Morningstar snorted. "LightningClan," he meowed, disdain in his voice. "You can lead a patrol out their way, Lionmane, to make sure those cats have stayed within their borders."
"Great," Darksun meowed. He lead Dawnpaw out of the camp, and leapt into the stream to swim across. "I know the water isn't deep and the path is there, but I still like the swim," he told her.

Paleface got to her paws and stretched. She gave the sun a quick glance. "Well, I'm going to take a quick walk." She paused. "I need to streaked my legs." Since Cavernkit gave reached five moons Paleface seemed to disappear for long amounts of times. "I will see you later Brightsky!" Paleface trotted off quickly.
Cavernkit watched her go. Then sighed.

"Umm, Okay," Brightsky meowed, confused by the queen's abrupt departure. Was she supposed to look after Cavernkit? And where was she even going? "So Cavernkit...does she do that a lot?"

Paleface quickly left the camp and swam across the river. She swiftly made her way south.
Cavernkit looked up at Brightsky and gave a small nod. "Yeah, sometimes she even does it at night when she thinks I'm asleep." Cavernkit looked back down at the small rock he was playing with and gave it a small nudge. "She comes back really early in the morning."

Brightsky's amber eyes grew dark as she cast her gaze towards the camp entrance. "Well I wouldn't think anything of it, Cavernkit. But I wouldn't mention it to anyone else if I were you." No one knew who his father was, and she's sneaking out of camp late at night...Brightsky knew how her father felt about half clan cats, and traitors.

Paleface stopped at Rainclans border she glanced around quickly before jumping over the border. She gave another quick look around before disappearing into some brambles.
Cavernkit nodded, he was silent for a little. "Is my mom in trouble?" He asked very quietly. His bright amber eyes glittered with fear.

Brightsky rested her tail across Cavernkit's shoulders. "Of course not! She's just on a super secret mission, and you can't mention it to any cat for any reason. In fact, you can't even talk about it with me again."

Cavernkit gave a small smiled. "Ok!" With his spirits lifted and his heart at ease the young kit went back to playing with the small rock.

"Why don't we practice hunting?" Brightsky suggested. "How about you pretend the rock is a mouse, and see how well you can sneak up on it?"

Cavernkit gave a happy giggle. "Ok!" The small kit bounded a little bit away. His mom had should him some hunting techniques. Cavernkit crouched down his haunches wiggling.
Paleface reappeared back out of the brambles. She looked about before making her way back towards her clans territory.

"You might want to steady your haunches," Brightsky laughed, watching the kit prepare for his hunt. "Remember, mice can feel the vibrations through the ground."

Cavernkit gave a short nod and steadied his haunches. The small kit waited for a second before leaping forward towards the rock. He landed on the small rock. He gave a happy purr and picked it up in his mouth.
Paleface quickly crossed into Rainclan territory. She glanced around before swiftly making her way back towards home.

Cavernkit purred proudly. "Mice are going to trembled with fear!" The small kit pounced around happily.
Paleface entered the camp her short fur drenched. In her muzzle she held a rather small mouse. She dropped the small mouse on the fresh kill pile and padded towards the two cats.

"Yes they will," Brightsky agreed. She looked up when Paleface rejoined them. "Welcome back," she meowed, glancing past her at the fresh kill pile. "How's the prey running?"

Paleface shrugged "It was ok, not much out at the moment." Paleface sat down and begane to clean her wet fur.
Cavernkit dropped the rock and began to stalk it again. His fluffy tail stuck straight in the air.

Paleface paused and looked over at Brightsky her eyes narrowed still. But after a second she sighed and sat down. "Fine." Her voice was quite.
Cavernkit sensing the tension in the air padded off a couple mouse lengths away and began playing with his rock again.

Paleface narrowed her eyes for a split second. She had thought her secret was well hidden. She gave a short nod. She suddenly leaned in close. "You won't tell." Fear glittered in her eyes.
Cavernkit was now far off playing with his rock. He looked around the camp suddenly. He had a thought. He really wanted to show Morningstar his new hunting skills.
