t what you are focused on, your eyes locked onto the animal just a few bounds away. Prey. You are oblivious to anything other than your prey as you leap into the air, and to your surprise you are knocked aside by another cat.
Letting out a startled yowl, you roll to the ground with a soft thump. Anger sparks within, quickly coming to the realization that your next meal had vanished, startled by the sudden flurry of movement. “What was that for?” You demand, finally meeting eyes with the opposing cat as you get to your paws.
The unknown figure rolls their eyes in annoyance. “That was me protecting my Tribe’s prey. You would be surprised, really, by the amount of strays picking off on our prey.”
You blink, clearly confused. “Tribe? What sort of crazy group is that?”
The cat sighs, flicking her tail. “It’s a group of cats, who at the end of the day, is willing to take in cats like you. Mostly so you don’t catch our prey… but that isn’t exactly all.” The so called “tribe” cat pauses, glancing behind her. “If you want, I’ll show you.”

-Rules-
1. Follow all WCRPF rules. 2. Be as active as you can. I understand life gets in the way, but please roleplay whenever you get the chance. Notify me if you know you are going to be absent, and you’ll be excused. Two weeks without roleplaying will get your character deleted. 3. This is a semi-literate roleplay. I’m not asking for novels but please use correct grammar, no one liners, etc. Dnt tlk lik dis 4. Please make your characters realistic. Of course, nothing in this fandom is really “realistic”, but no pink/green fur and names like “Rubyblade” and “Shiningdiamond”. I’m not going to be so strict on eye color, but no pink, purple, red, etc. 5. There is no character limit here, but don't make more characters then you can handle. 6. Don't join as a queen/abandoned kit. Also, try to keep the tom/she-cat ratio even! 7. No spamming and/advertising here. 8. No spotlighting, powerplaying, mary-sues, or anything else of this kind. I will not hesitate to call you out on these things. 9. This tribe accepts LGBT+. You will be reported if you make negative comments on this topic. 10. Don’t make this more stressful than it needs to be. At least try to be kind and respectful, don’t make drama. 11. Keeps things at least PG-13! No unnecessary gore, no sexual scenes, no apprentice queens, etc.

