The two siblings broke apart, both covered heavily in dust. Songpaw shuffled her paws, she really wanted to go hunting, but the tom had spoke his mind and she was afraid to disagree. Thornpaw saw his sister's hesitation and spoke up. "I want to show off my hunting skills to Songpaw." He bounded up to Skystorm with big pleading eyes. "Please can we go hunting?" Songpaw blinked her thanks to Thornpaw.
Sweeteyes relaxed. "That's good." Looking around the she-cat lowered her voice. "I didn't really want to scold you two, but that's what the others would have done. I think you're both so brave to face a fox."

Cloverstar dropped the topic and nodded. "You better watch out for Amberfeather, the fierce tom of Grassclan!" She yowled as they walked around the territory. She gave him a teasing glance and purred. "You loners will have your pelts ripped off if he catches you!" She purred. Elk, who was nearby, heard Cloverstar's yowl. His muscles tensed. If they found him, they would blow his cover in front of the she-cat loner. "I'll let you go this time." He warned. "My clanmates need me." He slid away from her and into the tall grass, hoping not to bump into any clan cats. "Oh no, you got me!" She laughed. "Who knew a Wave could beat a Mountain." She teased. Amberfeather found himself purring uncontrollably with laughter. "You're the real one they should fear!" He closed his eyes while he was laughing and ended up tripping over a root. "Ack!" The warrior yowled, falling onto his face. Embarrassment flooded through him and his ears grew hot. "I told you I could beat you!" Wavepaw laughed, his eyes bright. Without thinking he touched his nose to his friend's. Excitement flooded through him but he quickly leaped off of Mountainpaw. "S-sorry." He muttered and quickly bounded off towards Hawkthorn. [ sorry these were kinda rushed. i was watching a dog and kitten while trying to eat food lol ] (It doesn't seem rushed :3) Cloverstar purred and helped him up. "I can't tell you how many times I tripped over that same root!" She said, trying to make him feel better. Mountainpaw hopped up onto her paws and grinned. She brushed off what Wavepaw did as a friendly nose tap. "Let's see if you can beat me when we get to the hollow!" She purred. "Let's make it interesting. The cat that loses has to make the winner the softest nest they can." She grinned. |

I posted everything really important in the news section in the front page :3)) [ yes that guy c'x and yess i love romance ] [ awesome! i would say i was busy yesterday but i just got caught up in playing xbox hah ] I love romance too haha)) XD we can't always be on everyday. Amberfeather found himself purring uncontrollably with laughter. "You're the real one they should fear!" He closed his eyes while he was laughing and ended up tripping over a root. "Ack!" The warrior yowled, falling onto his face. Embarrassment flooded through him and his ears grew hot. "I told you I could beat you!" Wavepaw laughed, his eyes bright. Without thinking he touched his nose to his friend's. Excitement flooded through him but he quickly leaped off of Mountainpaw. "S-sorry." He muttered and quickly bounded off towards Hawkthorn. He meowed, stealing a quick glance at Cloverstar. "You'd never do something dumb like that!" Amusement filled his mew though embarrassment still flooded through his entire body. Wavepaw looking down at his short and stubby legs then at Mountainpaw's long, slender ones. "Hmm..." He thought, weighing his options. I could either disappoint her and save myself from making a nest... But I would want to make her a nest anyway. With a smirk, the young tom said, "It's on." |

Spiderheart was still irritated, but he knew Skystorm was use to taking charge of patrols so he wasn't too upset. "Let's hurry. It looks like only a few cats are in camp and I don't want to leave it poorly guarded for too long." He made his way through the grass path that led out of camp, signaling Songpaw to follow with a swoosh of his tail. Dustpaw looked up at the she-cat, feeling better. "Brave enough to become warriors?" He asked, hopeful. He could imagine the look of surprise on his leader's face when she found out that they beat the fox on their own. |

You and Starclan are our witnesses." Mountainpaw grinned. "Let's go already!" She mewed, excited and impatient. |

Thornpaw bounded after his mentor, not having a care in the world. Songpaw politely padded after Spiderheart, she could sense the tension between the two toms and it put her even more on edge. It was bad enough being the only she-cat on the patrol, but the chance of a fight just made it worse.
"I think so Dustpaw." Sweeteyes said her eyes full of admiration for the two brave apprentices. "Let's get you two back to camp so you can brag." She began to lead the way before pausing to say something. "When we get to camp you two need to look like you got the biggest scolding of your life, then I'll talk to Cloverstar about you two being warriors." She smiled at Jasperpaw and Dustpaw.

Amberfeather purred, bending down to lick the root and snuggle it. Purring loudly, he cuddled the root. "Ahh I'm so in love! I can't imagine life without you!" As he said the last part his eyes flickered to Cloverstar. Ears burning he quickly looked back at the root. Wavepaw followed closely behind, having to sprint to keep up. "Wait up!" He yowled, nearly tripping over a bush. [ my characters seem to trip a lot ] Hawkthorn purred as she watched the apprentices bound ahead of her. She set her pace at a brisk trot so she wouldn't fall far behind. |

"That's a good idea." Skystorm nodded. "It'll give them a chance to call their own shots and learn how to work together." Dustpaw grinned and nodded. "I'll look like you told me to clean the elder's den for a moon!" He promised. He was so excited he could barely breathe |

Wildtalon sat at the edge of camp, his head was reeling with noise but he was determined to hold one conversation with anyone briefly. Then he could get some fresh kill and eat alone in peace and perfect quiet. He looked around, unaware his squinting looked like he was judging everyone silently.