-The World-
On the planet the tribe inhabits, Rhivyn, there’s vast differences when compared to the home we know, Earth. The first difference is the crisp, crystalline look that everything on this planet has. Though everything has a similar appearance to glass, don’t the fact fool you. Even if everything from feathers to plant life glint in the sun, objects still have their respective properties. Grass will still bend under the wind, feathers still guide flight, and fur is still soft to the touch.
Along with this, the sky is vastly different. Instead of the light tones of blue, Rhivyn’s sky seemingly stays in a permanent sunset during the day. It’s painted with shades of pink, purple, orange, red, you name the color! However night still comes, a wash of dark blue blocking out the lighter tones.
This world has many different geographical regions, varying from forests and jungles, to mountains and deserts. There’s four continents on Rhivyn, and many geographical regions are spread throughout all.
Elore, Leith, Royen, and Aysuin. The four continents. Each of these land masses carry their own traits, native wildlife and flora. All but one support abundant amounts of life, the remaining being Leith. Leith is the equivalent to a wasteland, only very specific lifeforms barely scraping by on this land.
Each continent is surrounded by bodies of water, Elore connecting to the smaller land mass, Royen, by a land bridge. However this journey is not recommend, the travel said to be dangerous and long.
The cats run on a similar calendar to humans, with the cycle of their moon, Lunreais. Lunreais is almost always visible in the sky (day and night alike), but it’s disappearance for one day marking one Moon. (much like a month on Earth)
-Seasons and Weather-
The Tribe cats currently inhabit that continent Elore, which is subject to the cycle of four seasons. Each last around 3 Moons.
They use the same terms as we do on Earth, and this is the closest similarity to our world. However, Winter and Autumn don’t exactly function the same. Only a few leaves fall during Autumn, but instead plants seemingly freeze, often turning paler in color. During Winter snow is rare, but temperatures will swing down to extreme lows.
The norm for weather on a normal day, however, is warm temperatures (Around 73 degrees) with a slight breeze. It occasionally rains, around twice a moon. The animals and plants here don’t need as much water, so that normally isn’t much of a problem.
-Territory-
The Tribe of Crystal Skies inhabits a territory mostly consisting of expanses of woods and open plains on the continent of Elore. Mountains form a loose circle, and within the borders of the Belum Mountains is the Tribe. While the land inside the circle is very large and the Tribe no where near inhabits all available land, only very dangerous paths lead out of the trapped land.
Other than the Mountains, the Tribe’s territory is rather forgiving and doesn’t pose many dangers. It’s inhabitant, on the other hand, run a high chance of being deadly.
Forest of Whispers- This forest is what makes up about a third of the Tribe’s territory, containing trees that are centuries old. The small amount of undergrowth makes travel easy if you know your way, prey rather easy to find. Quite a few streams branch off the Qren River and flow through the hilly forest. The name was of course gained by the wind often making soft noises when rustling through the trees, possibly reminding one of a whisper.
Qren River- This river runs through most of the territory, including close to the camp. Many species of flora and wildlife live near the abundant water, enjoying the calm surface and muddy bottom. Though certain sections of the river may be dangerous, mossy stones often serve as points to cross. The river is the product of snowmelt from the Belum Mountains, and very often freezes during colder Moons.
Erili Grasslands- This grassland is an open expanse of rolling hills and grass, accompanied by scattered herbs. The Qren River of course rolls through the flatter areas of the grasslands. You might find a tree growing here or there, but that's rather rare. You'll often find prey here.
Belum Mountains- These are the treacherous mountains that line the circle of land, enclosing the cats and their land. While the Belum Mountains are harsh, they aren’t as deadly as one may think. Paths do lead out of the mountains, they are just rather dangerous, and lives may be lost. Snow often falls here, even if it only snows rarely on the land close by.
(We need more territory landmarks! Have an idea? PM me or post here!)
-Camp-
The Tribe’s camp is heavily concealed under a mask of trees and other plants, just a little ways into the the Forest of Whispers. The camp itself is in a dip in the ground, trees covering the sides and the majority of the top. There’s two entrances to the camp, though only one is commonly known and used. Over the moons the small clearing where the camp is set has been rid of all undergrowth, moss and grass providing a floor. The center of camp contains one Lueyen tree, where most vivacity seemingly gravitates around.
All dens already have soft floors if they are set on the ground, but normally more moss and grass is piled on anyways for better comfort.
Fighters’ Den- This den is simply in an overgrown bush, a slim break in the foliage allowing for the Fighters to slip through. It is placed directly beside the main entrance, and is often favored for its thick leaves blocking out wind and rain.
Hunters’ and Scouts’ Den- Both groups of cats sleep in this rather large den, the den being made similarly to the Fighters’ bush. This bush is slightly lower set however, so over the course of many moons dirt has been shoveled out to make a small dip in the ground, allowing for more room. Unlike the green Fighters’ Den, this bush has dim red leaves.
Trainees’ Den- This den is in the back of the camp, beside the Elders’ Den. Though it is unusable come flooding, a medium sized “cave” has been dug out underneath the Elder’s fallen tree, the tree itself providing a roof over the dimly lit den. However the darkness is a drawback, it’s secretly one of the comfiest dens with the floor absolutely covered with moss.
Elders’ Den- The Elders’ den is within the trunk of a hollowed out fallen tree, just large enough for ample movement. The den itself is commonly just used for sleeping, most of the Elder’s time spent on the warm rocks just in front of the tree.
Nursery- The Nursery is set a bit from the Fighters’ Den, providing a quick means of defense if necessary. The Nursery is in yet another fallen tree, but instead in the branches of the tree which lay against the ground. Over the long period of time cats have inhabited the camp, other sticks and moss have been weaved in the branches to make a tight roof and sides. While it may sound ineffective, the large mass of moss used to create this den makes it efficient enough, and hard to break into.
Tribe Leader’s Den- This den is probably most envied by the dreamy kits, the den in a small hollow in the strong Lueyen tree, branches providing an easy ladder. Because of this, announcements by the leader are normally made from the long branches, high above the ground.
Medicine Cat’s Den- This den is made in a similar fashion as the Trainee’s Den, but in this case the den has stone walls and floor. No one knows exactly how the “cave” under the Lueyun tree’s base came to be when it comes to the nearly perfect shaped rock walls after the dirt was cleared out, but the cats have learned not to question. Cracks in the stone provide storage for herbs and the like.
The Freshkill Pile- This pile may move around the slightest bit, but normally it’s kept out of the sun’s rays right underneath the Lueyun tree.

-The Tribe-
-Tribe Leader- Mist of Morning Light- Profile going to be here soon
-Deputy-
-Medicine Cats- (Currently only one, may allow second later)
Crag Where Flowers Grow || Male || 37 Moons || Medicine Cat
Crag is on the taller and skinnier side of average. He's built to be elegant, but he simply lacks the coordination to be so. His muscles aren't as well-developed, thanks to be cooped up in the medicine den most his life (sorting herbs don't make muscle mass, unfortunately). His fur is long and shaggy, medium gray, with darker stripes. His face is flat, with an underbite. Crag has wide copper eyes.|| Crag isn't the kindest cat around, let that be clear. It's to his belief that it's better to be blunt and unsympathetic when it comes to his patients. While socializing normally, though, his demeanour is much softer. He's very mature, always speaking in a dignified and polite manner. But Crag is still very blunt out of habit. He can sometimes be considered uptight due to that undying honesty and his general maturity. Not that he means to be. There's nothing he can really control about it. Something that should also be noted is his no sense of humour. Jokes regularly fly straight over his head, and it's extremely uncommon for Crag to make any of his own. || Nothing out of the ordinary here. He was born and raised in the tribe. || Crag has a peripheral field defect in his left eye. He can be really jumpy when cats approach from his blind spot.|| Cloud is his cousin, although most days they get along poorly.
-Medicine Cat Trainee-
Vlao that Quivers Whispers || Female || 7 Moons || Medicine Cat Trainee Vlao is a calico she-cat with black on the toes of each of her paws and long, silky hair. Her eyes are green-brown, but not exactly hazel, and she was born with missing whiskers on one side of her muzzle. || Vlao is very sweet and friendly, but she is clumsy and her mind mixes things up a lot, especially names and herbs, but she once she has her mind set on something, she stays there, determined. And she would do absolutely anything for her Tribemates.

-Fighters- These are normally the cats who go on patrols and protect the Tribe! Often the bigger members of the Tribe, built for combat.
Star in Evening Sky || Male || 34 Moons || Fighter Star has a midnight black coat, almost untouched by other colors. But, he does have a splash of white on his chest, along with three white paws. The powerful tom is rather tall with a muscular frame and strong legs. Star also has wide, yellow eyes accompanied by black paw pads and nose. || Star can easily be seen as the very definition of a confident, headstrong tom that often gets over his own head. He easily speaks out with his opinion, bold with little measure of danger, combined with the fact that he often acts on the whim with little previous thought. This means he’s often putting himself and others in harms way, but his makes up for this with his determination. Star can find himself being rather rude, but at the end of the day it’s not often that he means his insults or questionable comments, most of his words heavily sarcastic. || Part of the reason Star is such a ruthless, thick-skinned tom is because of his parent’s deaths. He witnessed it happen, a Srinn taking them both down in one blow. His way of thinking is simply, “I can’t run upon anything worse then that, can I?”. That little saying of his has shaped him into who he is today. Trainee:
Bird that Flies at Dawn || Female || 48 Moons || Fighter A small, sleek, short haired she-cat. She has a mixture of brown, brick reds, and tans on her all mixed together. She also has light orangey-tan paws. She has dark, chocolate brown colored eyes that always sparkle with wonder. || Very calm and laid back, but always slightly suspicious of anything of everything. She joined the tribe not long ago, earning her name quickly when she brought a whole nest of darali birds in the morning she joined. || Previously a loner, offered to join the group of cats and accepted warily. Trainee:
Breeze That Carries Feather || Male || 36 Moons || Fighter A sleek-furred and skinny tomcat, who's admittedly built more for agility rather than strength. Although he's slim, his body is still hard with muscle and constantly in great form, thanks to vigorous and pretty much never-ending training. His fur is regularly poorly groomed, and most dark gray in color with classic black tabby stripes. His ears and tail are a little larger than most, amber eyes more narrow. A couple scars mark his pelt. || Breeze is regularly more focused on training than he is socializing, leading to the emotional detachment he feels when forced into such situations. Although he loves his tribemates, he feels no grave need to make chatter when there are more important things he could be doing. Conversations of little to no purpose serve him little to no enjoyment. However he doesn't actively avoid nor reject them, and he does actually talkwhen prompted to. Breeze is actually a kind fellow. Disappointing others disappoints himself, and he's actually a little paranoid he'll never be good enough under those placid demeanours. || Breeze's parents pushed him towards being a scout when he was a trainee, due to his natural lithe form and endurance. However, he was always infatuated with fighters and the idea of being a fighter, so he started to push his own limits constantly and try to become good enough for the role. After awhile, his mind started to care less and less for things that didn't relate to his training, leading to where he is today - a thousand miles away from everyone, only caring about how he can still better himself even now that his dreams were accomplished. || Breeze prefers to stay away from water. Trainee:
-Hunters- As the name suggests, these are the cats who hunt for the Tribe!
Iyica in Dark Tunnel || Female || 17 Moons || Hunter Iyica is a quaint, yet unusually striking she-cat. Though she lacks the ever-desired willowy, slim frame, she likes to think that her fur makes up for the fact. Most of her pelt is made up of the same bright, clean white, but at her paws, tails, and face, strong orange points make themself known. Along with this, the surprisingly elegant she-cat has icy blue eyes. || Iycia has lots of personality packed into her small frame, no where near just a pretty face. Upon first interactions with the she-cat, she might come off as kind, maybe even slightly sweet. But it’s rare that the impression stays true, her underlying sarcasm and borderline rudeness shining through quickly. Is there a reason for this and her passive-aggressiveness? Actually, yes. If there is anything she hates, it’s anyone being attached to her. To ward off any emotional attachments that may come towards her, she avoids making any sort of friend. It’s not that Iycia dislikes others that much, it’s the fact that with her carelessness and risk-taking, she knows that the danger she puts herself in is going to catch up to her one day, and she doesn’t want others to be caught up in grief. || Iyica was Tribe born, and has stayed loyal to her Tribe her whole life. Trainee:
Zoyu on the Wind || Male || 15 Moons || Hunter Zoyu is a dusty brown colour with grey flecks freckling his thin fur here and there. He has golden eyes and a very small body, taking on more characteristics from his unidentified father than his mother. || Zoyu is a quiet cat, but he is an observer. He takes in everything and learns very quick, as a hunter should. He doesn’t talk much at all though, and is a total momma’s boy, always at her flank whenever he can be. He’s rather shy, but intelligent and could hold a conversation and give good advice if the time came. Trainee:
Cloud That Shields Sun || Female || 30 Moons || Hunter This she-cat certainly lives up to her namesake, both in appearance and spirit. Cloud is average-sized (for a female), sporting a lithe and graceful build. Her fur is on the longer side, primarily white. Ginger and brown patches are sparse, but are particularly clustered on her spine and the upper parts of her sides. She also has a ginger 'mask' that covers her blue eyes and nose. Cloud's tail is also calico-colored. Probably due to her young age, she lacks many scars, but the most noticable one is a small nick across her nose. || Similar to a real cloud, this she can be peaceful one moment, and stormy and full of rage the next. Cloud takes everything personally, and doesn't really understand the definition of 'chill' - it'd be wise for a cat to choose their words carefully around her, lest she start bearing grudges against them until death. She's aware it's an unfortunate attribute, but rarely does she try to contain herself once she's riled up though. It should be noted that no matter how angry she is, she could never bare her teeth or raise her claws against a tribemate. The worst Cloud can do is growl and whine, really. Besides that, Cloud is loyal to a fault, generally kind-hearted, but over-protective of those held dear to her. || Cloud lived a pretty standard life so far, having been born and raised in the tribe. || Cloud has a weird, unnatural disliske for outsiders. She doesn't trust them, as loyal as they promise to be. || Crag is her cousin, although most days they get along poorly. Trainee:
-Scouts- These cats are the ones sent to send a message, rush back to camp, etc. They are built for speed and often have more stamina then other cats. Since their job isn't used that often, Scouts can go hunting and fight as well.
Spark of Fading Embers || Male || 26 Moons || Scout Physical Description: Spark has a dark red pelt, which lightens by his chest and stomach to a paler red. His tail darkens to black by the tip (in a ombre fashion) with a stripe of black going to the base of the tail from the tip. Spark has round light green eyes, along with a slim but muscular frame with a medium length coat. Small paws with dark pink paw pads and nose are also present.|| Spark is simply a rather energetic, devoted tom. His main goal in life is for others to approve of him, nodding at his good work. On his “road to success” he likes to make as many freinds as possible. Of course that means he has to stay kind and thoughtful, but he manages to do so. With all of this hardworking and determination, there has to be a catch, right? And yes, there is. Spark’s biggest flaw is the fact that he trusts others a tad to much, to busy working himself to wits end to notice he’s in danger or being taken advantage of. And of course, even though he takes pride in doing a good job, he spreads his energy and thought a little to thinly, doing lots of tasks at the same time. || Like a few others in the Tribe, Spark was a loner until not to long ago. Trainee:
Night of Many Stars || Male || 15 Moons || Scout Night is a very dark gray tom cat, almost seeming black until seen in the right lighting and angle. Although his fur is thicker, he is very lightweight and lean, making his job as a Scout so much easier, seeing as he has to go on patrol and report back very often. His eyes are a bright, almost uncanny yellow. || Night is probably the opposite of his brother. He is almost too trusting, wanting to take in any cat they find and even not seeing all the harm in predators in their territory. He is overly optimistic and kind to just about anyone, because he claims to “see the good.” which can really get him into serious trouble. || Along with Hawk, Night was obviously raised in the Tribe by his mother Glory Fading in the Morning, but when she died, it didn’t take a toll on him like it did Hawk. In fact, he stopped being the shy, paranoid kit he used to be, instead becoming who he is now. Trainee:

-Trainees- Ash of Dying Flame || Male || 8 Moons || Trainee Ash has a dark brown coat, the color staying true throughout his whole pelt. His fur is short and close to his body, even on his tail. The tom is on the smaller side for his age,,with shorter legs and a long tail. Other small details are his wide green eyes, long whiskers, and brown paw pads and nose. || Ash can be very easily marked down as childish, but not always in a disrespectful way. He can’t exactly help it, involuntarily letting out loud arrangements of meows at the most awkward times, having the powerful urge to splash in the river instead of calmly standing, always fidgeting. He’s playful and loves the company of others, even though he knows many think his compulsiveness is annoying. Despite all of this it is possible for Ash to channel his energy into other tasks, and because of this he is rather skilled at fighting. || Like it is hinted, Ash has mannerisms that are much like ADHD.

-Trees-
Lueyun Tree- This is the most common tree that grows within the Tribe’s reach. It has smooth dark brown bark with white streaks, it’s branches drooping rather close to the ground. It has light green, moderately sized leaves and blue fruits that attract prey.
Vlao Tree- This is another type of tree that is fairly common. It has rough dark gray bark that edges on brown, with defined oval dark green leaves growing on the spare branches. These are known to be the tallest trees in the forest, only very few branches from the very tops of the tree.
Buqu Tree- While it’s name might sound slightly funny, it wasn't really meant to sound so. This tree is often climbed by cats and prey alike, bright yellow fruits growing on the branches releasing a pleasant fragrance. The bark itself is white with streaks of gray, with thin, rope like leaves trailing towards the ground in many different shades. (Much like a Willow Tree)
-Herbs-
Ryen- This is a highly beneficial plant, used most commonly for soothing open wounds. The petals of their flowers are what are used, chewed to a soft paste and spread thinly over the wound. It most commonly grows along the banks of the Qren River in small clusters, the stalk-like plants only having one (tulip-like) flower per plant. The petals are normally warm colors, such as red, orange, and dark yellows. Ryen is most common at the edges of the Tribe’s territory.
Yestel- Yestel is a fairly common small bush that normally grows at the base of trees, with waxy purplish-green leaves. It is easily yanked out of the ground, exposing the valuable roots. The roots are chewed and chewed and slathered on a infection (but never ingested), to fight off the infection.
Zibre- This plant is used for two reasons. When the plant’s berry is crushed and spread against a patch of skin, the area will become numb to pain. Not completely, but it helps. These red berries grow on a rather palm-like plant, which grow high within tree’s branches. It saps off an tree’s energy, and it’s placement can make it rather hard to collect. Though it’s placement isn’t exactly the worst thing, the berry themself deadly if eaten in high enough numbers. At least in the trees accidentally curious kits can’t make a snack out of the berries!
Beyf- This is a small, blade-like plant that grows close to the ground in open plains, having a similar appearance to grass. The Beyf plant can be told apart however, slightly lighter and color and with thicker stalks. When the stalks are split open, drops of clear liquid spill out, highly helpful to a cracked paw or sore throat.
Bine- This is an extremely common, medium sized plant that can be found virtually everywhere on the Tribe’s territory. It has flowers the bloom about halfway into the year, with large, pointed leaves normally emerald in color. The flowers have petals in shades of dark blue and gray. The leaves are torn into stripes to be ingested for stomach aches and similar problems, while the petals are easily preserved and eaten to reduce fevers.
-Predators- With all of the ideal conditions, life is abundant on the continent of Elore. Predators are no exception to this, leading to large amount of danger throughout the Tribe’s territory.
Ath- The Ath normally lives in the Belum Mountains, but occasionally when one that has been chased out of their territory, they might flee to the lower ground and wreak havoc. It’s slightly larger than the average cat, thick red-brown fur covering their body. It has short legs and a stubby tail, accompanied by long fangs. The Ath could nearly be compared to a ferocious bear cub, but it also carries a thick mane to cover it’s neck. This beast is a very solitary creature, and they protect their territory rather fiercely, not hesitating to be the first to attack.
Srinn- The Srinn is a surprising predator, always being rather unpredictable. It’s elegant on their long four legs, with a smooth pure white coat and long whip-like tail. The tail isn’t it’s only weapon, their hooves easily injuring the unsuspecting cat. One may compare the Srinn to Earth’s deer, just rather much more aggressive.
(The Predators are a wip! If you have any ideas for this please PM me or post here!)
-Prey-
Dulin- Even though it’s the just about the most rewarding prey animal you could find, the Dulin is rather hard to catch. The nature of this herding animal is skittish, and it has its speed and numbers of 7-10 per herd on its side. Though this animal is rather easy to spot, having gray shaggy fur, short antlers, and medium sized stocky legs.
Darali- This is a medium sized, slow bird. It is successful at flying from branch to branch (flying through the sky is a different story, however) but once on the ground it takes great effort to get back into the branches. It’s a very flashy animal, though most of its feathers are a deep shade of black. But mixed in are feathers that are a bright and shimmering purple, eyes following the same color code. The reason behind this is unknown, but the meat of this bird provides a small meal.
Vizari- The Vizari is a small mammal with soft light brown fur. It has short legs that somehow still allow them to go at high speeds, although not fast enough that a cat can’t run it down. Short, spiny teeth are accompanied by two horns protruding from its face. This isn't the only odd detail, being that the Vizari also has a long tail that can be used as a whip when threatened. However it may sting, it doesn’t do much harm to a cat or anything larger.
Egoni- The Egoni is a uncommon type of fish, displaying light bronze, dark gray, light gold, or dark brown scales. The color of the scales change as they camouflage with the river bed, relying on that before their strong, thick scales. They have two side fins, a huge, sail-like dorsal fin and a large, powerful tail and long anal fin. This fish isn’t very commonly eaten due to the scales, but it’s admired greatly.
Iyica- This mammal is a small burrower, having made expanses of tunnels under the tribe’s territory. There’s several techniques to catch this white furred creature, which also has a long, puffy tail. It is a extremely fast digger even though it’s slightly slower on land. It’s eyes are normally pure black, but there is always a few exceptions.
Zoyu- The Zoyu is a small, dainty moth-like bug with striking wings. While it doesn’t have any real advantage, its translucent wings provide for an pleasing sight. Rather common, but is only seen at night.

(For the names, just regular Tribe names work! You can also integrate things from the RP, such as names of plants or prey. And as for the joining form, you'll find it on the joining page. Yeah, you can claim that!)
I'm a little in shock that I already have a person here omg

(Ah it's nice to see that some was excited. Thanks! So, I'm in a surprisingly lazy mood from doing so much writing today so I only made 4 of my character. I'll make probably 2 more tomorrow, including the Tribe Leader. I can rp right now if you want to!)

Iyica in Dark Tunnels || Tags: max adeline Iyica let a pleasant grin spill over her face, chest rumbling with a purr. While she was normally cold toward others, there was no reason she couldn't enjoy herself while letting sun soak into her fur. Sure, these smooth stones were in front of the Elder's Den and were respectfully meant for those grimy sacks of bones, but there "unfortunately" was no rule stating that Hunters couldn't enjoy them as well. Iyica used that to her advantage, of course. Nearly every chance she got, she would spread herself against the stones, that is, until she got chased off.

Zoyu squinted his eyes against the sun as he padded out of the Hunters' den upon waking. He glanced around camp quickly to see who was up yet. Although there were several cats ambling about, he caught sight of Iyica basking on the Elders' stones and thought about what his mother would tell him. You need to make friends, fur-ball. Otherwise what will you do if I get eaten by a mighty Ath? A warm purr rumbled in his throat as he thought of her teasing him, but he knew she was right. He hadn't had a proper conversation with another one of his tribemates in ages, so now was as good a time as any since Ryen was still resting after a long while hunting the previous evening. Hesitantly, Zoyu made his way over to the orange and white she-cat. "Hello." he mewed pitifully, hopeful to strike up a conversation.

Iyica of Dark Tunnels || Tags: max adeline The she-cat's purr was abruptly cut off, Iyica lifting her head from the rock with an annoyed grumble. Of course, Zoyu was trying to socialize with her. Go figure. Focusing her gaze on the tom, she forced her eyes to narrow, producing a sharp, disapproving look.
"Hello." She mumbled back, getting to her feet, uncharacteristicly nervous. Others did that to her, even if they didn't know. Made her nervous, somehow. Maybe it was because it reminded Iyica how she pushed everyone away purposely. With this running through her mind, she met his gaze. "Why are you gracing me with you presence, Zoyu?" Iyica continued, her voice nearly dripping with scarcasm as she jumped from the rock.

Zoyu immediately pinned his ears against his head, sensing the she-cat's disgust in even being in the same vicinity, much less to be speaking with him. "I just wanted to-to, um, ask how you are?" he said in a tone was that showed obvious just how unsure he was of this whole situation. "So, how are you?"

Iycica of Dark Tunnels || Tags: max adeline Iyica’s face lit up with a expression best describe as shocked amusement, leading to the she-cat leaving some of her previous aggression behind. While some times it was fun toying around with emotions, at the moment it didn’t seem worth it.
“You came here to ask how I am? Wow.” She let out a small chuckle. “That’s nearly a first. I honestly had thought I had scared everyone off by this point. But anyways, I’ll just give the typical “I’m okay, you?” answer.” Iycia made a half-hearted attempt to give a encouraging smile, which in the end probably could be viewed more like a frown.
(Darn, I’m now sorta regret how I’ve made Iyica’s character? I want to make her a littler softer and not as aggressive. I’m going to edit her profile to make her less cold, and more down-to-earth, bit sarcastic, and doesn’t waste time sugarcoating things. But of course she’ll still enjoy watching others be confused when she suddenly becomes sweeter/more aggressive. Because mood swings yay, lol)

(Oh darn I've had that happen to me quite a few times, I know your pain. To avoid this I normally write my replies in Google Docs and then copy&paste it over now though. I don't mind waiting for a response though, take as long as you need! )

[ hm, i may just start doing that, that's a swell idea. oh, also, i realized i can't really roleplay Vlao very easily yet until we come up with more herbs and remedies and stuff? if you want i could give you a link to the full medicine cat's list and maybe we could figure out spin offs and such for plants based off that. and haha, character development is key i guess. i relate to Iyica as it is now tho tbh - ]
Zoyu's mouth turned down in a concerned frown. "Are you sure? I was asking to be genuine, not just to ask." he paused, mouth still open as he thought about what he was going to say. Quit, you're going to scare her away with your weird concern! Changing his mind instead, he replied, "Well, I'm good, thanks for asking. I think I'm about to go out hunting. You can tag along, if you'd like?" He stood, beginning to walk away from her, but then turned back, feeling ashamed that he'd been so rude. "You don't have to want to but I sure hope you'd want to. I like talking to other cats my age." That was a lie. He hated talking to everyone. It was scary and made him terribly anxious and self conscious. Wait to sound like a baby, Z!
[ mm, also, i'll make little starter posts for my other cats in a bit as well, just to get that out of the way. OH and i have a not very good but possibly could work mini plot idea if you wanna hear it? it's not good like i was just thinking of stupid things but ye. ]

( I can't exactly respond to the RP until tomorrow but I'll respond to the ooc stuff. As for as the Medicine stuff... There's a few herbs established that cover basic things, so for the start of the RP it should be okay. But yeah, going through and creating spin-offs sounds like a great idea! I think I'll be able to work on that tomorrow. Yep, character development! I can't tell you how many times in other RPs I've gone back and changed a few things about a character.
Ooo. Go ahead and tell me the mini-plot! I've haven't really thought about plots yet (except in the far far far future the cats take the land-bridge to Royen. Probably not going to happen, and even if it did it would be in a loooonng time.
Also, small note, I might not be on much on August 2nd due to doctors appointment (which is actually at the hospital, eep. It's not as bad as it sounds tho lol) for my spine. Though idk how long it will take so my activity might be normal )
